Aggressive (border line crazy) management. I went here with my family for a massage—we weren’t too happy with the service, but still gave a 20% tip. Owner demanded more and started raising her voice at us, shaking the money. It was SO unprofessional, you should never treat a customer that way. Not to mention a tip is up to the customer. I will not be returning. Terrible experience.

My review is not for the massage itself, but more about the lack of management intervening when I had a verbal altercation with another patron when he refused to silence his phone. It went off more than 5 times. After seeing that none of the staff or management would ask him to silence it, I politely asked him if he would kindly put it on silent. He was extremely loud and rude and said he would not, that it isn’t a library. After we had some words back and forth, I tried to keep my voice down as to not disturb others. That would make me as bad had him. The gentleman massaging me tried to get me to not say anything to the man. Unreal. There are signs everywhere asking that phones be silenced. I could not believe that the staff and management would allow his behavior without a word. He was offensive and rambunctious. I went there for relaxation and to de-stress. After all was said and done, no apologies or discounts were offered to me. At the very least, an apology. They all turned their heads and pretended nothing happened. I will NEVER return nor refer this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a professional relaxing environment, this is not it. It’s worth spending a bit more for professionalism, kindness and consideration.

This place is hands down one of the best place for a massage. Ive been going there for some times now, and I got nothing but a positive experience with them.Ill review them on few different areas.1) environment- its clean, smoothing, comforting, and most importantly its welcoming.2) staff- they dont know how to speak too much of English but understand pretty much everything. You let them know what you need, its done.3) Management- not everyone will have up most satisfying experience with their massage, however the way their management deals with any issues are very professional and understanding, and they will accomdate you with the best of their ability.4) price- Very reasonable price. Its not easy to find a quality massage with that price.Remember to be respectful and enjoy your smoothing experience.

Manager of the place pretended to provide a foot massage for an hour while in fact just swirling my leg hair into a terrible rash that later broke out. Do not go. They don’t know the job. If I could give 0 stars I would . Disgraceful
