The front receptionist is unfriendly and doesnt not give a welcoming presence. After we leave, a receptionist will stop us halfway through the door to ensure paper work is in order. This is the 3rd time she has done this. Why not stop and tell us while we are passing her office. She also stops you rudely.TLDR: They need friendlier receptionist.

Im recovering from the flu and a septic infection, 8 days in three different hospitals. I made an appointment to see doctor Davis. Overall the staff was very cooperative but I never got to meet the doctor. I arrived a little bit late for my first appointment and the office manager proceeded to read me the riot act she was rude and disrespectful. She made me feel like I committed a major crime by being a little bit late, mind you Im still recovering from the flu and not 100%. P. S. Im 65 years old male. Im new to the area and this is how Im treated.

I have been with Dr Philip Davis for many years and he has helped with a huge range of issues. From helping me manage Crohns to swollen ankles, he has been professional and effective every time I visit. I wanted to add to these Google Reviews because I find theyre filled with caring, impactful reviews.

Get office. Great staff. Office manager was very helpful. My appointment ran on time which is very important to me.

I am a pateint and medical professional as well. If you live in Fort myers and need a PCP I highly recommend visiting Dr. Daviss office. The staff is great, rarely wait, and well organized. I initially tried Lee Physcians Group (LPG) and was told the first appoinment was in 7 months, and I was an employee. I find it pathetic on many levels. Dr. Davis is quick, smart, and efficient. Could not have made a better choice when I went to Dr. Daviss office after reading his reviews, so I highly recommend others do the same.

This office places billing before care. Employees seem to have a very personal and irritated reaction when a patient has a continued co-pay bill of under $100...the blaming/shaming approach to modern medicine. As if people who are seriously ill need to have THAT on top of pain and feeling unwell. Pay your bill or they will block further appointments!!!

Went in for a normal female check up just to be called months later saying that they never ran my lab results. So the call I got from the office the week after my appointment telling me I am all healthy was a complete lie. I am happy to talk with any lawyers about bringing up a case with this awful institution. They should lose their lisence. The lack of professionalism is appauling. These people are theives and liars. Do not trust them with your health. They will charge you for services you will never get!

I had an appointment at this office today. I was asked to arrive at 1:45pm and showed up a few minutes early but at 2:50pm I still had not been called or offered any explanation for the delay. The apathy and disregard from the staff was appalling. I politely let them know that I had to leave and would have to consult a different doctor due to the reception practices. Still no explanation or any concern from the staff what so ever.

The front office staff is terrible! Don’t go to this office looking for a pleasant experience.

Very unprofessional to hang up on someone in the middle of a phone call. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. No care was shown at all.
