These guys are the best. I go here almost weekly because their massages feel so good. If they are too rough you can communicate that with them and they will be more gentle. they are kind people. 100% worth the money.

Always a good experience. Great place to stop in if you have extra time. I experience muscle tightness in my shoulders and neck and stopping here on visits to the mall always helps keep my pain levels down. If you’re looking for a gentle massage or for a very relaxing experience, I would recommend a spa instead. But this place is worth the money for convenience of just being able to stop in for relief.

I asked three times for my masseuse to be more gentle after he repetitively dug his elbow straight into my spine. He “massaged” my spine directly, not my muscles. He was talking to another masseuse the entire time, rather fired up, and as his tone increased, he applied more and more pressure to my back and shoulders, to the point of great pain directly on my spine. I have gotten massages many times before, so I know what is correct. This massage was dangerous and potentially harmful. BEWARE.

I took my kids here to get a massage that only took 10 minutes and we ended up paying $80 for I’m still not sure what. I asked for us to be having our feet and legs massage together however we ended up getting our backs massage I know most of this has to do with being with a language barrier but as I asked to speak to the managerThen he was busy and sweet his hand like he wanted me to just go away very not impressed very unprofessional not to mention the massage itself was not technique based. Definitely got ripped off

One of the best massage places Ive been to. These people are truly talented. Realize that they do use a lot of pressure but just like with any other masseuse - you need to communicate with them. This can be challenging because they speak minimal English but they understand if you say softer or too hard. I come here at least once a month. When I feel tension, it manifests physically, mostly around my neck area. Theres been times when Ive had tension headaches and coming here for 20 minutes takes it away. Ask for Jason or Song. Theres a lady that works there, shes pretty good, too. I do wish they had doors so that you wouldnt hear the noise from people walking in the mall.

My son and I both had a massage here.. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I can’t believe I paid to have the sh#t be out of both of us (and he’s 12).. Absolutely no skill, 100% language barrier, they know nothing about massage techniques nor were ever schooled and certified.. AVOID AT ALL COST!! These people could actually cause you harm by how rough and hard beating on you they are while massaging!! This place only appears to be a massage parlor.. never the same people.. always different.. perhaps it’s a hidden smuggling operation.. it most certainly isn’t a massage parlor!!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! The worst foot massage ever. I basically paid to get beat up. The lady was so rough, and it didn’t feel relaxing at all. She kept digging her thumb and pointer finger into my legs, and ankles. It felt like my bones were ready to crunch. And at the end of the massage she was slapping, and punching the sides of my legs. I kept telling her she was hurting me, and she just chuckled, and said it was good for circulation. My daughter had a table (back) massage done as well and her back has a bruise on it. I’m pretty sure this is not the procedures for doing massage therapy. We will never go back again!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. I have had a massage done before at the mall several years ago by the place by Macy’s. Idk if they are owned by the same people because it was not the same experience by far. Talk about an excruciating painful experience to the point they need to be shut down. She was on my actual spine, my back is bruised and sore. I only asked for a 20 min massage for $22 and she gave me a 30 min for $30. I wouldn’t have mind spending the extra money if it was a pleasant experience by was the worst experience EVER!!!!

Just got my first foot massage here the other day! Great expierence! The only problem is they speak little to none English so its hard with the communications with them, they kinda get you for more money than you want cause they up talk everything wothwthe language barrierbarr overall its worth it! Super nice and simple!

Great 15 minute massage, although sometimes depends on who you get. I could do without the smelly lotion at the end. A scent less lotion would be better.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This place left a red mark on my upper back from repeatedly pressing too hard. This “massage” felt more like torture and I was in pain afterwards. I thought massages were supposed to make you feel better, not worse.

Worst massage I have ever had, and Ive had a lot of massages. No skill or training here. The guy chomped on gum, burped, and even farted while he tried to massage. Just did the same thing over and over and way too hard. Feel like I got run over by a freight train. I will be sore for days. Really bad experience, I wish I had read the reviews before I went.

More strength than ability. My wife and a good friend went in Saturday. He said it was a good deep massage but very painful while she had an inch of skin rubbed off were still waiting to heal today (Monday).

If you get a deep muscle massage or a pressure point massage you are going to be sore. I drive an hour to get there because there is nowhere in marion to get a pressure point / reflexology massage. Really helps my nerve pain long term.

DO NOT GO HERE! We were curious about massages and decided to go in. When they first started I thought okay maybe itll get better if I just loosen up. Sure enough I loosened up and felt great at first. They are very rough and they repeatedly hit the same areas over and over again which caused a lot of pain. Now its a day later and Im aching a ton! Im having a hard time bending down and going down stairs because the pain in my lower back shoots sharp pain in all directions and it hurts so much that it stops me in my tracks. My husband had the same thing done but isnt hurting as much as I am. Please read the other reviews! Its better to be safe than sorry!
