Elite Spine is by far the best physical therapy and chiropractor office Ive went to. I got treated by Dr. John for chronic back pain. Unfortunately I do not have health insurance but they do offer affordable cash prices and lowest in the area. The entire staff are extremely pleasant, I highly recommend this office!Also, Destiny is so bomb. She’s so sweet and Very accommodating & super patient. I love her!

So grateful for this practice. I have been dealing with extreme back pain for many years which was exacerbated after 2 kids. I was unable to do simple things like taking my active young kids for a walk, or even cook dinner without pain. Visits to different doctors and PT with no real improvement made me feel pretty defeated.After receiving treatment at Elite - WOW - I have completely regained my quality of life and my pain has drastically decreased. Due to some unfortunate injuries sustained, I was concerned that I would be unable to hold our soon-to-arrive newborn daughter. ELITE’s Dr. John Mathai evaluated me, prescribed a course of action, and set to work on me.The people at ELITE were able to work with my insurance and my financial situation to procure the care that I needed most at the moment; they put the health and well-being of the patient first, which was refreshing (unfortunately, this is not always the case at other offices). What I appreciated was they sought to first alleviate the pain I was experiencing by searching for and treating the root sources rather than just dealing with the symptoms. After that, they worked towards the strengthening and stability exercises, which made it a much more pleasant and efficient recovery period.The Fort Lee ELITE team is an enthusiastic group of young individuals who know their stuff and really care about improving/restoring quality of life for their clientele. The synergy of this group is optimal, and I observed the contagiousness of the positive attitude of this group run onto all the patients, myself included.I am proud to say that I was able to hold my little girl right after she was born without any pain or trepidation, thanks to the fine work of everyone at ELITE Fort Lee. Compared to other physical therapist places Ive been at, Elite Spine Fort Lee definitely shows their effort on treating their patients. Most physical therapy places just puts patients on to the exercises without much supervision, but Elite Spine always tries to check to see if they are doing it right.

The office is friendly and welcoming and you feel like family or a long-time friend. Made friends with a few of the regular patients who are local and all very nice and fun people. Mike the physical therapist is very knowledgeable and when I’m in pain from my lower back L5,L6 disc issues, neck and hip he’ll stretch me, massage and heat & stim or the other great modules (some kind of massage handheld pressure) all work great. The girls that help with exercise are also very smart and in PT school. All the equipment is new and state of the art level. They will never push for you to do something that makes you feel worse. John the chiropractor is also highly skilled and this place I’ve been going to for two year is the best I’ve found.

After a bad accident and multiple doctors who did not seem to care, this place gave me hope of healing. Everything about this place is great for me; staff, location, hours and the office, new & cozy. I only have nice things to say about Elite Spine and Sports Care. Mike and John can tackle any physical problem you may have while also being friendly, professional people. They really know their stuff and take the time to explain why you are doing certain exercises or why theyre adjusting your spine in a certain way. Nowadays its hard to find a PT that breaks from the script and gives you tailored exercises while ensuring proper form. The little things here have gone a long way towards my recovery. Highly recommend (the assistants are great too!)

I had a great experience at Elite Fort Lee. For one, the staff is exceptionally friendly and caring. You can tell from the first interaction they care not only about treating the acute injury but about providing a wholesome approach. They also utilize cutting edge technologies in order to speed up healing time that is in most places, difficult to find. Coming from an athlete, coach and an education background in exercise physiology I wouldn’t trust my care to anyone else.

Both doctors are hard working and staff members are all friendly and efficient. John is extremely helpful and caring. He genuinely wants his patients to get well and tries new technologies to help them. Thanks to their care, mobility of my frozen shoulder has been improving a lot since my first visit.

Went here with severe back pain, hurt myself cleaning my tub and they got me in same day. John, the chiropractor took extremely good care of me. He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing. I did cupping and the infrared laser for the first time and although I was very nervous it worked wonders. Let me start by saying that I’ve been suffering from back pain since 1994 and this is the most professional staff that I have ever met. They make you feel like you’re going to be taken care of and feel better after you leave. Everyone is friendly, caring and they listen which is most important. Since August I’ve been to 5 different locations and the pain was still there or got worse. My wife and I only started a week ago for my back and her knee and already feel so much better and on the road to recovery. The facility is clean and COVID compliant. Highly recommended! I hurt my knee skiing and mri came out with a full thickness tear for my ACL. My doctor recommended i start PT ASAP while seeking out surgeons for surgery. Dr. Mike first met with me and thoroughly examined my knee and heard me out on every concerns and questions i had. It was my first time ever going to PT and injuring myself this bad...I was worried because I had no idea what to expect and do but his knowledge about sports injury and his professionalism are top tier. His entire staff, from his front desk manager Destiny to his PT aids, Lydia and Annalisse are wonderful. From the moment you walk in, Destiny is quick and prompt on getting you appointments to get you in and out. Lydia and Annalisse has helped me do warm ups and strengthening work outs and has helped me plan workouts to do at home with the advice from Dr. Mike.I am leaning towards surgery because im very active. its been about two going into three weeks since my first day here and my knee feels great. I have a weird case where my knee doesnt give out. But with all the work that Dr. Mike has done, my knee is not that swollen anymore, I am able to walk without a limp, go up and down the stairs without pain or uncomfortableness, full range of motion for biking and excited about the HUGE progress of strengthening and less pain im feeling every time he tests out my knee.Because youre dealing with pain, PT it might not be fun, but the staff and Dr. Mike makes the sessions really productive and feeling the progress of your body getting better sooner than you expected is very rewarding.If you injured yourself and was advice to go to PT, I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Mike. I was a little skeptical because I have had previous experiences with physical therapists (for other injuries) that were ineffective. This place was essential to my recovery. I came in 7 weeks post-op after a trimalleolar ankle fracture and dislocation. After only 4 weeks of therapy, I am able to walk again. The aides that work here are super kind, considerate, and extremely focused on my rehabilitation. I have yet to experience such attention and care elsewhere. Dr. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and wholeheartedly committed to providing exceptional care to anyone who’s lucky to walk through the door. The laser therapy he offers is top notch, part of a treatment plan that is a class of its own. I wake up the next day after each session completely pain free and with more mobility than the day before. The way that staff really care here made my recovery seem like a breeze. You will be taken care of like royalty here.

Elite Spine and Sports Care was recommended to me from my Acupuncturist, Katie from LOHAS (next door) after I got into a car accident. Dr. Mike and Dr. John orchestrates a phenomenal array of services to heal patients with new or consistent aches and pains. They are dedicated professionals who build personal relationships with their clients. From my experience, they prefer to implement personalized challenges gradually, based on each individual’s physical state. I usually receive stem cell treatments with a hot compress for my neck, neck stretches, band exercises, weight training, deep tissue laser therapy and walking cupping but are not limited to. I never received walking cupping before and it is AMAZING! Scheduling is never an issue! Each staff member makes you feel at HOME! I truly look forward to every visit socially and physically!

The range of motion and ability to move without extreme pain is worth every minute and $$, Thanks Mike! Gabe & Mike are one of the best in the area! They really helped me get back from my Car accident injuries. The laser therapy separates them from everyone. I’ve had physical therapy for over 10 years for two rotator cuff tears, knee pain, etc and my former pt retired. I was referred to Elite and this group of professionals are top notch! Michael, the head pt is very experienced and amazingly skilled. I’ve been coming about 9 months and couldn’t be more satisfied. My pain has been greatly reduced and now tolerable so I can wait on surgery, my range of motion has never been so flexible in 15 years. Each patient I see here gets individual care and seem very satisfied. If you want excellent treatment, this is the place to go. Five stars!

Michael was able to find the cause of my pain and provide me with the proper plan moving forward to heal and get me ready for my race, I feel very confident after my assessment. I’m excited to go back for my next visit and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been here a couple of times now. The place is new and super clean. The staff is so friendly. My son had to came with me and Simone was so kind to him while I was with Mike. They were professional and courteous. This is a great facility and am glad to have come here. Mike and Simone get my highest praise.

Its always pleasant to visit their facility and I never feel rushed. Dr. Mathai takes his time to address all of my concerns and I always come out of their office feeling better.

I cant say enough about Elite Spine & Sports Care!! Ive had issues with my knee my entire life (tendinitis) and have never seen more improvement after coming here regularly for physical therapy. I exercise every single day now (specifically spinning/cycling) and feel absolutely no pain! Not to mention the office is beautiful and so clean which is definitely a plus. Highly recommend!

Michael has gotten me through a dual knee replacement. In less than 6 weeks I am walking and going up and down stairs. Michael and his staff are very professional and focused on meeting your goals. The place is beautiful and clean. I am very happy with my results and highly recommend his services.

I consider myself lucky to be one of the first customers of this practice. Absolutely beautiful office - you definitely do not feel like you are in the traditional antiseptic doctors office, you feel at home. My experience at elite spine and sports care has been wonderful so far. My doctor prescribed physical therapy for my Achilles pain and had recommended I go to Elite for rehab. Ive had back pain for the past 20 years (half my life). Ive been to no less than 10 other PT locations throughout the years. In only a few sessions with Mike and the team, I already feel better than I have in years. You can notice the difference in the way your issues are addressed and the plan that is put in place. Unprofessional treatment of patient.

I have been to a few PT places and Elite is the most advanced in state of the art treatments for my arthritis both in lower back and hands.Full disclosure I am related to Michael but objectively I have been to other PTs and happy to say Elite is in fact superior. All things considered my objective is help and relief more than anything else and Elite delivers better than the others I have been to.

After my ACL surgery, Elite Spine was able to get me up and going within a few months. PT team was very helpful and I am grateful for all they have done so far. I highly recommend them for anyone who has experienced a serious knee injury.

I have multiple problems with my back in the lumbar and thorassic spine areas.Over the years I have received physical therapy at various locations in north jersey.They came highly recommended,but they do not equal the personal care and orthopedic techniques that you are given at Elite Spine and Sports of Fort Lee.In the short time I have been there,I have experienced more relief and flexibility than ever before.I heartily recommend them.
