My son has had a broken spacer for 6 months and every appointment we have been to since they have either skipped over it or did other things and have rescheduled again for the spacer either because the dentist is never there and always on vacation or they just dont care ! Then get told I cant see any other dentist then get rescheduled again then get another call day before and say oh the dentist isnt going to be here again tomorrow so you can see another dentist but yet you told me last time he couldnt see another dentistLearn to communicate and find better dentist! Dr Kimmel is a terrible dentist ! Ill be going elsewhere and hoping nothing serious is wrong since the spacer is shoved up in his gum now !

I cracked an infected tooth during my first week being sick with covid back in February. Everyone was overbooked and I couldnt get in anywhere. I got in at neighborhood health clinic they did an evaluation and set up my appointment. The staff was very friendly and down to earth. They made me feel comfortable. I went in and had a young dentist pull my tooth, the dental hygienist was very friendly as well as the doctor. They made me feel very comfortable. It was a very clean building, the wait was as expected but not too long. I am planning on returning for some further work as soon as I heal.

I filed a complaint one time because my daughter had problems with her foot they did an x-ray only after I insisted lost the X-ray for almost a month then tells me her foot is broke schedule her an appointment at Ortho One her foot is not broke. Tried to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get her shots had to leave a voicemail did not return my call for 24 hours called again another 24 hours still no return call. What doctors office never answers their phone so you can schedule an appointment what doctors office loses an x-ray poor service horrible they should just shut down things happen but

I go there with my wife and kids from last five years they were nice and very friendly staff Dr magar specially the only thing on the front desks receptionist in dental and regular clinic has the problems always but from last two years I don’t know why but seems like the receptionists on the front desk always mad and have problems with understanding the patients situation they don’t listen to you but just get mad I complained about what happened to the supervisor nobody did anything about it. I wanted to take my family there because the doctors are nice but not anymore because I can’t deal the front staff specially the receptionists on the front.

I never write reviews because most places don’t wow me nor give me a terrible time to write a review but I will literally take 15 minutes out of my day to inform everyone do not go to the clinic they absolutely garbage, they said they were going to do blood work, the Dr. Kelly tried to find every possible way to avoid doing work. I can’t explain how bad this place was I offered to get my medical records from my other doctor whose in a different state that shows I have seizures and certain symptoms for the medication I have been taking for two years and she told me it wouldn’t help her, I even brought in my old prescription to show her, she had the nerve to put just eat healthy and keep taking Prilosec from over the counter for severe heart burn I have. I don’t drink I do smoke cigarettes but the reason I have heartburn so bad is because I love eating takis chips but she basically told me to quit eating those and that’s it. This place was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had such a great experience here today. I have two teeth that were bothering me so bad. They got me in super quick and removed the teeth. They explained every option that I had and let me pick what I wanted to do. The front of the house office staff was absolutely amazing as well and got me checked in quick. I was in and out with two tooth extractions within an hour. I will absolutely go back and recommend them to everyone. Amazing job all the way around!!!!

I recently switched from long-time my dentist to Neighborhood Health as my previous dentist did not take COVID seriously and did not wear a face mask when he treated me.The dental staff at Neighborhood Health Clinic was professional, helpful, friendly and took many steps to ensure my and their safety.... Very helpful , nice , always giving great advice , always answering any questions you have with her professional knowledge and makes sure her patients are taken care of! Definitely the best practitioner I’ve seen since I moved to Fort Wayne!!! AND neighborhood health accepts Medicaid! Even their dentist office downstairs does!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.Do NOT go here. My husband went here a couple years back for some ingrown toenails and it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE for him. Instead of referring him somewhere that could actually handle it, they wanted to try a new technique on him and do it themselves. They botched the numbing job from the beginning. Literally could NOT find the right spot to put the numbing shot in and did it multiple times into his toe to no avail. My husband ended up feeling the procedure of them cutting his toenail out THE WHOLE TIME.NEVER GO HERE.

I do not have health insurance and RESEARCHED low cost providers here in Fort Wayne and came across this clinic. I went in with all my documents that included my pay stubs from the past 30 days. I got all paperwork in order BEFORE I even visited the clinic to ensure I knew what I would be paying and they informed me $20. I set an appointment for myself and my 2 teenage daughters. We were seen by Lormekia Warren. I complained that I had a bunch of pain in my left ear. When she examined my ear she said “your ear is tiny its hard to see inside” and proceeded to aggressively jam the scope into my already sensitive ear. She said my ear was “fine”. My oldest daughter was prescribed an anti biotic because she was diagnosed with ear infection. She told myself and my other daughter to take Sudafed. After 3 days no relief I called them back and they were worthless. I ended up going to IU urgent health clinic. Spending a little over $100, and was properly diagnosed with you guessed it an EAR INFECTION. The worst part about this whole experience is that I ended up with 3 bills for $246 each after being told $20 is all I would pay. I called their billing department multiple times and explained the situation only to be passed off to supposed billing manager’s voicemail. NEVER got a call back any of the times I called. Then I get dinged with 3 collection accounts. I could only recommend this place if you would like to be scammed and improperly diagnosed only to pay mor3e money out of pocket to see a QUALIFIED physician.

1st, Ill say that Ive been coming here for medical and dental and I have always received great patient care from friendly, Professionals.But my 3 ☆ rating is because of your lobby check-in not so safe nor not really following HIPPA guidelines as far as privacy acts. Bellowing out patients personal information including names, addresses, phone #s, insurance, and sometimes even work information isnt a good idea.Not good. Not smart. Not safe.I always just hand the receptionist my DL and medical cards and notify if there have been any changes since my last visit.I understand the bellowing is because the staff and patients have a hard time hearing one another due to protective covid glass which is definitely necessary but you might want to revisit facility guidelines and protocol to make things safer.Thank you for your time.

There is no way I’d go elsewhere. Lormekia is the nicest and most understanding person, she listens when I talk and doesn’t just rush me in and out. I trust her fully with my healthcare needs and would follow her wherever she decided was her next move in life (hopefully she stays put forever 😊) Thank you for all you do to Lormekia and all of the the nurses on staff at NHC and also a special shout out to Liz for her huge efforts in making sure my medical coverage wasn’t overlooked but remained active so that I could handle some health issues. Hostile work environment. WIC CSR team lead harasses and bullies employees. High turn over in employment for all departments. Upper management does not back up their people or listen to their concerns. Disappointed in my experience working at Neigborhood health. Would not recommend working here.

I went here a few years ago since I didn’t have insurance and one of the doctors examined me and told me that I was faking, then referred me to a physical therapist in which I couldn’t even do that.

When you walk through the main entrance , the lady at the front desk is VERY RUDE. She talked very unprofessional and made me not even want to be in there. I came on 8/28 I hope she looses her job cause that is not who I would want to greet my Patients!

I had my appointment for the dentist and I had a tooth extraction.Everyone was so nice,helpful and very caring.I am terrified of dentist but I felt so at ease.I got a call the next day to see how I was doing.Not too many people do that and they are very busy.I thank you Neighborhood health,I would recommend you to anyone.You deserve 10+ stars😊

Not sure how the doctor is but one of the white lady seem so racist. She working at the third floor office. Please suggest her to somehow fix her attitude. We dont want to pay for rude service.

The dental staff is empathetic and helpful. Anytime I need their work to be corrected in some small way, they oblige and are customer/patient focused. Plus, I get to pay over time, which allows me to get dental work I could not otherwise get elsewhere without being charged high interest rates. Allison Treleaven is by far the best optometrist Ive ever met; affable, professional, and in the nearly 30 years Ive worn glasses Ive never had a prescription this good. As long as she is practicing optometry in Fort Wayne I wont be going to anyone else. . . actually, as long as shes practicing optometry I wont be going to anyone else; Ill take a plane, train, or automobile anywhere necessary to be able to see this well.

I had one visit as a new patient. So I answered medical history questions, had blood pressure, temp, height & weight. Basic stuff. No diagnosis given for my painful, tingling, numb right hand ring finger. 54/45 blood pressure in my right arm did not seem to alarm anyone. Given predisone & motrine prescriptions. Had to wait awhile as well, not upset about that. Trying to understand a non detailed bill for $176.00 for ONE VISIT. Waiting for the detailed bill I requested before I file a complaint with the Attorney General for exorbitant price gouging.

Be careful when you visit this office. Because of my personal and or multiple experiences with NHCI Id tell you to try the emergency room first.I was present during my stepsons visit. He doesnt work and his wife works part time (they submitted her financial records). How do these people charge originally hundreds of dollars for a office visit? No referrals, no labs no prescriptions and he eventually had to follow up with a local hospital for proper treatment.The physician did listen to his concerns, however I dont think their time is eventually worth one hundred dollars!Im a black male and I feel these people are genuinely disconnected. It finally took a male Indian doctor (who is no longer there) to put me on physical restrictions because of very bad back pain.

Unprofessional Staff and unprofessional service!I was seen an hour amd a half late for my crown appointment, the assistant literally lied saying we have you in the system for 30 mins before (we thought we made you wait only 30 mins) but when I saw the computer screen, my appointment was supposed to be 1:30 hours ago. Then she apologized!Next, the dentist (Dr. Tyler Jerome Kimmel) says since you had not appeared for the previous appointment I scheduled another client along with you, seriously like as if he is taking revenge.Then he treated through a student without even taking my approval/permission.The temporary crown fell off two days in a row while eating boiled eggs and pasta.Right now, I am here for third time as a walk in to fix it. Cant go anywhere else because I have been made the whole crown procedure fees almost a month in advance.Only degrees wont teach you, ETHICS!

I love this place! I have had nothing but good service from all the doctors and nurses here. I walk in to a smile from the receptionist and as soon as I reach the 2nd floor I am greeted by all the wonderful staff by name. I hope I never have to go anywhere other than here for my health care.

Dr. Stafford Is one of the best doctors Ive ever encountered. He has worked with me for a few months now trying to get to the bottom of my problems, sometimes people project their ignorance. or if they dont hear what they want they get on Google and trash talk, but I will defend Dr. Stafford because he is knowledgeable and capable. Beyond rude. The majority of the staff in the Womens health department were condescending. No one took the time to listen to my concerns about my health issues, I was tested without need, and I was treated like a burden. The one nurse spoke very quickly as she tried to hurry me out of there and was irate when I asked her to repeat the questions.

Open 8 am to what now? I call to schedule an appointment on 10 am but told me office is close while it is open since I know someone that is currently in the office. Another thing is the abysmal wait time. Take too long to get anything done and some Mexican doctor there is really racist. Not ganna name but most of you knows who I talking about.

This is the worst place ever. My husband went and got a consolation for dental. They gave him a schedule for extractions and dentures with prices of what he would owe. It was $285 for all extractions and a $285 for top dentures this was do able. He was to go in get 3 teeth done then in 2 weeks get 3 more done and on the last visit get all the rest pulled. So on the second visit he went in to get the 3 done and they took all of them. He went to pay for the dentures and they said they have changed there prices and they wouldn’t honor there price that was from them. This wasn’t told to him before they took his teeth to make sure he could afford them. Then still told him after we paid for the extractions all he owed that he owed more. Well my husband is a diabetic and can’t be without eating that’s why it was supposed to be done in a schedule so he could heal. It was all of 10 days that this happened from the original treatment plan and prices. Now he is deformed with no teeth. This place is a scam. We have called the attorney general on this so be ware.

I appreciate the services WIC provides but am pretty annoyed that I had to be on hold for 5 minutes just to schedule an appointment. And the desk staff,always talks when Im there in person, rather than takes care of the people waiting first thingl. I feel like they just dont care about servicing the people who need their help like they should... :/

A few years ago i went here for a breast examination. Over the phone i scheduled for a breast ultra sound. When i got to the clinic they told me they did not do that sort of thing however they would have the doctor examin by hand. So she did and was very rude to me the whole time. Made comments about my hygiene and gave me an unnecessary lecture about birth control. (which i get it but i dont have any kids and i dont plan on having any.)A couple days ago i tried to schedule to get a staph infection looked at and would have had to wait a week to get in. When i asked if they could call me if there were any appointment cancellations as this is urgent she said they cannot do that. I would have to call them every morning to see of any cancellations.

Dr. Stafford is a horrible doctor. He could not describe the symptoms of Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (a common condition), and could not be troubled to say if I had lost a pregnancy or not. I got the impression that he hopes that all women without health insurance have reoccurring miscarriages. This man does not care about you. If you ever want to feel like a worthless human being, be his patient. He is not educated or compassionate enough to be a doctor.

My visit with dr dimauro was unpleasant and disturbing.. this morning my daughter starts to get her teeth clean and sits on the chair and the doctors tells her with a stern but caring voice, put the glasses on due to the light being bright and then commented and said well brook take the glasses off so you can go blind and proceed to tell my daughter that at least six more times go ahead book take the glasses off so you can go blind and I being her mother spoke out and said no brook keep the glasses on and she said ok mommy. At the very ending while she was putting florid on her teeth so said its like going out of the office building walking across the street and getting killed by a bus and remind you my daughter is 6 and I told brook no we hold hands and look both ways before we cross the street and she said I know mom.. for 45 minutes all I wanted to do was grab my daughter and hold her tight and cry witch I did in my car to my mom in the parking garage for 20 minutes. I was completely sick over this appointment. Her name again is dr. Dimario.

I was told it would be a certain price to have a tooth pulled and then I got sent a bill for ten times the amount that I was given. Thats not professional and more than likely not legal!

Turned away while pregnant for lack of money thank God St. Josephs hospital helped me get insurance the dental department refused me service when I had insurance on call doctor for ob/gynocologist has no real experience or confidence hopefully my unborn child and I survive this horrible ordeal I asked for another doctor but she is the only one during the day not very dependable wouldnt refer them but I will try the Pauling office from now on. Moving here to Fort Wayne was a mistake not what I expected at all.

Dont like that they make me fight to get my scripts for asthma meds I need and have been in since I was a child. In a state with the worst air quality in the nation . Who can take their meds properly if you dont know if youre going to get them the next month ?

I love this place, yes you have to wait, but then again, isnt a good thing worth the wait, and they have a sweet lady, I think her name is Violet, she hurt herself and walks with a cane now, but she is always pleasant and has a ready smile, and the Dentist are very nice also, and are good at what they do, I wouldnt change period.

Ive been going here for years. The womens health is excellent but for general medical needs ive had some very bad experience with doctors who are very insensitive and rude. . I went elsewhere for care after my car accident after being treated horribly by the doctors there

Went there for dental care, Nurse and doctors were friendly and helpful while dental receptionist was rude without any reason.

Friendly, quick service in a beautiful building. I got a temporary month of insurance for free to cover all costs.
