The most disorganized and terribly-run doctors office Ive ever been to. On my first appointment I was taken an hour late, the nurse practitioner took 2 calls during my appointment and told me vaccines dont work. She proceeded in that first meeting and during our follow up to tell me how I feel isnt true, and made fun of me to my face.This nurse practioner, Laura Yancey, was replaced by a much nicer woman, but the operation remains disorganized. They dont always call to confirm appointments, always start meetings late, and the front desk never answers.If youre looking for mental health services, this is not the way to go unless you want to leave more stressed and isolated than when you came in.

I had the best experience with this office. Very friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Hillary and she was very understanding and honestly an amazing listener who actually took the time to hear me and my problems. I would recommend this practice to everyone!

Hilary is amazing provider who takes her time to listen to you and makes you feel like you are being heard. The front desk is very warm and welcoming! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family when they are discussing on seeing someone .

Staff and providers are very welcoming. Miss Sojdak is very thoughtful and makes you feel like you are truly being listened to. The front desk is a beautiful girl named Katie and just seeing her face brightens up your mood with a contagious smile 😉

I went there last Thursday and met with Hilary, she took me in and helped me through what I was going through and took the time for me. If you are looking for someone who cares about her patients and goes the extra mile please go see Hilary.

Most disorganuized practice ive ever seen. they herd you in and out like cattle, just collecting your money and sending you on your way. they are too busy to even have a full session with you. no one answers the phone. no one calls you back. the office women brenda sits in the back and make fun of patients after they leave. they dont care about your or your metal issues or your problems they just take your money and shove you out the door. the doctors are never on time with their appointments. they literally dont care bout people at all, just money

I am extremely frustrated with this office. I moved from Maryland and it seems mental health is taken much more seriously there.I have been repeatedly contacting this office for over a week to schedule a follow up appointment and to get a prescription filled, which I have been on for several years. The pharmacy has now contacted them twice and myself twice. I am switching out of this office. I feel like they are very irresponsible.

Dr. Pollack is great! My husband has made a 180 degree improvement. He is now not only playing tennis but teaching tennis and swimming . And is again a pleasure to be around. As a nurse practitioner I was well aware of the various alternatives but Dr. Pollack and his methods proved to be exactly what was needed to treat my husband correctly to get the desired results. It was non invasive and my husband was able to see improvements very, very quickly. If you want REAL professional care see Dr. Pollack.

Absolutely the most unorganized doctors office I have ever been to. I could write a novel about how terrible of an experience this has been. No one ever answers the phone, they don’t respond to email, and it’s clear that the patient is not treated as a priority.

I have been going here for 2 years. The best psychiatric services in Lee and Collier counties. Mary at the front desk is friendly and competent. Brenda is customer service oriented and solves all problems. Julie, therapist, is very helpful and understands the needs and goals of her patients. Hillary, psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, also understands the needs and goals of her patients. She truly cares about my well being. I do not see Dr.Polluck, but I understand he is innovative and a leader in his field. I enjoy talking with Dr. Polluck. He is a down to earth professional. He is funny and leads a great team. I had a fear of everything not I knew when I had kids i couldnt hope from the world anymore. We had to try a few meds butmy marriage is good. I work full time and do as much as I can with chir h and my girls school. Of course I still get fear and anxiety but I can fight it easier.

My husband had an emergency situation. Called the emergency line and left a message with no return phone call. The next day he went to the office at 8AM and is told by Dr. Pollack they will fit him in when his provider Hilary Sojdak comes in at 9AM. When she arrives, she tells the receptionist to tell him she cant see him until tomorrow and sends him out of the office, no guidance on medication, what to do until then, etc. He ended up admitted to Park Royal Hospital-still no follow up call whatsoever. Official complaint filed with the Florida Board of Medicine and seeking legal advice.

Do not give up finding help if the person they schedule you with grossly underestimates the severity of your condition, as is what happened in my case. There are many other offices in Fort Myers
