I have referred many friends and family to Dr. DZousa. ( both Raynita and Melwyn) They are very knowledgeable, compassionate doctors that know you by name when you go in for a visit. Most recently, I had a great experience with Austin , the office manager. He went over and beyond helping me with getting my prescriptions called in to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I highly recommend these doctors!!

We love her!!Takes care of my husband andand 90 year old eldery father. Shes kept him going when other docs never thought hed make it back home. 18 weeks and counting. Even went dancing

I have been a long term patient of Dr. Raynitas. She is thorough, considerate and takes the time to explain my test results and is a very kind Doctor. The front office Staff, Sophia and Dionna are professional and go above and beyond to assist in anyway they can.

I am so upset with Sophia, this place is becoming a pill mill and it’s run by Sophia. She makes me feel awful when I call, and I have questions for the doctor and she never has the doctor call me back. It’s like a factory in there and it’s run by one person: and it’s not even the doctor.

Dr Raynita genuinely helped me through a major long term health issue that nobody else wanted to hear about.

Dr D’Souza herself is pleasant and knowledgeable. However, the staff is the most incompetent I’ve ever encountered. Dr D’Souza referred me to a neurologist in March and to date, her office seems to have difficulty faxing the records over. I’ve been lied to repeatedly then told that they would have to get the report from Radiology Regional. To date, I’m in pain while her staff is of no help.

The staff is very rude, Dr rushes through apptall she does is write prescriptions never listenNever does an minor exam not ask important questions regarding mammograms ,etc or breast exam. I had a lump. Horrible office onlyInterest is the money. Stay away if you want good appropriate care with nice staff.

This is the worst doctors office to go to. The Dr. is ok, but they speed through your visit and do not listen when you tell them what is going on with you. The office is horrible. The staff is rude and never works. They are always sitting and talking and never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. They takes medicare and medicaid, which is great but just because they are a provider for low income people should not mean that you get the worst service ever. I like Dr. Raynita but her office staff all need to be changed out in the Fort Myers office. I am a CMA so I have worked in really busy clinics. There is no excuse for their behavior.

PATIENT AND THROUGH.The Drs listen to their patients concerns. The staff is capable and helpful.Office is clean and plesant.Seldom have to wait; If you make an appt.They do take walk- ins however ; the wait time may be longer except in emergencies. Thankful to be one of their patients.

I am not a current patient of Dr. DSouzas however I work for Nurse On Call Home Health Agency and we have the pleasure of providing skilled home health services to many of their patients. As a result, I am constantly communicating with their staff and my experience has been nothing but professional & exceptional. Melissa & Tammy are wonderful people! Furthermore, the feedback Ive received from their patients over the past few years has always been positive. Ive met over 100 people in our community that are current patients of the DSouzas and the majority of these patients are very pleased with their M.D.s, highly recommended them and love their staff who by the way have been with the group for over 10 years!! I am confident that if you choose to see one of the DSouzas for Internal Medicine, youll receive excellent clinical care, great customer service and will not be disappointed!!
