We got a couples massage and it was fantastic! The massage therapists were so friendly and kind, very knowledgeable, and were skillfully experienced. My boyfriend has a very demanding physical job and they really took the time to work on his muscles. I like my massage more gentle and it was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back for body scrubs! Thank you ladies!

Definitely an experience! We loved the scrub. I wish there could have been heat in the scrub room because I was a little chilly but other than that, it was fantastic. The facial was just ok. Well probably be back.

Clean, friendly and took safety precautions. Definitely worth a trip a couple of times a year.

Horrible massage. The lady was pressing so hard, it was painful. I couldn’t enjoy or relax . I asked her so many time to press softer. But she gave me an attitude and she proceeded pressing even harder. It is completely wast of money. Never going back there.

I will like it even more when they reopen the hot sauna

Was reading the reviews and was skeptical but still went to try it out :) the pace was empty thank god ! I did my scrub and massageNothing much to write about scrub as it’s the same everywhere I feel but the massage was really good . I prefer deep tissue massage and the lady did a great job .One thing I realized from visiting diff Asian spas is I think they don’t believe in privacy :) they just open the door walk anytime go anytime !! The masssge room needs ambeince and some music cause it get very uncomfortable to hear your voices while the massage is given :)I would def go back for massage and would do scrub if they open up sauna and steam .

My wife and I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and have only had great massages. This is a legitimate Korean style spa and they don’t try to be something that they are not, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly and very attentive. We always find everything very clean and orderly... The locker room, bathrooms and massage rooms. We find the price to be well aligned with the service we receive.Thanks n4s we will see you guys again soon!

Worst massage I ever had in my life

Me and my wife paid for a 2 hour experience, massage, scrub and hot stone. She got one, I on the other hand never had my hot stone done even though it was extra. My masseuse disappeared for over ten minutes, the door to our private room was half-open with noises the whole time, and a dog ran into our room at one point and stayed. Nothing against dogs, but I expect a more tranquil experience during my relaxation. My masseuse never even bothered to ask how hard I like it or if I have pain spots, something pretty standard even in lower massage places. I also said something at the end but the response was “will be better next time”, to which I just said “There will not be a next time”.

So a few things:1) this place is simply beautiful and it’s clean. They have a salt room, 2 saunas, showers and multiple massage rooms. They also keep hair supplies or snacks in the changing room which is convenient and generous.2) the owner is a bit all over the place but is courteous and makes sure you’re comfortable. She is not overly nice, so if you’re looking for a place where they’ll just thank you ever 2 minutes and kiss your feet, this isn’t the place for you.3) the massages are amazing!!! Truly amazing, if you do not like deep tissue massages, this may not be your first choice. You can always tell them to be lighter on the pressure though.4) you may walk in and it smells like food. There’s probably always someone eating but this does not bother me. The rooms don’t smell like food but they don’t have aroma therapy either.5) masseuses are very sweet and nice but once they finish your massage they will hang out while you change until you give them a tip. Personally this doesn’t bother me but some may feel uncomfortable.Overall, I go there for the massages. I always leave lighter and more relaxed. But it’s not a 5 star spa. Everyone is courteous and the place is clean, which helps me get over the other small nuisances.

Had a great experience. Location was super clean...super friendly...massage was amazing..scrub was amazing and facial was awesome.... The only thing I didnt like was the fact that I paid almost $400 dollars for my spa experience and before I left, the receptionist asked for tip. I gave her a $20.00 dollar tip and she was upset. She asked for more money. I walked out. I would still go back here but please dont ask customers for more money as a tip is not fair after I spent so much money....

Complete waste of time and money. Avoid coming here. Didn’t feel any better afterwards, just same. I ended up paying almost double because masseuse didn’t manage time appropriately and asked me if I had a few more minutes to stay. The quality of the massage was poor. Plus, I think their overall experience is overpriced.

Phenomenal experience if ever in the Fort Lee area. Fair prices. Professional staff. Best body scrub- hands down!

The steam room, sauna, salt room and body exfoliation were WONDERFUL! Who knew you could have so much dead skin to exfoliate? Had a wonderful time with friends.

Just had two hour deep bodymassage, full body scrubbing, and facial. Was amassing , Mary was super. I highly recommend it.

Don’t miss it!!!!! Four Seasons is an exceptional spa when compared to other’s around and which I’ve visited earlier. No question about it, It is absolutely beautiful, serene and inspiring spa. Incredible staff, skillful, courteous, and professional therapists. I have been to this place 5 times and each time there is nothing short of perfect. TRY IT.

BEWARE!! LOST $120!!I made an appointment to visit this spa and prior I was given a $120 gift card to use. When I visited I gave the woman the receipt ID. She said they have no record of the purchase and we can pay for services and THEN they will check PayPal. That is not how business is done.I’ve been coming to this place for years and insisted I know this purchase was made. I called PayPal on speaker in front of her and they confirmed the transaction was made. She had someone else come in and they said they don’t know because when they moved there were other bank accounts. This place is a scam - I lost my $120 purchase and on top of that PayPal said they can’t issue a refund after 180 days.Do yourself a favor a go somewhere that has loyalty and are not money hungry.

The scrub omg the best ever

Horrible owner, very very rude. Freezing cold scrub room, requests to turn heat up were resolved by yelling at clients. Spa Dew is far superior.
