Dr. Bhavnani and staff are the best!! I would recommend Dr. Bhavnani to anyone. He is a 5 star doctor. Hes very caring and concerned about his patients.

One of my family members has been a patient of Dr Bhavnani’s for a very long time. Dr Bhavnani is very professional and kind. I wish I could say the same for his office staff. There’s only one or two of the women in the office who are actually decent and welcoming towards the patients and their families. During a lengthy visual test, the tech at no point explained the procedure or what needed to be done prior to it, was very rough when doing simple prep and furthermore, was not at all thorough in disinfecting items which are used on a different patient each time they have that test done. During the test itself, not only did someone (other employee) interrupt to get their phone charger out of the room, but it was observed that she was not pleased when my family member complained of being very uncomfortable. It’s like it was an imposition for her to have to hear an 82 year old man asking to have a chair adjusted. This is not the first time that I’ve been here that I’ve witnessed the employees being less than courteous. Dr Bhavnani is a 5 star doctor, his office staff, no. A courteous and pleasant office staff either makes or breaks an office and the ones here aren’t doing the practice much good.
