Terrible experienceHave insurance that covers routine eye exams at no costChecked my network and Dr Krach was in network, called made my appointment asked the desk about my insurance was told they were in network and explained that I only wanted a routine eye exam and my insurance covered it at no costSaw the Dr Krach for about 8-10 minHe quickly checked my vision and asked if I had any questions which I didn’tHe didn’t change my prescription, didn’t change my contact brand, and didn’t prescribe anything for me to take.The front desk said I had to go elsewhere to fill my contact order which I didI received a bill from Dr Krach with an explaining that I went and saw a specialist and now owed them moneyI have spent hours on the phone with Dr Krach office and my insurance companyDr Krach refuses to turn in my eye exam as a routine eye exam, stating I came in for a specialist. If he would code it correctly he would be paid in full by my insurance. I cannot get an explanation from his office on why he won’t, I am guessing he can bill me more than the insurance will pay for the same service.This issue with the bill has been going on for over a yearThis is the most unethical doctors office I’ve ever been to, and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone
