I came here for a manicure and pedicure. Overall they did well. I enjoyed the fact that my nail tech made sure I liked my nails down to the shape, color, and style; I am really picky and she worked well to make sure I was happy. The young man who did my pedicure was awesome as well. While this was really nice, there was no receptionist, so every time someone walked in, my nail tech who I believe was the manager on duty had to get up and help them. She got up at least 5-10 times in the middle of doing my nails. My appointment was at 11 am and I didn’t leave until 2.5 hrs later. I am super understanding of being understaffed but it was evident she was stressed and it was actually stressing me out, when this is one of my only times to relax. I wouldn’t count them out as they did really well on my nails, just make sure you’ve got plenty of time on your hands.

I will not be back. I got here just after they opened and before it got busy. We were about 10 mins into my service when people started coming in. The women doing my nails got up each time(5-7 times) to assist the new people. She also stopped midway through my nails to go do a spa service…. I think eye brows. And it wasn’t at a time where my nails needed to rest or dry- she literally stopped and got up after doing 1 hand.She lost her place in the process many times and completely left out a step.I expressed that I was disappointed and not happy. She said nothing to me but did say something to herself in another language.She then charged me full price.My nails are not even or properly cleaned up.Again- I will not be back.I am very happy this place is busy but it should not impact the quality of work or attention given to a guest.

Absolutely love Envy Nail!!! If you want to get your nails done perfectly then you need to ask for Nancy!!! She has given me exactly what I wanted each time!!! She does an amazing job and her attention to detail is perfect!!

So.. the staff was really sweet... but there’s paint on the skin of my toes...I’m not usually one to complain, but they just don’t look good. I could’ve done this myself. Also, I was told I’d be charged $20 EXTRA dollars for gel polish??

The simple fact that Im taking the time to write a review on a Friday evening should give you an idea about the salon. On two separate occasions Ive had to go back to get my nails fixed due to the lack of attention and time dedicated by the technicians. To put it lightly, this salon is simply in the business to make money. The lack of customer service is evident. Two weeks ago I had gel nails done by Thomas; literally looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I thought to myself, everyone has an off day so Ill give them another try. WORST MISTAKE. Today I went with powder and again it looked like a 5 year old worked on my nails (Henry was the technician). I had to go back because the technician literally painted my nails, fingertips, and everything in between. Please refer to the pictures below... Its my own fault for giving them a second chance but clearly Ive learned my lesson. The WORST part on both occasions is that the owner was present overseeing the mistake without any attempt to correct it, just overlooking the technicians shoulder as if that was consolation enough. If you even think about going here, turn around and go anywhere else or better yet just run!

After my mom had a good visit to this salon with my sister she brought me back so we could get our nails done. We did not have to wait long and the employees were nice. We both got dipped manicures and she also got a pedicure. My nails look great but hers are not nearly as good as they were last time, and the lady doing her nails accidentally cut her and made her bleed twice. The place is nice but how your nails turn out really depends on who you get, which is a little disappointing considering the cost. I had Christina and she did a great job.

This is my FAVORITE NAIL SALON EVER! I have been going here for the past 6 years! All of the staff are extremely friendly, and they are always down to chat with you! Great nail spot.... Lisa was amazing. I picked out a grayish color and she suggested a little different shade. When she showed me side-by-side, it was a much better color! She did a great job on my nails and eyebrows. I will be back for sure.

Recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. This one is great! I will say it is very busy and I had to wait for a little bit (15-20 minutes) but once I was seated and she started working it was quick! They are very reasonably priced. Honestly, in my opinion on the cheaper side and she did a great job! Overall, 5 stars! :)

I went to Envy Nails today with my 5 year old little sister for some bonding time. The ladies who did our nails were really nice and talkative with us. My only complaint is that for my little sister not even 2 hours later her nail polish was coming off already. Yes, shes a 5 year old and kids like to play. After we got our nails we went straight to the movies. So no play time at all. Im not too happy with this and neither is she.

Fungus growing under nails, nails weren’t sealed properly. Went into establishment three days after my nails were done and they tried to fix. They couldn’t told me to come back they would give me full new set. Sunday is my only day off because I didn’t come back in immediately again after I was told they Would replace my nails with new set they declined to give me set. Woman contacted me after speaking with Nancy and looking at the pics I sent with obvious fungus and breakage on nails. She then again said they would fix she would call me back with time. Then again I got another call the next day saying Manager will repair for 25 I then informed them they have now lost s customer of two years and I’ll pay full price and go somewhere else. They also informed me the man who did my nails was fired because several people had the same thing happen. Point of the matter is this establishment will gladly take your money, but not take care of their customer for poor work done. I will definitely not be returning.

Not impressed at all. I got the $38 pedicure & She had to redo a couple of my toe nails because the paint got smudged.. and even after I got them redone, they still looked bumpy and smudgy. Won’t be back.. very disappointed.

I came into the salon on Friday June 5th, I was sold on a gel manicure and pedicure because the gel last longer and for the pedicure you can wear any shoes you want and the polish will last, they said.Here it is Monday June 8th and 2 of my toes on my right foot no longer have this long lasting gel polish on either toe.I went swimming on Sunday , and noticed the polish gone on both toes this morning (Monday), I feel like I paid a good amount of money to have a good pedicure only for it to fail 72 hours later.

This place is awesome! They know my Mom and I by name and they treat us like queens when we are there! We have been going there for almost three years and never had a problem with the employees! They take care of you so well and are so caring! 15/10 would recommend.

I was made to put both of my hands completely submerged in acetone. I requested the foil to remove my gel polish to not irritate my skin. She came back after and said to put my hands in the bowl of what she called water. It was milky. I told her it was hurting my hands and she told me there was cuticle remover in the water. I asked her if we could use water and she came back with cold water to soak my cuticles. Both of my hands have been cracked and dry since then. Ive never had to use lotion on my hands and now my skin is catching on my clothes! What ever happened to a regular manicure?

The first time I had been in I received a new set of dip nails from a woman. I loved them. They looked great, were strong, service was pretty good and they lasted 3+ weeks with no issues. The second time I went in, a young man had done them and the experience was awful. The next day my nails were crumbling! They were all shaped funky and breaking off. He had made them super thin. I hate to complain about anything but for $45 I was upset they looked this way! So I went to get them fixed and I had to sit through, while the entire salon was clearly talking about me and my nails (in their language) and giving looks like they didnt believe me. I even offered to show my bank statement charge. Unbelievable. Anyhow, I will not return!!! & not because of 1 poor employee but because of the uncomfortable, unfair experience I had when kindly asking them to be fixed. Beware

Just left VERY disappointed. I’m visiting my family with my young children and frequent here for a special treat when I’m in town. I brought my 5 year Old daughter for “girls day” and up until today I have been thoroughly impressed. Today was NOT one of those days. My daughter and I sat for 15 min waiting for seats next to each other, over 30 minutes with our feet in stagnant cold water before anyone even came by to turn the spa on. I had to ask several times for warmer water but without draining any water and only adding a cup of warm water, “hot” water to soak my feet in seemed futile. At that point I just wanted to get up and walk out. Still I gave it chance as my daughter was still excited and they gave her a red daiquiri sans alcohol. Her ENTIRE foot experience lasted about 6 minutes. Scrub, lotion, hot towel, paint... 6 minutes... I know because she was completely finished before anyone ever came over to me. Whoever it was that did her toes must’ve tried today with their opposite hand. I could’ve done better painting her toenails with my own toes.I did get the scrub and lotion glazed on but no hot towel, no buffing, no callus removal... I asked for French tip. Paid an extra $5 for someone with a shaky hand to GLOB a line of white paint across my toes... and then use clear for the rest of the “French tip”... just a horrible experience and the more I look at the pics I took the angrier I get that I paid $53 plus tip. I’m a single mother of two and RARELY complain but we did NOT get NEAR what we paid for goods rendered. Thinking about calling and tying to get my money back. I work HARD for every penny I make and this was one of the highlights of our trip for my 5 years old and I. Truly disappointed and quite frankly, ticked off.Would have stayed and argued but two hours later, I just wanted to get the hell out of there.

We’ve been coming here for a while and every visit has been great. They’ve quickly repaired any issues with my dips and both my husband and I enjoy the pedicures.

This is my regular nail shop they do the Nexgen nail dips, manicures and pedicures, eyebrow waxing same as any other nail spa. They have GREAT customer service never too pushy and VERY clean. They offer beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic complimentary. Bee does a great job on my toes and Christina always does good work on my dipped nails.

Let me just say I will not go back there again. The Polish job was terrible. I didnt notice until I had already left. I was busy and could not go back the same day. I went back the following day and showed my concerns to the manager so he said he would take care of me. He polished my nails again and they still didnt look good. I honestly could have my granddaughter do it just as good. Rant over but I will not go back there.

Convenient location, but I have a different experience every time I go. The woman that started on my nails was great, but she switched halfway through with another tech. The second woman was rushed, burned me with the towel and my nails ended up sloppy. Won’t be going back.

I requested a simple manicure. I asked for my nails to be round in shape and somehow she completely failed. She filed off the edges and called it a day, even though they are completely square still. By the time I noticed my nails had already been put in water so it was too late to fix it. She cut my cuticles and my finger bleed. Im only giving two stars because I have been to this location before and I didnt have a similar situation.

In this place, everybody can chill out. Drink (alcohol and nonalcohol), music( chillhops, pianos,etc.) When you really need a time for yourself, just come here, they have a good service too, so dont be afraid to talk with the manager. They are listening to you. 🤗

My boyfriends mom treated his cousin and I to mani/pedis here last Friday. Everything turned out great except for my set of nails. To be honest, they were awful. We came back today to have them fixed, and not only were they super apologetic and accommodating, the tech who fixed them for me, Mimi, killed it! My only regret is finding such a wonderful nail tech in Texas, as I live in Denver!

Do not go here. ....rude, rude, rude. Ok so I came in right before close, and the girl doing my nails, rushed and hurt my nails from pushing that tool into my cuticles. I told her if she wanted me to wait I would instead of her rushing, she laughed and kept doing them. She half a** did them. And to make matters worse didnt even ask if I wanted a refreshing drink! And how can I forget, after she did my nails, hands were dirty and she put on cuticle oil......and said Im done. You would think she would have said. ....ok go wash your hands. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Im sorry to leave a bad review but I want to warn some people. I went to Envy Nails &a Spa today to get just a regular gel manicure. When I walked in they immediately sat me down and had me choose my color which was fine. As I was trying to find the color, a lady who had just left walked back in, she had said that there was left over fuzz from a cotton round or something left under her arcylic nails. She really wasnt being rude, I dont even think she asked for a refund. I think she just wanted them to know. Well of course the lady denied it and the of course I get the same lady. So after the lady who is upset leaves they all start talking about her in front of all of their customers. Which is VERY unprofessional. The lady doing my nails kept going on and on the whole time about how mad she was. And honestly, if she made a mistake she should own up to it. Also, they do not need to talk like that in front of other customers. Big turn off for me. So while she was doing my nails she was being very aggressive, I guess because she was mad she got in trouble but she made me bleed three times! And it hurt! I was getting a little pissed off at this point, but it was already too late I couldnt just get up and leave. And then she goes to paint of my nail and I noticed I had a lot of left over fuzz from the cotton round she used to stop the blood and she painted right over it!! I took my hand a way and started to peel it off and then she takes it back and gets the fuzz off. But really? How lazy can you be. I will not be returning here. They just really need to be more professional.

Absolute WORST set of nails I have ever had and horrible customer service. I asked for French Nex Gen nails and they just look pink. They are also extremely crooked. Girl doing my nails stopped half way through and had someone else take over so she could go play with a puppy. My pedicure was no better. Hot stones were over heated and even melted the bag of paraffin wax so it spilled everywhere. Woman spent 5 to 10 minutes cleaning it up, time deducted from the “25 minute massage” and just scooped it into another bag and used it on my feet. I will NEVER go back there.

Came here after four years at another place, and all of the girls I missed are here! Never a bad experience and always clean. Everyone here takes such pride in the service provided and it shows.

The greeter was nice, but they had a maximum of 3 people in there. I waited over 30 mins to get dip nails, when the greeter said I would only wait 15 mins. I had a birthday party to go to, and i’m not going to be late because you want to service others around me. People have time limits, don’t have me waiting half the time it would have taken to do my nails l. I was better off sticking to my original nail place, than trying something new.

I have been going here for awhile. Last time I has a bad pedi where the polish came right off after a shower. I decided to give them another chance. Worse mistake. I went in for my usual dip nails. My daughter is with me. I notice they are not coming out right. I tell my daughter. The lady notices. She said it ok I fix. I said ok. She tried to fix by dipping them again and again. Then she got a guy to come and fix. My index finger started bleeding from his fixing. He said no pain no gain and that upset me already. It took him some time. Then he went back to his person that he had been working on. The lady continued on mine and put the solution and all my fingered burned. I rain to the skin to wash them. She kept trying. By now I am shaking and tears coming down. I said no. Not going to finish. Leave them alone. I told the counter guy not paying for this and I am leaving. He said I could not leave because they messed up and had to take them off. I said no. I said I am shaking. He went three times to the guy that tried to fix I was finally allowed to leave with messed up nails, shaking and crying from the burning. Not ever going back.

It was horrible!!! i DO NOT recommend at all!!!! They were extremely rude and were just moving my hands really roughly and didn’t even say hi. You couldn’t understand them bc they had a mask on there face.
