I have been coming to Maggie for a few months now for massages and I cannot fully express the level of relaxation and tension reduction she has brought! She is so kind and sweet and I love being a customer of hers! I will now be attending her yoga sessions more regularly and I can’t wait for more positive energy from her!

I love coming to yoga here and look forward to it every week! It’s my own personal form of medicine and has helped me mentally, physically, and emotionally. All the teachers I’ve taken classes from are fantastic and create such a welcoming environment where you feel free to ask questions and never feel judged! I always feel right at home when I walk in and am usually greeted by at least a few familiar faces every time I come in. Location is super easy to get to, and great variety of class types/ time offerings. 10/10 would recommend! :)

I am new to Fort Wayne and new to Yoga. A friend invited me to attend a class with her and I have been going ever since. The facility is calming and the staff have patiently taught me how to get the most from each pose. It is a positive place with great energy. Many other services are offered and I look forward to exploring them. Thankful for the growth and the encouragement from a great team and classmates!
