Amazing massage. Extremely clean and pretty. A little pricey but I would assume that it is mostly inline with pricing in the area. The sauna works really well, but for some reaosn the jacuzzi was out of order.

Its small, clean, and conveniently located in a small nook next to a great grocery and liquor store. The massages are a tad pricey but are amazing. Make sure to spend some time in the clay room as the heat is so good for your back. Bring cash for tip and always shower before to get in the hot or cold baths!

Booked a massage from Groupon to save some money. After driving almost a hour the lady at the front desk would not accept it. We requested the manager and was told they would call back. Never got a call. Avoid this place at all costs.

Me and my husband got a couple massage as a anniversary gift by my mother in law. Before getting in The front desk lady charged us $13 for taxes and demanding $40 dollars for tips. I was so shocked by the demand but we ended up paying since we drove 1 hour and 30 minutes. So basically we paid $53 dollars. The massage ladies didnt understand the questions I had and she kept answering yes to the questions. For instance, I asked do we have to pay for the salt room? she said yes so we were finished and leaving then I asked at front desk and got different answers. Anyway, I really recommend to research before going there.

This spa is the place to go if your on a tight budget. If your looking for something good, (good service and good pools) this isnt the place. The receptionist doesnt speak any English and gave us attitude. Wouldnt recommend this place very much.

Currently chilling here right now, basically its a smaller version of the King Spa at Palisade Park. I think the atmosphere is quite peaceful, because of the size. Theres less people, and that makes things much more comfortable, theres even nice piano music in the background, although it has a bit less features comparing to other Spas, it uses its space very well and everything seems new and renovated. Nice Spa.

This is a nice cozy place for a short visit or ur alone and just want to relax for a bit. They only have 3 rooms, a small section for shower and sauna. If u were to go on a crowed day, it would be very little space to sit. The rooms in the main area are small, maybe fit 6 to 9 people. The kitchen for drinks and food were closed on a Saturday. One good thing is they are clean rooms. Massages and entry is the cheapest Ive seen. There is free parking outside. You use a key on ur wrist to open and close the locker room door. The mens hot tub was very hot and cold tub was great. My wife says the female hot tub wasnt that warm. I wish the place was bigger.

This was the worst massage I ever had in my life. First off the massage table felt as if I was laying on my dining room table getting a mammogram.The massage therapist was rough. Even tho I told him to do a Swedish massage. I couldnt Breathe majority of the time because of my mask facing the table. He kept push on my head so I’m hard. I had a migraine immediately following the massage. Last but not least. As I was leaving out the door. The front desk tells me to give the guy a 20$ tip. The massage itself was only 60$. I did not give a tip. It was the worst thing I have ever experience. This morning I checked my account and they process the $20 Anyways without my consent. I’m irate!!

Massage was amazing. The staff at the front desk was not friendly nor welcoming though. The therapists that facilited my massage was professional, courteous and thorough. Also, the spa is unassuming and honestly doesnt reflect the Plaza. Walking down the stairs you felt like youre walking into a world of peace, then BOOM you meet a staff who was not nice 🤣🤣🤣 BUT THE MASSAGES WERE ON POINT.

A great “mini kingspa”, very solid stream room. But save your money on the massage - only 1 masseuse is good, 2 others are horrible. Definitely a waste of $60 plus a forced tip of $20. Management made no effort to remedy.

Everything was great except for how they dont tell you ahead of time how you MUST pay what they think is acceptable as a tip. The workers are worth it and Im sure they probably dont see all of that money, but the services I received was definitely 5 star worthy! I did the body scrub, 1 hr foot massage and 1 hr body massage. The body scrub is completely naked and not for the shy but feels so damn good. They even wash your hair.

I called before purchasing gift certificate for our anniversary (couples massage and sauna) and they said they were open. When we got there, they said the saunas were closed because of Covid. I understand the circumstances with pandemic but they should have given us heads up. The front desk girl was very unprofessional. We wind up having our massage, which was very good (thats why 2 stars instead of 1) and then I had to shower off in a cold area that was once sauna and steam room area. I do not recommend this place.

Ive visited this spa a few times and have always found the staff polite and the facilities clean. They take immediate action to correct issues that hinder positive experiences of their customers. Just yesterday, a water pump blew in the mens section just as I began a body treatment. During my exit, they apologized for that and provided me with a free entrance card for my next visit and I hadnt even complained. They apologized 3 different times oh and the massage and scrub by Kim were excellent as usual. Ill be back!

All the massage therapists are highly skilled. The place is very clean, the staff is polite and youll get your moneys worth especially if you receive an hour of massage. Always feel light, relaxed and happy after the service.

Would give a zero if I could. Every time I call to schedule the couples massage for my parents, whoever answers the phone sounds too busy or like they don’t care. I rescheduled because the 12 o’clock appointment was not a good time for my parents so I asked the lady if she could book it for 5 on another Sunday since that Sunday didn’t have anything else and she said yes. My parents show for their massage and are told their appointment was for 12! Why would reschedule for a time that didn’t work in the first place?! I don’t know if they’re so busy or just don’t care, but every time I spoke to them on the phone I was put on hold for a long time, or spoken to like they’re in such a hurry. Terrible. That’s not good customer service. I hope this place is actually worth the trouble.

I had a shiatsu massage with Lana, she is an excellent masseuse, really good, maybe best every. Lana has a good sense of where I keep tension, she is strong with consistent energy and regularly attentive to how the massage is going, asking a few times how are you feeling? She is courteous and polite.The location itself is nice, comfortable and a great escape from the day. There are a couple of minor personnel issues, but hey, no place is perfect.Ill be back on the regular, and again, I really recommend Lana, she is a genuinely skilled practitioner.

It was a very pleasant experience with my bf for this couple massage with the sauna rooms. We went in 30 minutes earlier than the appointment to change clothes, get to see the sauna rooms while waiting. Strongly recommend to be early.The front counter receptionist was polite and asked us to pay a $10 tax upfront. The changing area is small, and the cleanness was only ok. The sinks and the floor had hairs which should have a staff in the changing and showering area to clean as soon as needed. The showering floor was a bit sticky. The pool filtration didnt clean the water well. The salt room matts were a bit dirty too.The masseurs were very professional and knowledgeable in acupuncture point and meridian. My masseur even know Im a side sleeper just by pressing my back muscle. The masseur gave common about my sitting position and suggested to exercise. They work depended on our personal need to extend the time in certain acupuncture point throughout the sessions. My bf was very pleased with his masseurs too. My masseur recommended the clay ball sauna room after for deep relaxation.Consider the price, service and the facility, we are very happy to make the visit. We left $40 tips to the masseurs without the receptionist asked.

I was in this sauna but everything was weird. i would have advised to change a lot of things. They could add more rooms, enlarge stem room, and make more fun place to enjoy. Not recommended for LGBT!!

Nice clean place, friendly staff. It is not a big place but spacious. I highly recommend getting the Korean scrub massage. Prices are quite reasonable. It is a great treat. I go there often.

This place is awesome. Not your typical American/Euro inspired spa as it’s not luxurious and does not offer cosmetic work so much as it does Ayurvedic massage and healing. I love their Himalayan salt room and hot/cold baths. Also you don’t get rushed out as with other spas. If you purchase a massage, you’re welcome to stay the entire day. They also allow single day passes for $20.

The massage was great but the fact that the lady at the front was demanding a specific amount of tip for the service is beyond ridiculous. She did not allow me to give what I wanted it was what she wanted and my understanding is that tip is what you would like to leave. Never going back for that reason if it weren’t for that I would go back because the massage was great.

Good value for what it is! Its small not many rooms but again only $20! Nice for a simple visit of saunas and steam rooms. I really enjoyed this as a comparison for other spas that are $75 and are super crowded. Was clean and staff is friendly. People expecting a high end luxury experience with cosmetic services at a small spa for $20 and leaving bad reviews need to read before arriving. Im a simple person, I enjoy the hot rooms for the low cost and very clean..so this was a great value for me.

I went to check in and see if they honored their groupon price. As I take my phone out the lady at the front desk grabs my hand and tells me she is not going to accept it. Please avoid this place at all cost the staff is violent.

Today is cold.. that is why I went there. !! I just used cold water...what the hell.... If hot water does not work, you have to close!!!Also, They do not know what is the tip... Got my son and his girlfriend a couples massage gift certificate here. The liked the massage, but they said they were told they had to leave a 30% tip. I was outraged. This was a gift and they tried to take advantage of them.I called and asked them how they could do that? The lady kept calling me Mommy everytime she started to talk. I dislike the communication over the phone and the nerve of them to imply there was a 30% tip requiredFor those reasons I do not recommend them.

This is a small, very clean and beautiful Korean style spa. This means You will be totally naked if you choose to go in the hot tub or steam sauna ( men and women separate of course) ... I recommend bringing your own towel as they give you a small one. I got the best massage of my life with Sally, she is truly gifted. The salt room and clay ball rooms were warm and cozy and the relaxation room was sooo comfortable. I go to many spas and this is a nice one!!

I would definitely return to this spa, the different rooms they had set up were wonderful. Only thing was people who are regulars try to be enforcement towards you, cant we all just have namaste vibes! But other than that would go again!

I went there on recommendation of one of my friends. Unfortunately we stayed only 10 maybe less minutes. There is very small stem room. There are 2 other rooms- for relaxing. Juice bar. Two jacuzzis. And that’s all! We threw our money into trash and got back. We didn’t like it! It’s boring, small and definable not for us! I wish administration at keast gave us back our money. It’s a cheap place. 25$. You can go to the other spas instead adding 10$ more and you can enjoy more! 😭😭😭

By far the most uncomfortable experience of my adult life. EVERYONE was nude and didn’t speak English. Pool guard (who supervised the nude hot tub) was extremely rude and increased my level of an already heightened discomfort and unease. Front desk lady knew a little English and there were some obvious miscommunications. However, it did appear to be a well kept Spa. Just not for me!

I went for a couples massage. The masseuses did not introduce themselves. We DID NOT sign a wavier, they were talking in between the massage and had the door open during the service. Once the massage ended they left the room without saying anything, didnt provide water and we did not see them again. Poor customer service all around.

I probably had high hopes but this experience has been kinda weird.We arrived and explained to the front desk attendant that it is the first time. She instructs us to take off our shoes and go to the sauna. We were confused because we ordered a massage, not sauna, but we proceeded. Nobody was at the sauna, except some other customers. I figured I must wear their -very worn- clothes and come out, only to find out 15 mins later that the massage was inside the sauna room.The masseuse was very knowledgable and he knew what he was doing, but the massage was without clothes, out in the open of the entire room. The sauna room is like a public restroom, but A LOT public.In short: there is a lot to desire from this place. There is no sense of ownership, no guidance for new customers and the experience MUST BE better.Again, the masseuse is a great guy. I was relaxed after I got out. But before the massage, it was like a puzzle.

My husband and I had an absolutely awful experience. It was our anniversary and we were hoping to have a nice time. We waited forty minutes for our foot massages which I had made an appointment for. Both associates who gave our massages were way to rough and when asked politely to go lighter they did not listen. They left the door open during the massage and were yelling out to another associate over near the desk having an argument. There was no peace and quiet. While waiting for the foot massages the woman came over and separated my husband and I from holding hands, why I still dont understand. She kept referring to me as the girlfriend even though my husband corrected her as his wife. The woman at the desk argued with us insisting we owed an additional $30 for the massage, which we eventually had to pay. On top of that she tried to tell me the sauna/rooms were not included with the Groupon which was incorrect. And after she finally/reluctantly gave us the keys for the sauna the whole place was full. We eventually found one available room and unfortunately one of the women kept opening the door to check on us as if we were doing something wrong. It made us so uncomfortable we just gave up and decided to leave. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place offers so much for the price. They have himalayan salt room, soil ball room and sleeping room and much more. I had red ginseng body scrub massage and it made my skin so silky and energetic! Clean facilities with wonderful staff.

The massage therapists are really kind but the lady at the front is absolutely crazy! She demands 40% tip when I tried to leave the customary 20%! In fact she called me twice demanding for more tip when I got home! This is ridiculous and last time I check gratuity is never mandatory. Think twice before you book a massage there.

I went in wanting to love this place. As a frequenter of King spa and Island spa, I wanted to try this place out. I got a Groupon for $49 that covers admission and a one-hour full-body massage. First of all, the place is in the basement of a strip mall. Not a deal breaker of any kind, for me, but just unexpected. The place is nice inside, but very small. I was actually quite underwhelmed. There are a total of 3 saunas in the whole place, one of which is not really even much of a sauna. The other two were pretty decent and the only reason this place got 3 stars from me. The place has a juice bar, but it was closed. There is no food court, but they have a menu of 4 dishes you can order. Unfortunately, one of the four dishes was out of stock when we were there. The bath area is also very small and uninspired. The massage was ok, but they have a mandatory minimum tip for services, which I wasnt crazy about. If you are like me, you like to spend at least 5 hours or more at the spa when you go. This place may be great if you need a quick spa fix and only plan on staying for about 2 hours. Beyond that you will be bored or left wanting more for your money. And for $20 for admission, there are far better options.

2/17/19.My first time going to a spa and I chose Paradise spa & suana. My masseuse didnt ask any questions when I got to the room the door stayed opened. I was not offered any refreshments no relaxing smells or music. The guy almost immediately started applying pressure to my body without asking me where I needed him to focus the most. He was very rough after asking him numerous times to lighten up he didnt listen. I wouldnt recommend nobody to come here especially for the first time. The customer were loud and noises. Spas are supposed to be a place of relaxation and I didnt get that. I walked out very sore and upset.

I placed an order and the cashier who is also the front desk worker confirmed it. 30 minutes in she was shocked that I placed an order with her... now I feel grimy and hungry... stay away... We went here two time and both time the front desk gave attitude. There is an older woman and young woman who work at the desk that will completely ruin your mood.

Paradise spa is a hidden gem in jersey. Not expensive and It’s is in the mall at linwood area, so it’s very convenient.
