Dr. Floyd is an excellent doctor. Her staff that assists her in the surgery room are efficient as well as those that prepped me for a colonoscopy. My good news is I dont have to get one for 5 years!

If I could give a negative I would. They do not put their patients first and could care less if you are in pain. They will cancel on you, reschedule and then cancel DAY OF! an hour before and then refuse to care youve been waiting or are in pain as well. If you make an appointment be prepared to never be seen. DO NOT waste your time
