Dr. Berdick is awesome! Hes old school and knows his field. Hes about having you healthy and hes right to the point. Ebony is the very best. The reviews that say shes rude are wrong, shes VERY busy and some people mistake her. Shes very good at her job and wears many hats as needed. The rest of the staff are friendly as well and learning. Best Docty and staff in Lee County.

Ebony the receptionist I heard is usually very friendly but I have had 2 experiences with this women were she has been nothing but rude. I have never had someone talk to me or embarrass me like that without even knowing a person or talking to her before. Was very unbusiness like.

Dr. Berdick is the best, most personable doctor Ive ever met as well as the fact that he keeps his prices reasonable and there is never a very long wait in his office. He is just a really great doctor who knows his stuff.

They just shut down entire office with no heads up, nobody rescheduling or calling in refills. These Meds we take you cant just stop after 20 yrs. We have seizures etc. Very unprofessional like patients dont matter.

Dr.Berdick has been my primary care physician for close to 15 years half my life. I am in great health. I recently became a registered nurse holding a BSN and knowing the system I would without hesitation reccomend this physician to anyone in need of quality personal care.

Dr Kenneth Berdick,Fort Myers,Fl. He got my daughter hooked on adderol when she did not need that drug, and continued to give it to her and now she is losing her mind!I believe he is still prescribing to her too and he will not talk about it because of patient privacy.Her husband tried to talk about it and he would not? I believe he needs a lawyer now.

Hes been my doctor for over 10 years! Yes he doesnt beat around the Bush! He tells you the truth ! Whether you can accept the truth or not that is your call!!

Honestly this is a really rough place. BUT I do believe that the doctor and main front Nurse in particular (Ebony I believe) are very helpful. I have always been treated like a human being while here, and Berdick is the only doctor who ever listened to my input on treatment. Although I agree with comments on cleanliness at the office, along with fairly long waits and terribly sick people always seemibly around, I do believe that they are better than average by far.

I am so glad I decided to go to dr. Berdick. He actually listens to his patients. He spent time listening and giving me advice, prescribed the meds that work for me, and seems genuinely caring towards his patients. I have Medicaid, but I paid cash to see him because I heard great things about him. I have depression and anxiety and he helped me with meds for both. He tells it like it is. Great doctor and I highly reccomend. I was in and out within an hour. I am now making him my primary, hes definitely worth it.

Amazingly rude, incompetent. Sees 3 family members at the same time for a total of 5 minutes and bills their insurance for 3 separate office visits. The only people who give him 5 stars are the drug addicts who fork over money so he will write RXs for the drugs of choice.

My brother went to this doctor for blood work so he could get a script for mental illness. Saw the doctor who then days later, as were trying to get blood work results, decides he cant write one because hes not a psychiatrist. He knew why he was there. We ended up at the hospital as by that time he had been off meds for 2 days.

I heard/continue to hear stories of all kinds about this particular doctor. I chose to find out for myself as I usually tend to do when presented with mixed reviews. I have now been a monthly patient of Dr. Berdick. He treats me like a name, not just a number and is honest and knowledgeable about his craft!

I think his staff and him are excellent, makes you feel comfortable and at ease ,holds.nothing back ,no suger coating ,tells you exactly what the problem is and how he will get you better .I like him ,I would absolutely recommend him .✅✔️✔️

Honest and real. Hes been an amazing doctor and helped me achieve 4 years clean from methamphetamine. Yes the wait is long, like someone else said, read a book. Hes worth it. The staff is also genuine and real. Hard to find in todays world.

Dr. Berdick is an awesome doctor. Ive been seeing him for over 8 years. The staff is super friendly. I hate the wait but theyre doing awesome. I hate that he tells me everything is caused because Im overweight but I guess he has a point but Im sure its not all about my weight. Anyways, hopefully he can stay my doctor for many more years.

For anyone on here that says anything negative about Dr.Berdick consider this. The man works 6 days a week. He provides a service to the community. The man is very wise beyond his years. He actually cares about his patients both existing and new. As for the wait it can be long. But the man is a healer and does care. He will not close his doors until every last patient is seen. Dr Berdick is most compassionate, kind and smart ... an excellent diagnostician. Be sure to have your insurance info ready ... and sometimes youll have a wait, so bring a good book to read while you wait to get in to see him. But seeing Dr B is worth the wait. Hes been our family doc for 5 years. A good man, great doc.

Worst doctor ever, went in for pain management and the doctor rudely commented on my weight which was completely unrelated to my visit, failed to provide me with any help, prescribed me useless medications and repeatedly referred to me as “one of those rude millennials” when I didn’t say thank following his awful examination of me. Not to mention he did not tell me what pills he was handing me from a drawer, nor did he tell me what were in the shots he planned on giving me and didn’t even bother to see if i was allergic to anything. This man is not a doctor, he is a drug dealer and belongs behind bars for pill pushing and malpractice.

This doctor is a pill pusher. Hes almost killed my father 3 times. He has no clue what hes doing. He never has. Hes miss diagnosed my father more times then i can count. Also his staff is horrible. No respect.. should be working at mcdonolds. Cant even do paper work been waiting on a referral for 2 months. I would never recommend this man to anyone. I hope they close for good soon.. If you are a pill popper or junkie. Go to him.

I have seen Dr. Berdick for the past six years on a monthly basis. Although he does not have the best bedside manner, and he can be curt at times, he is a plethora of information. He is one of the smartest doctors that I have seen, and I have seen a lot having had cancer and being bipolar ADHD. He deals with the challenge head on and does not worry about the niceties associated with seeing a physician. If you dont mind the wait, at times 2-3 hours, he is well worth the time, as he knows his stuff inside and out. He is also up to date on the latest and greatest treatments and will give you his honest opinion about them. Some he likes, and some he simply does not, but he will give you the reason for either. The appointment is short and to the point, but that is what I like. Shoot me straight, and be on point when you do! And he definitely is!

Had bloodwork done there and was told id get a copy in the mail. 2 weeks went by, no copy and i had to call and ask them to send. the doctor told me they would call if anything came back abnormal. i had several things that came back VERY far out of range and never got a follow up call to discuss anything. guess ill find another doctor

My experience with this doctor office is horrible. They dont answer the phones and all you get are recording. Then it say leave a message but the box has been full for two weeks.truly I dont believe this is a doctor office at all.Imy a new patient and for two weeks straight Ive been calling for a appointment and no one has answered my call yet.I think its time to findo a doctor office that will at least answer the phone so I can make an appointment

I loved Dr. Kenneth he give you a personal attention, I know I can go there with appoint or with out appoint, I will see him, and get the care I need. I lose my insurance and was force to use the local clinic, but the service is very poor, they not give you respect, my last visit to the clinic was 1/17/2014. I had fiver and was very sick after waiting 1:30 they send me home, because they only have one dr. working that day. I when to Dr. K Berdick and in 40 minutes, I was home with medicine and and a shot the help me to recuperate faster. Yes I have to pay more, because is a privet Dr. but it was word it. I recommended this Dr. 100%.

I love Dr Burdick. He has been my doctor since 2008. I had a growth on my arm and wanted it removed. He recommended the surgeon that specializes in my type of growth and it was removed within a month. I have nothing but total respect for Dr. Burdick. Hes a very hard working and dedicated doctor.

Ive been seeing him for about a year. Everything seemed great the first few visits. The wait time is ridiculous appointment or not. I was in there waiting to be seen in the back and there are 3 office girls, nurses or whatever they may be with charts standing outside the door. They started arguing about who to take first because some of the patients were their friends and didnt have an appointment but they should be seen first because it was their friend. They act so unprofessional. Not the first time Ive seen this sort of thing. The Dr. Is plain rude. He tried to give me pills out of a drawer. I asked him what it was and he smirked and said keflex. I said I am allergic to that. He said you are? Ummm yeah look in my chart. You cant ever get anyone to answer the phone for you or your pharmacy. And if your looking for pills......go stand outside his office. His patients always seem to,have extra and they will solicit themselves outside where everyone smokes.

BEWARE: Dont do it! Both my husband and I were set up as new pts and scheduled for blood work on our next visit. Was a long wait but took it as Doctor/Patient relationship reasons. . .WRONG, hes triple booked with unprofessional staff that are clueless! Required us to pay our deductible that had already been paid, but assured us we would be refunded. Came in for our blood work after fasting, he prescribed us pills, gave us a shot and sent us on our way, NEVER took our blood and BILLING wont refund us our double paid deductible! No we didnt ask about our blood work because they obviously dont know what their doing and Ill be damned if I will tell them how to do their jobs! First time my bad, second time their bad, wont dare try a third time. . .we might be killed and probably have to pay another deductible! Tried to get our money back (the dbl PD deductible) by leaving multiple msgs and even mailed them an invoice! Never got ANY return calls, so dont bother leaving a msg, and never got ANY correspondence OR our money back! If you treasure your health and/or life, seek out another Doctor who has time for you. P.S. and Yes, his office waiting areas are filthy and smell of urine and you will be forced to sit amongst the infectious colds, flus, lice, and God knows what! If you dont smoke, you will start at the door walking through the cloud of outside smokers!

6/28/20 Dr Berdick does not wear a mask, did not wash hands. I had to ask him to. He was going to use medical tape with another patients blood on my grandmothers open wound. He insisted that she sit on exam table when she said she was not physically able to get on it. She almost fell and I caught her. Then both he and his nurse spoke badly about me in the next room. Office wheelchair was covered in vomit. Unacceptable. Never ever again.

Absolutely horrible. Wait times are obnoxious (Ive waited 2+ hours more than once and both while 8 months pregnant). Staff isnt friendly. They NEVER answer the phone or return messages or the message box is full. Building is dirty. Inside is dirty and smells. Highly disappointing experience. Berdick isnt a bad doctor at all but his practices staff is unprofessional and the facility unclean.

Dr Berdick is not a good doctor as the others with these 5 stars. He is VERY RUDE, he is VERY, VERY SARCASTIC. He doesnt have any bedside MANNERS. He doesnt listen to your concerns, and he is quick to say that youre FAT and OVERWEIGHT when youre only 170 pounds size 13-14. So I politely said thats not nice and take a look at most of your STAFF. He wants you to come back to his office every 3 weeks to keep the money flow. I personally works for another physician office and he has the AUDACITY to say not nice things about the Uniforms, which was Nice Polo Shirts & kHAKI pants. WHICH HIS STAFF WORE SCRUBS AND WERE VERY FADED AND DINGY IN COLOR that was a big eye opener that he should have seen instead of trying to condemn another physician office. I must say this that some of his staff is very RUDE just like HIM. And far as what Im reading since he moved to his new office it hasnt gotten any better with no sort of improvement. I went to his office feeling ill. NO COUGH, NO VOMITING, NO FEVER. NO STOMACH ACHE. Just a severe headache. This QUACK went into a side office door where he has samples from the Drug Reps which they his nurse or staff opens them up and put them inside a medicine/pill box. He came back with 7 pills and said take these. He never washed his hands at all. He turned around to get me a cup of water and I put them in my pocket. He NEVER ONCE explained what each pill was and why I needed them. What a damn money hungry quack.

Im seeing ratings on here that are poor but in my experience Dr. Berdick and all of his staff were very friendly and efficient. I was a WALK-IN with no appt and was in and out in one hour and it was my initial appt where you have to fill out all the paperwork. Im very happy with them.

I have been seeing DR. Burdick for 7 years +/- and the wait is ALWAYS very long. Up to 2 hrs. in some cases. Was there recently and felt as if I was being racially discriminated against. There are NO appointments. Oh yeah... you can get a card with a time and date, but you will NEVER be seen within even 1/2 hour of that appointment unless there isnt anyone in the office. I am white, by the way, if you are wondering about the discrimination thing. Staff is black. Several people signed in AFTER me, at least 4, and were seen before me. I got some ridiculous excuse that they may have chronic issues. Well, I suffer from depression, anxiety, ADD and serious pain due to multiple auto accidents. (none my fault, rear end collisions) Hows that for chronic? Once I asked for my money back, all of sudden I was called next! Coincidence? Nah... The staff is straight out of the ghetto. Dont believe me? Waste your time for yourself. I need my meds just to make it through the freakin day. Lets see what happens now...

I love Dr. B hes been my doctor since I was 18 years old Im 31 now and every time I needed to be seen or was out of meds he always squeeze me in I think all dr. Should be this way. For those that are complaining about Dr.B are people that want him to drop everything for them and p scribe them meds that they want . Heads up your not the Dr at his office and those nurses are tired of people that go in their screaming at them its like going to the ER screaming at professionals they are lucky they didnt call 911 to kick them out of the Drs office Im just sh* real!

Worst doctor ever in my experience. I have a half of a mind to report him. My family knew about his past and yet I still trusted to go see him. They were right!! He violated the HIPAA and the whole staff has no idea about privacy as well. Im from New England and any doctor or office ran like that would have been shut down within months of opening business. Curt is about as good as it gets in this office---rarely can you ask a question or talk to someone.Have seen Berdick over the years only when necessary and not since I had a severe allergy attack and he suggested it was diet. He loves dispensing all types of drugs and if that is your thing, then this is the place. Theyll write anything as long as you come back every 3 weeks and keep paying them.

Ive been with Berdick ever since I was a was child Im 33 years old right now I had an appointment to see him on March 8 2017 his staff have always been rude his new office is dirty I mean I thought my bedroom was dirty but he allows smoking on the grounds the floors look dirty I could go on for hours about his new building he was better off at the old location. I went to see him on March 8th 2017 for a refill I came late the lady at the desk gave me an attitude, I have mental health issues and Berdick knows this why he has banned me from seeing him is beyond me yeah because I was upset that I came to have med refills and I came after 4 PM and didnt bring my appointment card from 2 months ago to prove I had one they claimed they had computer problems and were unable to prove I had an appointment today is March 16th 2017 I just got a letter in the mail telling me I am no longer a patient of his and that I need to find a new doctor all because me and my mom were inappropriate, obnoxious and abjectly deplorable behavior They also claim theyve filed a No Trespass against me and say I will be arrested you hear that arrested if I go on the property. I mean really Ive been banned from his office over something that small go figure. And if you honestly think that Im gonna say Im sorry just so I can come back you gotta be kidding me.I am like I said I mental health issues Im Bipolar I have depression and I this is the way someone with a mental health gets treated. By the way I hope some of the nurses who work for him have a good laugh saying how no one of this is true yeah I just made all of this all up. If you call his office clean they Id hit to see what some of their houses look like. Stop by his office some time heck they broke his door a few times they had it boarded for at least a month Ive got video on facebook of what appears to be bugs in his lobby. I like Berdick hes a cool doctor its a shame Ive lost him but his staff are gonna be the down fall of him if it wasnt for the fact they have a HAPPA Law I possibly wouldve done a lot of videos showing how dirty his office is. Hes a joke! He isnt concerned with any issues you have. He just writes medications that arent needed. Im a bigger girl who has severe back problems. Instead of helping with my back issues, he just wants to prescribe amphetamines for my weight loss every time Im there, and blow off the issues at hand. If you want pills prescribed & arent concerned with your health issues hes the quack to go to.

I have known Dr. Berdick for years and I feel he is very quaffed in his practice. Yes he has a clinic and his prices are very reasonable. The waiting time to see him can be long but again his prices are a lot lower than mosts. It really bothers me that he has gotten a bad review so dont believe everything you read. Dr. Berdick is a very highly respected physician in this area. I am sure he gets hard to deal with patients from time to time. Dr. Berdick knows what hes doing. I have used Dr. Berdick for years. This kind of doctor is not around anymore. Dr. Berdick simply treats patients and has seen just about everything. Dr. Berdick does not need to send you for 5 additional tests as other doctors do. He knows his stuff and I am happy he is here.A fat woman complained earlier about back pain. Doctor Berdick prescribed weight loss medication, she got upset because he does not prescribe pain medication. Obviously if you lose the weight you will get rid of the pain.He is plain and simple and usually right. I like him and recommend him highly. Anyone who sees the amount of patients he does, has to be very knowledgeableThank you, Dr. Berdick.

My first and last visit...I didnt listen to the other 3 reviews because I noticed they were kinda outdated...Well I should have listened...I would never recommend this doctor. He was very rude and unhelpful. I went in concerned about a lump in my lower back and he proceeded to tell me I was totally fine that its a normal anatomical development. Despite my concern for intense back pain this past weekend when I had the flu. He asked me if something was wrong (with the look of confusion on my face) after he proceeded to tell me everything is fine. I told him I just couldnt understand how a lump in my lower back could be normal if it wasnt always there. He was condescending through the entire visit. As I was on my way out to get weighed and such he gave me paperwork requesting a release form for my bloodwork. I asked him if he could explain why my lower back is so tense where the lump is then and why he would need that paperwork if everything was fine like he said. He said well youre tense all over (cause he was convinced something was wrong earlier when he asked) thats why (so he completely dismissed the symptom I initially came in concerned about) and as for the bloodwork there could be other things wrong with you and I want to see. I responded oh well I was just curious. and condescendingly said well thats why I answered the question. I asked him why he was so condescending towards me. He objected to being condescending, took the release form out of my hand saying, I think I will just be taking this back. Youre done here. The door is there. The visit was incompleted and I left with no answers and upset. Thankfully I got a second opinion and it turns out it was a cyst. Not only was I misdiagnosed but I felt so disrespected and left with more stress than before. THE MAIN POINT: Dr. BerDICK seems to fit him very well.
