This is by far the WORST place I have ever been to for medical care and that includes clinics in rural China. They gave me a huge fuss over setting up Tricare. I understand it is hard sometimes to get that part situated, but they were apathetic at best about fixing the problem. So when I fixed that I scheduled an appointment and was told the earliest they have is 0730. Not a big deal to get up early since I am military. So I get there 30 minutes early as I was instructed to. After an hour and change I was finally summoned to the back. No apologies or anything. Why they would have an appointment this early and not even make it blows my mind.So in walks Karla Noel. Seems nice at first, but as I was going through some of my concerns she was rushing me the entire time. I did not even get to finish my short list of concerns before she rushed me out of the door not a care in the world. She is late to her own appointment and then decides she doesnt have enough time for me. She was not interested in helping me. When I mentioned a toenail issue she said it is likely incurable. I then go to another doctor at Lee Health who gives me medicine and it goes away in under two weeks. Noel didnt even attempt that!I have been to doctors in three different countries and have yet to experience this blatant rudeness.Stay away from here if you can. Extremely uncaring and unprofessional. And this incident was a year ago and they are getting worse.

I thought Dr. Harlacher was great. But dealing with the office staff is a challenge. I know its a busy place. I went in last week for a blood test, and one of the ladies called me and I was working and couldnt answer the phone. Then I try and try to call back and cant get through. Then when I finally get through, the girl hangs up on me. Im about to just give up and go to another doctor. Its frustrating as can be.

This is the absolute worst medical office I have ever dealt with in my entire adult life! It is a shame because Dr. Clark was very sweet and personable but dealing with the ladies working in their office is just not worth the hassle. I am a new patient who recently moved to the area from Chicago and have had 3 TERRIBLE experiences with this offices staff. When I had my first appointment at 9:30, I didnt actually see the doctor until after 11, which is fine. I understand getting backed up, but by the time we checked out I was starving and really needed to get back to work. I filled out the form to have my medical records transferred from my previous doctor in Chicago and explained that she had moved offices since I moved but provided the address and phone number. I was told by the lady checking me out that I would have to call to get the fax number because they dont have time to call. So I went back and sat an addition 10 minutes to call and get the fax then wait in line again for another 20 minutes to turn the sheet back in. Not the best first impression but ok. Then days later my test results were posted to an online forum, but I did not understand the language of what I was looking at so I called the office to ask if someone was available to explain the results to me. I waited on hold 17 minutes and then they took a message and said someone would call me back. I waited about 4.5 hours and called back. I was on hold 26 minutes this time. The lady that answered the phone sighed and laughed under her breath when I told her I didnt understand the results. She said that someone would call me back. When I told them I had been waiting almost 5 hours, she said, I understand that this is important TO YOU, but people can wait up to a week for a call back! I brought to her attention that she had basically told me that my results were not important TO THEM, to which she started back pedaling and took another message. Someone called me later that night and said, All your tests are fine and basically let me go after all of 3 minutes. I was very irritated but Dr. Clark had gotten me in to see a specialist that I was having trouble getting into on my own, so I put it out of my head. Then the 3rd incident was when they scheduled my follow up. I was unable to make the appointment time because of work so rather than sit on hold I tried to reschedule online. The messaged me asking about another date and time, I wrote them back promptly saying no unfortunately that day would not work either and also inquired as to what the appointment was for and if was necessary since all my my tests were fine. I never received a reply and they just scheduled the appointment anyway, so I canceled it online and waited for a reply to my message. I waited 5 business days with still no reply when I finally called. The same woman who was so rude to me last time answered and said the appointment was cancelled so they did not feel the need to respond. She is an extremely unpleasant, rude, and lazy person to be your point of contact! Although I did like Dr. Clark very much, I did not and will not be rescheduling for any doctor in that office!

This has to be the worst office staff??? experience that I have ever had in SW Florida in the 40+ years I have been here. Do not try to call - you cant get through. Oh, they have a new portal as of 8/24/21 and will send everyone invites. Not in my inbox. Oh, and try and get an appointment. I walked in, because when I requested an appointment online - cant get through the phone lines, the message in portal was please call our office to schedule. LOL. Waited in line. Was told Dr Clark had no appointments available until October but I was encouraged to get the blood work done anyway. In August. What management company is working here? For the money from insurance or Our patient come first? Sorry, over schedule and stress everyone out. Take your business elsewhere.

Worst medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Villaflor did not listen to a word, you could tell she could care less about her patients, extremely condescending and holier than thou attitude. We had discussed 2 prescriptions, 1 that was sent to the pharmacy was a completely different prescription than it was supposed to be, even the cashier at the pharmacy couldn’t understand why I was prescribed what she called in. The other required a prior authorization that she denied AFTER WRITING THE SCRIPT. Then a week after the appointment I get notified through the completely useless app that I had a new prescription for another medication that we had never discussed, and had we discussed it she would have known that I got incredibly sick after the previous use. To top it all off everything was coded in a way that made sure my insurance covered none of the lab work she ordered. The experience with this doctor was so bad I don’t think I would trust any of their physicians, literally NOTHING was done correctly. I’m cancelling all future appointments and cutting my losses with this practice.

She always make me feel as though my health is of the upmost importance to her and is always engaged, asks the right questions and looks for ways to treat her patients so that their quality of life is better. She is a gem and I will continue to confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a competent and compassionate physician.

Held my roommate responsable for their mistake. Refused to see her or refill her prescriptions unless she agreed to pay the claim. For $90.00 their billing department put her life in danger. She is going through severe Lyrica withdrawal. Sudden withdrawal can cause a life threatening situation. Billing refused to let her speak to the doctor and hung up on her and me. She is on day 9 of a possible 6 week withdrawal period.Update: Finally got a appointment after almost two months. Fiasco. She pre- arranged to be taken to the back due to asthma and breathing difficulties with a mask ( rebreathing hot moist air). After driving 30 minutes, she was not taken to the back as arranged and was once again refused treatment, this time over a mask. No regard for the arrangement made prior to the visit. It was a ploy to get money, plain and simple. Now refused refills on pain medication for long term pain. Another cold turkey withdrawal under way. She barely lived through the first one. All prescriptions made by her doctor. Anyone know a good attorney we can hire?

I don’t think anyone knows what’s going on. My appointment was at 10:00. I arrived at 9:26 like they asked me (they told me that only at 8 that morning if the appointment, not in the many after hour phone calls they have a robot make). I’ll save people the reading, no one behind the counter communicates so be prepared to be blamed for missing information. When I finally did see the doctor at 11:30, she had to keep asking a different doctor for answers?? Not his opinion, but what to do and who to send me to. That’s probably why they’re both running an hour behind, because one doctor needs the other doctor to make any decisions. Was told to go to urgent care for pain as a result of something weeks ago, don’t they know urgent care just sends you to your primary? Clearly did not want to help. I basically discharged myself, the third lady behind the counter was absent minded. Arrived at 9:30ish, leaving at 11:58. Anyone have a primary they recommend?

Ive been a PPC patient for ten years, first in the Cape and now here. Today I called with a severe migraine around noon. After three calls begging for an appointment, they sent my call to Theresea, the triage nurse. She called two hours later and I explained why I was asking for an emergency appointment. I have a four year old son (also a PPC patient) who was born with a heart defect and is at greater risk for COVID complications and going to an urgent care facility could expose me unnecessarily. Two hours later (4 1/2 hours after my initial call) she calls back again to tell me I need an appointment but that there were none left that day and I would have to go to urgent care (when in the previous call she agreed staying away from an urgent care or ER was the right call). This is now 4:45. Of course there arent any appointments. I am so disappointed and still in tremendous pain. Now I just get to sit here and suffer. Their slogan of having their family take care of your family? Today they failed. I would never treat my family this way. I live less than a mile away and it would have taken a doctor 30 seconds to look at me, say yep its a migraine, and write a prescription. Stay away if you need a doctors office who wont treat you subhuman.

This was not my normal doctors office. They set me up with an appointment which was scheduled at 3:45. I sat in the lobby for just over an hour after doing an online check in. I then waited in the room for the doctor to come in and see me for more than 15 minutes. The Dr that saw me apparently didn’t care about the pain I was experiencing in my knee. You would have thought I asked her for a prescription for narcotics. Needless to say I will not be returning to that facility again and I’m considering switching doctors away from PPC. Such a shame that a big conglomerate has gotten away from really caring about the patient. I will say that Linda Wood is the tops at the Lehigh Office and I will miss her greatly.

Will be switching doctors immediately. Something that should’ve taken one day to process still hasn’t been completed after five days and all you can get is I’ll send another reminder. Been calling, faxing, and came to the office. Had to call again and was given incorrect information as to why it wasn’t done. You would think they would give the courtesy of returning a call to say hey this is why we can’t complete this. No. Of course not. That would be too much like doing your job and actually delivering customer service. They’re front office staff and nurses forget that they have a job because of the very patients they so rudely push aside and are indifferent to. They’re care is just ok. Offices like this come a dime a dozen. The only thing keeping us there was Dr. Lewis. Now that he is gone there is no reason to stay.

Plan on waiting at least an hour in the lobby. No point in showing up early. Make sure you devote your whole day to sitting in the lobby. Highly recommend bringing snacks and water in a cooler. Also bring a sleeping bag and tent maybe if you camp out maybe you’ll be seen. One plus is there is a tv in the lobby. That’s why I feel comfortable giving this place one star instead of zero. Then when you get called to the room plan on packing you stuff up and setting up camp in the room. Good thing is that there is a bed on there make sure you bring your sleeping bag and you can nap for the next hour or two while you wait to be seen. Don’t make an appointment here it’s completely pointless. You’ll never be seen and you’ll devote your day to sitting in uncomfortable chairs surrounded by ill people while you continue to die on the inside. Better luck winning the lottery than being seen. Never been so upset about a place. I will go out of my way to make sure I tell people about My experience.

I’m uncomfortable with the idea that so many felt they were not treated well, and most importantly that the only response was a tin can “we’re sorry for your experience” and “call us to discuss” regardless of the complaint.Take ownership of your failures and shortcomings as it makes people feel better when you admit something isn’t right. There is no shame in acknowledging wrongs (minor or major, or even just “perceived “) and working to make the patient experience more positive!I applied the three stars simply because I have not been seen there.

I’ve moved to Fort Myers and I wanted to establish myself with a PCP in the area. I called to set up an appointment here and they set me up with Kim Catania, ARNP. When I arrived I had already did the online-sign in so I wouldn’t have to arrive much earlier. I waited for over an hour until I was seen. Kim Catania was nice enough but it was obvious she wanted to be done with me as soon as possible as she would cut me off mid-sentence when I was divulging relevant information. I was asked about any problems I’d like to address and I mentioned I had irregular menstrual bleeding on birth control. Although I’m fairly certain the bleeding wasn’t attributed to STDs since I had been screened in March I figured it was better to be safe than sorry. So she signed me up for every test available aside from trich without asking me what I’ve had done in the past and went ahead and referred me to an OBGYN I’ve seen before and only asked if that was okay after she had already done it.However, that isn’t the worst part of my visit. I went to LabCorp on Dec 28th to do the lab tests and it has been 10 days and they still haven’t called me despite the results being in for awhile now. They’ve had the results since last week and it still hasn’t been reviewed. Turns out I have an abnormal urinalysis and I probably have a UTI. I have called the office three times to no avail. Once on Friday because I knew they had my results and I couldn’t access them yet. They told me they’d have her give me a call back. Never did.On Monday (Jan 6th) I could see the results for myself on LabCorp’s website and so I called again so I could get a prescription and they said they would leave a note on my chart for the ARNP to get in touch with me. Apparently, she’s been out of the office for over a week and she was back today and that’s why she didn’t call on Friday. Why they told me she was in on Friday I have no idea.Furthermore, why does it have to be her that prescribes me anything when any other doctor or nurse practitioner available would also be sufficient? It doesn’t have to be her that reviews my chart. The third time I called apparently no notes had been left on my chart and they said they’d have HER call me back despite me asking for help from anybody who would listen. Once again, it does not have to be her. It’s not like I’m a reoccurring patient of hers anyways.I guess if you have something wrong you are expected to wait on the doctor you’re assigned to even if you just need a prescription. It’s now the next day and my UTI symptoms are worsening and I can’t get a prescription unless they call me.I advise anyone thinking of coming here DO NOT unless you like being treated like cattle. I will not ever come back to this god forsaken office, god forbid something more severe was wrong with me they’d let me rot first.

Absolutely the worst experience. I called their office to get appointments for my self and my husbands annual physical early November. They gave me March appointments. After waiting for months, we went there and had our annual check ups, pretty fast. mostly spent chatting with doctor and we left the office. After few weeks I saw the bills on my insurance portal showing we owe hundreds of dollars (my insurance covers physical so I realized its not coded as a physical visit) so we were billed for illness visits and interestingly, my husbands bill was higher than mine. they said your husbands visit was 5-10 minutes longer than yours!!!!after discussions and phone calls, they told me that they are going to change the billing codes and send the update to my insurance. Today, after a month, I saw they have charged my card on file for the initial wrong amount without sending me any bill or statement in mail or online. They have also sent the same wrong claims to my insurance even under a wrong doctor name who I dont event know her. This annual visit has had nothing helpful to us but just waste of time: waiting for months to visit the doctor, getting a day off to go to doctor and spending hours over the phone to hopefully fix an issue someone else made. the whole thing looks just like a scam and not fair at all and Ill fight it.

However after a month I had to go back for a check up to see how those issues were going and the doctor (no student 😞) I can’t seem to think of her name but she’s blone seemed not to care about the new issues I was having as well as one of the old issues. I told her my knee was really starting to bother me to the point I’m in tears at night and she sat there and said well this isn’t an appointment for that this is just an appointment for your last visit which I guess I understand but first of all I still paid the co pay so does it really matter? And second of all you didn’t have to be rude! I began to ask her about my hand and the sharp pain That goes from my wrist to my fingertip and she still said that this visit wasn’t for that issue. The girl at the front desk put my name in the computer and said it would be called into my pharmacy. No refill! So I caught my flight on pins and needles. I then called the doctors office to see if they would call a prescription into a pharmacy at my visited location. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then was told quite rudely that what I was asking for is a controlled substance and I had to pick up a prescription at their office. I WAS at their office when I asked for the refill, and nobody told me that they would get the physician to write a prescription or even that they couldn’t call the refill request into my pharmacy. Upon my checkout, the receptionist tells me that the phlebotomists are a separate entity from the practice and they will bill me. This works for me as I do not have any health insurance. I wait for my results to come back before I schedule a follow up appointment. I arrive at the office for my follow up appointment only to find out that the receptionist has scheduled me an appointment on the week my doctor is on vacation. Obviously this is very frustrating. I then schedule a time that the doctor will actually be in the office. Fast forward to my appointment, I am checking in and I am told that I have a balance for my blood work. I have never received a bill in the mail. I have never seen a copy of the blood work or the bill details. At this point I am no longer interested in dealing with such an unprofessional practice. I pay my balance, cancel my appointment, and start to look for a new doctor. It appears that this practice thinks that it can treat its patients what ever way it pleases. They are completely inept and unprofessional. It does not appear that anyone has any idea how things operate there. I would highly discourage anyone from wasting their time, money, and possible health with people who are not concerned with your well being. On a side note, my doctor told me that if I wanted to gain weight, I would need to eat more. When I started asking questions about a new medication he rudely told me he couldnt help me with that, and that Id need to see a sign up for their weight loss program if I wanted to lose weight.I paid my co pay and they got paid from my insurance, so that I could get refills and be kicked out.The weight loss program is not part of their insurance coverage its an extra charge... like they dont even classify it as a specialist, its an extra service they offer outside of insurance coverage, and its $100 per visit, and I need to come at least once a month... yadda yadda. Its like an L.A. weightloss type of programDont go to this doctor. If you can find a different doctors office all together, highly recommended.ESPECIALLY stay away from Rodriguez, hes only trying to get as many appts as possible without actually helping you

Often late. Last time over an hour wait. No pre call to let you know. They cancel appointments and want you to wait 2 months for a new appointment and if you need to see them for a problem, they can not see you anytime soon. Go elsewhere

The absolute worst experience start to finish you could ever have in a doctors office. The front desk staff are icey and unhelpful, no shortage of attitude. Then the staff is completely incompetent- I had 3 tests scheduled one day, and got told by the ultrasound tech to leave after the first one which I did. I then got a call when I was on my way back to work that I had 2 more tests scheduled. It was too u late by then, I had to go to work.I go back to get the other 2 tests done, another inconvenience to have to go in before work. Theyre doing bloodwork-- they take my blood and I leave. Come to find out 2 weeks later that they lost my sample and I have to come in AGAIN.Take 3, Im pissed off by this point, but no lack of attitude from the staff as usual. They draw my blood a second time and the tech taking the sample tried to draw from my left arm. I tell her before she starts that most people cant hit there and she should try my right arm, but thats not enough to convince her and she mashes the needle around my arm trying to prove herself right. Fast forward 3 minutes later and she finally tries my right arm like I said originally to, and it works *surprise i know my body a little better than you*.The final bow is the doctors advice to me, which is completely generic and not specific to me and my situation, my dietitian girlfriend looked up the doctors suggestions and showed me research suggesting the opposite. All in all the worst possible experience for anyone trying to seek healthcare. I wouldnt recommend these guys to my worst enemy let alone a friend. Go elsewhere.

This is by far the worse thing that has ever happened to me. Dr Peter Lewis is by far the worst Dr I have ever come in contact with. I had back and neck complaints because of a car accident, so what does he do? Tries to prescribe me 60$ headache medicine aka Excedrin. He doesnt care whats wrong, doesnt take the time to look into anything or refer you anywhere. This is one of many rediculous appointnents Ive dealt with! Just a $$$ hole beware. What a waste of time!

Dr. Lewis was very personable, he spent about 20 minutes just getting to know me and welcoming me to the PPC practice. This was my first visit here since I relocated from CT.

My insurances limited selection of in-network OBGYNs in this area has forced me to go to Physicians Primary Care. You cant get appointments for weeks or even months, and they will not see you for multiple issues at the same time. For example, I wanted to get the Implanon birth control. They told me I would need to schedule 3 appointments - 1 for a consultation, 1 for an annual exam (even though insurance now allows you to go 2 years without an exam for birth control), and 1 for the implant. Because they only have hours during the work day (no early morning, no evening, no weekend), I had to go to Planned Parenthood and pay out of pocket for a consultation, at which time they informed me I didnt have to have another annual exam, and were able to give me the Implanon right on the spot. Unfortunately, I had to drive to Sarasota for that appointment. Now, I need to go in for an annual exam and need to have a lump in my arm looked at for a possible referral. I first scheduled the appointment and told them this - they gave me an appointment. I then had to reschedule, so I called back. They didnt have any more appointments for another 3 weeks AND suddenly decided I had to get the lump looked at during a separate appointment from my annual exam so now I need to go to 2 for the same doctor. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be doing research to find another provider in the area and am willing to drive to find someone whos actually willing to provide reasonable care.

I have received excellent care from Dr Snodgrass and all the staff are friendly and professional . Did experience a little wait time, but nothing out of the ordinary for a busy practice. So much better than my last doctor,

Had multiple test done, EKG at their facility, EKG at another facility, a stress test and EKG on the 29th of April at an out patient facility again. Called for results end of last week and today, and all I can get is the doctor has to review it and I will get a call back, heavens know when that will be.As well as a rude receptionist, who didnt listen to when I said, i called at least twice as week, to see if the got the results.
