Absolutely professional from the moment I arrived. Every member of the staff was amazing. They explained the procedure that they were going to perform and then did it, promptly and without issue.Dr Malkani was congenial and engaged. He asked questions to be sure he understood my concerns and then outlined options to be considered. No pressure, just advice and possible solutions.Was in and out in 75 minutes, in which time I had 4 tests/procedures and the consult with the doctor. First class operation!

Ive gone to Dr. Malkani from Feb 2021 - June 2021. My first office visit was due to new flashes in my left eye. Since I have had a retinal tear in my right eye, I wanted to get checked out. Dr. Malkani is great. Best eye Dr. Ive ever been to including my previous Kaiser Drs in the SF Bay area. Since starting to go to Dr. Malkani the flashes are almost gone, he removed cloudiness from my previous cataract surgery and I am now seeing 20/30 in both eyes. I think I may be able to get the glasses requirement removed from my drivers license. His staff is great and the procedure you go through with each office is consistent and very thorough. Its a great experience to go there and now I dont need to see him again for 8 months. I highly recommend Dr. Malkani.Also, for new glasses he recommended Sarah Johnson at Johnson Eye Care and she was also excellent.

I was hired here a few months ago and only a few days into my training, I was completely put off. There was maybe 1 other employee I got along with and respected, and the doctor himself seems like a good guy. But I can tell you that the behind the scenes behavior is shockingly unprofessional. The NP, I dont even remember her name, clearly has zero compassion or concern for patients. She gossiped with the employees like a teenager and talked about going out on dates at lunch time or after work while patients were waiting to be seen. Incredibly rude and just very self centered. There was also zero communication when it came to my training and nobody steps in to help you. Basically left you to figure things out on your own then scolded you when you did something incorrectly. There are also family members of the physician working there which gave off strange vibes as well. Overall an uncomfortable experience and I quit within a week because it was so unorganized and messy. I have health care experience and genuine passion to help people. So this was unlike anything I had witnessed firsthand before and I refused to be associated with a business ran that way.

Fantastic. Professional, clean and quick for all that has to be done when your there. Very thorough. All done with s good sense of humor. They truly have their eye on the ball.

The whole staff is great but it’s always a long appointment, prepare to wait. Otherwise treatment and care is very good!Update, my appt on 2/1/2021, in and out in under 45 minutes! AWESOME, plus my macular degeneration is getting under control!

My interaction with the doctor was good. My interactions with the technicians was not particularly good.

WOW - I was impressed from the moment the front doors opened! Very cordial and attentive staff at the front desk. This was my first visit here and I was referred by my opthamologists office. I was seen by 5 different technicians at the office - each one told me their name, what test they were going to do and why, and reassured me each step of the way. They were amazing - proficient and professional. They worked so well together too - and made my husband and I feel comfortable. The PA who met with me was equally amazing - kind and clear in her explanation of what was going on, what I could expect, and what the next steps would be. I am very happy that I was referred here.

I would not recommend Dr. Malkani. He is very flippant and extremely rude. Staff is lackadaisical and seem as miserable as the doctor. Lead tech is extremely rude to everyone in her path. Most seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. Shop around, there’s better elsewhere!!

Staff was very efficient and friendly. Everyone greeted me by name and gave me their name. All test were explained and any questions I had was answered completely. The doctor was great just like his staff. I would recommend this office to anyone

Small cramped office where they don’t practice social distancing. The lobby chairs are not spaced accordingly. The employees are also forced to share a room where adequate distances, or precautions are adhered to. The doctor, nor his Office Manager enforce a mask mandate in the office, where half of the staff are all avant-garde about the wellbeing of their patients, or each other.

All personnel are professioval, friendly.
