I got the best massage Ive ever had. I work online on a computer and my shoulders have been hurting for a while, but after getting a massage here, I barely feel any pain fron my shoulders anymore. I recommend this place and Im going to continue to come to this place.

I purchased a two 60min reflexology package. The Groupon expired in March 2020. Due to COVID, I never went back in March to use my 2nd treatment. I wasn’t comfortable yet. I called back in 6months and they won’t accept the Groupon.They didn’t even make any exceptions due to COVID especially during these unprecedented times. So basically my Groupon went to waste. All other purchases I had made with other companies extended their expiration dates to the following year 2021 and apologized for obvious reasons. I have to say I’m very disappointed in the way they handled this.

I have been to this spa for a couple times now. I have gotten very good massages. The last time I went it was amazing. The ladies name was Lily and she was very good. Donna is also very good as well. Since the massage is cheap you should tip them well. They work hard. 40$ for 70min is a steal.

I take my mom here all the time and she loves it. She usually asks for the deep tissue massage and says the ladies there are strong and hard working. At $40 for 70 minutes, you just cant go wrong with this place. Give them a good tip, they definitely deserve it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Clean, Friendly and accommodating. I was a member of Massage Envy for 6 years and I finally had enough of those crazy prices. So I canceled. And let me tell you, these girls at Eden Spa are way better then any of the Masage Envy girls I ever had. And I have had plenty for 6 years. I go every 2 weeks. The best place for a relaxing massage. I spend lots of time in my car and developed a muscular problem on my left lower back. They fix me up right away everytime I visit them. Lilly or Dana are excellent therapists, they have taken care of us, including my wife and kids. We highly recommend them!!

I just visited tonight and had a good experience. I parked across the street in a public lot.I was politely greeted and presented my Groupon which was a gift. Within a few minutes I was assigned a masseuse (Candy) and a room.The interior of the room was spacious and simple, yet modern with plenty of hanging hooks.The massage I received was a 70 minute body and foot massage which was very comprehensive and well delivered. The masseuse was just right in terms of pressure and adjusted a few times throughout the massage.The masseuse was polite, respectful and skilled.There is some noise from other rooms, but I guess its only noticeable if the other guests are loud - typical of any massage spa.I had a good experience and would go again. The prices are reasonable considering service duration, location and treatment quality.

I dont understand why so many people are complaining about tipping. Most places charge you 80 to 100 bucks for a massage that doesnt even come close to this place. Here they charge 40 bucks for a 70 minute massage and they expect 15 to 20 bucks in tip. Still better than any other massage parlor Ive been to and Ive been to plenty before discovering this place. The ladies are friendly and they work hard.

I usually get their 90 min massage. If you have alot of knots like me, this is the place. It costs $50 total. I pay high tip, $40, since deep tissue massage is hard work. The owner and ladies have been very nice and polite to me. Never rude like others have commented. However, I dont like getting foot massages here because its near the entrance and too bright. Body massages are in the room, and you get heated bed. Please make appointment or call ahead to check for availability. They can get busy.

This place is amazing with one downside. The owner is very aggressive when it comes to the tip. She takes the tip. You never see your tip go to the person. The first time I tipped $15 and the second time $20. I had the same person and not once did I see the tip go to her. Which made me wonder if the owner is taking a portion. The next time I will give the tip inside of the room. Also most places honor the groupon or LivingSocial price. If you buy it from a discounted site then owner only gets half of the voucher. That’s why places usually insist on you buying it directly from them. But besides all of that I will be coming back. My tip will go directly and immediately too who worked on me.

The massage itself was good. My friend and I were in the same room and the two masseuses kept talking to each other a good amount of the time. They would leave for at least 5 minutes to get materials then return. The second I walked in I wasn’t greeted nicely. After, I paid for the 90minute massage which was $50 tipped $15 and was demanded my tip was too little and too tip more. They said $20 is standard and people tip $20 for an hour massage (keep in mind the hour massage was about $30). I understand they work hard but to demand more money is ridiculous. Probably why the place was empty..... who wants to come back to a place like this.....

I called at 930p they told me to come. When i got there she told me. Only 30 mins. I said well fine they r probably closing soon so 1 hr is after the limit. Then I realized they were two women massaging me . They didnt even took out the sheets just a rush massage and charge me for an hr since it is 4 hands. I have been a customer there for years. They lost me as a customer. I felt ripped off.

I purchased a one hour session for my son for a massage while he was placed into a room and was getting undressed for the massage, the owner walked into the room without knocking and leaving the door wide open telling him to get dress and wait in the waiting area for a 30hr and it’s (winter) She then put another person in the same room leaving my son waiting. The owner is very rude. Like they say u get what u paid for.

My significant other and I went to receive massages at this location three months ago and it was the best intensive therapeutic massages ever received .. we both agreed. But... we provide a 15 dollar tip per massause and they snickered under their breath and one said ‘that’s it?’. Their attitudes turned negative towards us. Extremely unprofessional!!!

I got a foot massage here with my boyfriend. The lady who first started on me continued to chat with the lady working on my boyfriend. She was so distracted that it was just ‘touching’ rather than massaging. And then a lady at the reception desk asked her to go to a new customer who walked in. Without asking me, in the middle of the massage, she left. The lady at the reception desk started massaging out of nowhere. And she continued to make a phone call while massaging my foot, go back to the reception desk talking to customers who walked in, helped finished customers with payment. It is so unprofessional and just nonsense. Do not go here because there are literally so many other massage shops lined up in Fort Lee.

I bought a Groupon for Eden spa and massage. I noticed quite a few bad reviews but I prefer to see for myself. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist or whoever answered the phone (she wouldn’t give me her name) was extremely rude. She told me I didn’t have to buy a Groupon and to get a refund and pay the regular price which was $40 for seventy minutes. I explained to her I had already bought the Groupon and would like to use it. Then she started getting loud and talking about buying the Groupon, I apologized, explaining to her that I did not understand what she was saying because her English was not spoken well. She became angry with me and started sighing and said to the other person in the room “I can’t believe she don’t understand what I’m saying” at this point I was done. I couldn’t get a refund because I had already viewed the voucher, so I am out of $39. There was no way I would ever step foot in this place, I couldn’t get pass the initial phone call. Being a customer service representative myself and understanding the importance of good customer service,? I was in awe how someone who answers the phone could be so rude and obnoxious, unbelievable.

Today i visited this location for The first time. I received an two hour massage and tipped $15 afterwards. While walking out I was informed by the staff my tip was too small and they prefer A minimum tip of $30 for a two hour massage. That was very unprofessional to request a tip amount.

My first time went here and i had terrible tappiexperience, i am sorry for giving bad reviews, i got a groupon gift 1 hour massage $30. I gave 8 dollar tips which is more than 20 percent. The lady was making face and yelling that minimum 10 dollar. I ended up giving her 10 as favor . You can get away better massage like really deep tissues and not just touch in Palisades Park ( at Broad ave ) i forgot the name but they are in 2nd floor.

I bought a groupon for a reflexology massage for this place and when I went here to get the reflexology massage for my feet the majority of the time the woman gave me a lower leg massage instead. During the session I asked her to please massage my feet because I paid for a foot massage and after literally a minute she went back to massaging my lower legs. Then after the session, the manager (an older asian woman) literally demanded I give the masseuse a larger tip. I explained to her that I was dissatisfied with the session because I got a leg massage instead of a reflexology massage and the masseuse was lucky that she even got a tip.Be warned and DO NOT go here. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR PRECIOUS HARD EARNED MONEY $$$$$ THERE ARE OTHER MASSAGE PARLORS THAT ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEIR INTENDED TO DO!

The massage was good but the service was bad. The place is big but with very thin walls and they dont put any music on or anything, meaning you can hear people getting massages in the next room moaning, talking, their cellphones, etc. which was very distracting and not the most relaxing environment. They also were forcing me to tip more than $20 and kept saying minimum $20 which I think was too much

Awful experience! I bought foot spa Groupon for my husband and I, but the store manager kept on asking us to buy store package instead of Groupon when I called to make reservation, and even asked me to upgrade to full body message and pay the difference in store, which I had no intention to. After service, the lady who did spa for me asked me to pay 1/3 of the original fee as the tip. If the service was good, I don’t mind. But with her service, that was really ridiculous. I will never go to this place again!

A descent massage for a very low price. I went a few times.Why just 3 stars then?1. Youre expected and sometimes demanded to leave 40% or more tip, even if the massage wasnt so great.2. Sometime they answer the phone in the middle of the massage.3. Most of them dont know much English. So if you have special request, it might be a problem to explain.

Went there yesterday and the owner kept asking why I got Groupon instead of booking through them. I told her I bought the groupon before calling to my my appointment, yet she still kept asking. When I was finally brought to the room, the owner gives me a half-assed massage for about 10 minutes, clearly trying to buy some time until she can get someone to take over. After the swap, the person who messaged me was not thorough in massaging out any knots, but simply just using force to rub my body. After, I was finished, my girlfriend was already in the waiting area since she started before me (I was dealing with the Groupon harassment), and she told me that the owner also asked her why we went through Groupon. Overall the owner was very rude and the massage was mediocre. If you buy a Groupon, beware. The owner will make you feel like you have done something wrong and will give you dirty looks. I will never return to this place again. There are other places that have much better service and quality for a similar price.

This experience was just OK! What i dont like is its very loud u hear everything that is happening in this facility i mean everything. Also, they speak amounst themselves too much when its supposed to be a couples massage.Its only somewhat relaxing. THIS WAS THE WORST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN ..!!! i had gone for a 1 hour deep tissue massage, and not even 10 minutes into it, the masseuse started asking why i paid through groupon instead of at the salon. then when she found out how much i paid, she stopped our session for a good 10 mins, (mind you, the 1hr clock is still going on) she stopped the session to see why i paid so little, she also then asked for proof that i actually did pay for the service, asked to see me phone ad what i bought. (she had already taken the payment in advance.) she kept looking to see why the amount was little compared to the prices they charged. later on during the massage, the masseuse started getting phone calls, so she picked up every single one. so the whole ambiance and quiet atmosphere was kinda gone at this time. once the 1 hour bell rang, she immediately stopped our session. (even though 10 mins of that was discussing money, and more time talking on the phone). at this point, i was very dissatisfied with this service, and debated if i should even tip her. While i was reaching for my wallet, she started asking wheres my tip? i need tip? so i tipped her, and the masseuse gave the most disgusted look right after, it clearly wasnt what she was expected. this has been the most unprofessional experience i have ever witnessed. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

All these variations are at NO extra charge.I discovered this salon since I happened to buy a Groupon, though the salon owner correctly noted that going directly through them (without the Groupon) is the same price or even cheaper.They would probably be able to provide ANY treatment you desire, even if it is not listed on the menu. Without prior planning, I ended up having an amazing FACIAL too, in addition to my massage ($60/60 min or $40/40 min for facials).The masseuse sets a timer so you know you are getting every minute that you pay for. They are very flexible with appointments, and one can basically show up at a whims notice.The facility is not luxurious, but well-appointed and super clean. All the massage therapists and the owner exude a sense of calmness and peace.This is on Fort Lee Road, about 15 minute drive from Teaneck. Its also just straight down the road from the US Gymnastics in Leonia or from the Overpeck Park. So, if a busy mom drops off her kid/s at their gymnastics lesson (or leaves the kids with their father to play at the Overpeck Park playground), she has just enough time to drive down the street and treat herself to a nice massage :) (they told me they would even do a 30-min massage if requested).It is street metered parking around the salon, up to 3 hours I believe (25c/30min I think), so come armed with quarters.STRONGLY RECOMMEND EDEN SPA !

Came here for more than 5 times but the last one was the worse, SHE WASNT GOOD AT ALL! She massaged me too hard after telling her not to. Besides that.... they were very rude. Theyre demanding for $10-$20 tip!!! Otherwise, theyll not gonna let u leave and stare at u while u force urself to get ur wallet and give them more money! And if you tell them u dont have any cash, theyll force you to withdraw from ur account in their ATM machine that costs $1.75 extra (their benefit - for sure) DONT GO HERE.
