When I had first went I had a pleasant experience so I booked another appointment. I cancelled the appointment 22 hours before but didnt make the 24 hour cut off to waive the cancellation fee. I was in the hospital had major surgery and would physically not be able to make it.I had proof to show but that still wasnt good enough and kori still wanted to charge me. I refuse to go back and do business with a company that is not understanding of situations likes this.
