We love Stephanie! She has moved mountains with our son for feeding therapy. Terry, who runs the office, is on top of everything. So grateful for this wonderful group!

My son has been with the clinic for about a year and a half, and has made huge strides with the help of his amazing therapists at SPOT. Each staff member has made us feel special and quick to answer any and all questions that we may have. Even with the uncertainty of the pandemic, the therapists were able to come up with ways to accommodate our schedule and my sons needs. Very happy with our experience!

The staff is the best they are so loving and caring for each individual child that comes in! My son fell in love with everyone.They take the time to hear your concerns and make sure your aware of the improvement and feel comfortable at all times. I would recommend SPOT to anyone ANY DAY!!!

The staff is very friendly and the therapists are excellent with the children. Colby is amazing! Amanda, Haley, Lilly... theyre all excellent. Theyre getting busier each day but they try their best to accommodate everyone. They do not accept a lot of insurance plans - this is true but they do bill your insurance as a courtesy. If you have the insurance that they accept then it should be smooth sailing. The only challenge would be the scheduling. I wish the owner would open up a second location in Cape Coral. I think that location would become just as busy within 9-12 months. Overall I am happy with the services my daughter is receiving there.

I just wanted to warn you, they do not hesitate to call dcf. It doesnt matter what it is, they will call for anything. My son just had brain surgery and we told them he wouldnt be coming in due to recovery. They called dcf because we didnt come in. We had to hire a lawyer and of course we won, but I would not reccomend them to anyone. They would have your kid taken away faster than helping your child.

Horrible! The insurance person was terrible!! After 40 visits, she had the nerve to tell us that they were not getting paid and said that they were going to send us a bill for $4000. Don’t ever make the mistake of coming here. Their customer service is terrible!!! No empathy!!

Just called to make an initial visit for my sons ot pt and speech therapies and was told that billing was a courtesy and that they wont bill a secondary insurance its not their job to do it
