Been going here for years… place is clean and masseuses are always friendly. Deep massages are excellent! You can inform your masseuse what kind of massage you want; deep, light, kneading & etc! They understand English. Price is excellent! A good 90 or 120 minute massage is the best for someone with back/hip problems.

This place is solid and reliable. Therapists always do their best and front desk is quick and thorough. Really appreciate this place!

I was having a foot massage. It was excellent. Unfortunately, a female customer came in a few minutes after I started having my massage and demanded that my masseuse be the one to attend to her. Much to my mortification, my masseuse actually asked me if she could endorse me to someone else. Of course I objected. It spoiled my relaxation because I became upset, even though the masseuse continued to work with me.After that , the other customer again demanded that my masseuse will do her body massage after me. And they agreed.I felt so harassed because I had actually intended to have a body massage after the foot massage. But all these transactions being concluded between my masseuse and the other customer felt like I was an inconvenient annoyance, rather than a customer.What a horrible and stressful experience 😪

If I could give 0 stars I would. My anklet and bracelet mysteriously went missing after I zipped it in my sweater with very very deep pockets. I took it off because they always make me, to avoid rubbing the jewelry on my skin. This time I forgot to take it off in car and remembered while inside. When I woke up I had a different masseuse massaging me. I went straight home after my massage. I got home and my jewelry was GONE. I got home at closing time so I called the next morning. They did nothing to help me. They also force you to tip way more than the 20%. Will never ever ever come here again. Ill be spreading the word on social media

Came in for two 60 min foot massages ($30 each). We called ahead and were see on time. I have to admit that the massage from beginning to end was excellent. You let them know if you want soft, medium or strong. The couches are very comfortable and I dozed off a few times. I would definitely recommend and return.

It’s crazy to see so many of you cheapo’s complaining about tipping. Go home and let your spouse massage you if you want to be cheap. Massaging is very physical and tonight was my first time here. Staff was polite, the massage was good and the place was clean. Our massages were $45 each and we tipped $40 to each lady. Stop being so cheap and stay home if you don’t want to tip! $45 for an hour is good so makeup for it in tip! WE WILL BE BACK

I been coming here for years... this is a good massage place n very reasonable price.. you pay for what u got. I see a lot of customers reviews n it really made me upset how they treat the person that work hard on them for hour r over hours.. (TIP) they spent so much time n give you Good massage so you should give them more then why u suppose to. You can spend over 150-200 for a spa massage in different place it...but u can never get a good massage like HERE. So for everyone who complain about the TIP that u have to give to the one that stand for hour to work on ur body...( should just stay home n don’t go get massage, save that money n don’t be so cheap)

I ever get Worst massage in my life. She never smile massage was bad she pretty much massage me through thickest towel in the world she did not massage completely. She didnt know where to massage where to start. Place is dirty rooms is too bright like day time even though i went there at 8pm. I will never go to this place ever again. Your basic reflexology place. Little bit more privacy than some other places as you are at least separated separated by walls, instead of curtains. Been here about 4 times and had different therapists each time, all did a good job.Today, I was placed in the very first room by the entrance and I would request not to be put in there again. So loud, you can hear every word and discussion coming from the reception area making it near impossible to relax.Overall, better than most spots to gets those kinks and knots out.

Had an hour foot massage which was good for $30.00 I gave the masseuse $6.00 which was 20%. I was then shown a board with prices of what I HAD to pay the person! $10 -$15 & $20!!!! Thats ridiculous!! I felt cheated will not be going there again and plan on going to fort lee municipality to give my complaint!

Receptionist manipulated the price posted and also dictated how much I should tip. Had to tell the massage therapist to lessen the pressure multiple times. I’ve been going to Shanti for years! Also have been to multiple locations. My visit here on 9/07/2019 was just terrible... maybe they were having an off day, but i can’t let it pass how unprofessional they were that day.

Good masseuse but shady owners. Massage was good and relatively cheap but maybe because I am a fellow Chinese, the owner was shady, tell me it would be 10 mins wait when he knew it would be 25 mins based on the schedule. Then charged me 10% extra for using credit card, snickered at the 15% tip I was about to give and demanded at least 25%. Dont go there if you are Chinese or pretend you are not one, sad but true.

The for rub was o.k, wasn’t the best, place was clean but I’ll NEVER go back. After I payed for the foot rub I try to leave a tip for the guys that rubbed me and my girlfriends foot and the lady took the tip and whispered to me that I have to leave a bigger tip, I told her she’s a thief and she needs to pay her workers more. I gave them more than a 20 percebt tip and she wanted more. I personally think she’s pocketing most of their tips.
