I wish I can give them a 0. Do not go here as you would waste time and money. The service level is less than 0. This is very expensive place and expect to have top service level. However, as you could spend near 1,000USD those who works in front is terrible. They should study what is the customer service. They dont care about you other than your money. I had better service and price at the Warby Parker. Also, free return as well.

I dont know where to start. This place is really really expensive. Even with the insurance one new glass could cost as expensive as new iPhone. In fact it was so expensive I have to bring my own old glass. Also waiting is so long. This is no first come first serve. Takes forever and people just cut in without asking. Once they got the credit card and they dont care about u any more. Not worth. They are many options near by or try WP. Much better deal.

I visited Fort Lee Vision for eye exam. Dr. Kim is the best, very professional and knowledgeable. The service that her office provides is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. She spent time taking care of my eye exam. Totally satisfied with the eye exam result. Very Accurate. She deserves 5 stars.

My experience with Dr. Kim was great. I went for an exam and new frames and received awesome costumer service from the doctor and her assistant Danny.

For the past 15 or so years, I have regularly visited Dr. Kim and her knowledge and expertise have made every visit pleasant. Both my husband and son also visit annually and we could not be happier. When my husband partially lost vision in one eye, Dr. Kim was the only ophthalmologist to correctly made a diagnosis and help us with treatment. We have always been treated well and the staff is professional and friendly. We highly recommend her practice.

Been coming here for a few years, young but super friendly and capable staff, waits are short. Dr. Kim is great, never had any issues and shes really good about making sure my contacts prescription is just right. Recommendable for sure.

This place is the best eye doctor’s office I have ever been to. Because my eyes are very bad, its difficult for me to adjust to new prescriptions each time I get new glasses. However, Dr. Kim was very patient with me and spent extra time and effort to give me a very clear and comfortable vision. Worst, the absolute worst, I have ever been in contact with. Call up the place to make an appointment. The person I was speaking asks me for all of my details including my insurance number and provider. She says she will call back but does not do so for 8 days. On the 9th day, someone else (the most arrogant guy) calls up - takes the same details and says will call back and then does not call back for 2 days. On the 3rd day, I call back to inquire about the status. The amount of unnecessary attitude and lack of professionalism displayed on the call.Simply shocking - if I could give you a ZERO star, I would. Thanks for the absolute bizzare treatment of your customers - really reflects on your family upbringing and backgrounds.Newsflash - you guys are not the only Optometrist in the city. I will ensure I tell anyone looking for an optometrist to NOT stop by your shop at Bridge Plaza. The very worst!!!

I lost my glasses and called up to have a replacement pair ordered. The young lady on the phone was very helpful. My only issue is that I called on a Tuesday late afternoon and she never called back the following day as promised. I had to call back on Friday to have my order finalized. I finally did get the glasses and they are just fine.

I have been coming to Fort Lee Vision since they first opened many years ago and have always been treated with so much kindness by Dr Kim and her staff. My visit this week was more of what I have always experienced here. The doctor is rude to her staff but nice to you. That’s a huge turn off despite the fact that the actual exam and glasses were great. The staff were very helpful. I won’t be returning after I saw her snap on the front desk girl who seemed new at the job. Discipline your employees in private but even then, treat them with more respect.

Terrible doctor. Ive never had an experience where the doctor didnt believe me when I said a certain slides was more clear. Its almost as if she wanted to give me a stronger prescription. Also terrible service, she answered her phone during my exam. She also treats the two girl workers there terribly. I can tell theyre afraid of her. Also, the quality of my glasses suck and they just try to upsell you. Two stars because of the two nice girls who work there.

Today I happened to be in the area and I witnessed something very disturbing. I saw what appeared to be an employee punch an upset costumer in the face. The gentleman appeared to be a senior citizen who obviously had no means to defend themselves. If this is how they treat their costumers then better stay away. Police were notified and an ambulance appeared on site to handle things.

The Eyeglasses were great for the price and employees were very nice and helpful to me. I took and exam with Dr. Kim and she was also very kind. I strongly suggest you go there.

I have been living in Fort Lee for the past 35 years. This place is the SLOWEST. All other places, by Main Street, by H Mart, are all faster! By writing this, I have waited for my lenses for more than 8 days already. And, I am still waiting!!!! All other placess turn around time is about 3-4 business days!!! Not to mention, every time I went there, I have to wait more than 15-20 mins to get some help!!!Go somewhere else. There are better places than this one in Fort Lee.

I visited Fort Lee Vision about 2 weeks ago for my renewal drivers license. Its been a long time to get my eyes checked. I was a little bit nervous. However 2minutes later my worries were all disappeared. Dr. Kim was very warm hearted person that made my mind calm and l strongly felt I was cared with the best service. I purchased a pair of nice prescribed glasses with doctors suggestion. Those glasses are very helpful to drive. The design and price are all decent. They have all various styles and price arrangements of glasses so its easy to find what you like. Im very sure my eyes will be kept nice and healthy as long as I visit the place regularly. I am really thankful to Dr. Kim and the staff Nelson who helped me to choose my glasses. They are the best!

This place is great to go to. Most places I go to with glasses do not have a doctor but in this place there is. Dr. Kim strives to help her patients and she helped me with my eye problem. I genuinely thank her for this. I would definitely rate this place a ten star if i would. I strongly reccomend that you go here to buy glasses and get an eye exam.

Dr. Diane Kim is always so pleasant and caring and after having been her patient for over 7 years, I have only great things to say about her! She genuinely cares for her patients! She is also very knowledgeable and finds/suggests the best approach to issues. The eye exams I receive here are the best ever. Very thorough! The best part - my vision despite my astigmatism is 20/20. Several other doctors had recommended eye surgery but Dr. Kim was able to give me 20/20 vision.She is just wonderful and I been recommending her to all my friends and family!!

I dont know where Kin Lee got the idea about Bridge Opticians.. I thought I could get Bliss frame at Bridge Opticians but they dont carry this brand. I dont know what everyone is talking about in the comments below. Dr. Kim is efficient, thorough, to the point, informative, always takes me on time, and has great bedside manners. She is also very patient during the exams. She and her staff has all my insurance information prepared to give me the discounts I deserve. I have never been ripped off or treated unfairly.Ive been wearing contacts for 20+ years and have been to many optometrists. So far, she has been the best and you can tell that she just wants you to be happy.

My vist to this office was none more than amazing. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me, therefore, I never felt rushed. Evan was absolutely wonderful. I came for a pair of glass (Bliss, which retails for $90 to $100). When they saw I have $150 coverage for the frames they just over price it by $100 and tell you that you JUST paid the small difference. I went to Bridge Opticians not only they fixed my old pair of glasses for free they have the same stuff as Bliss for $125 which was covered by insurance so I dont have to pay any difference. I will always go to Bridge Optician from now on. I will let everyone know my experience at Bridge Opticians.

Super cool place pretty much like fam

I normally never write reviews, but had to inform people with my terrible experience here. The doctor and the staffs are ridiculously rude, I was amazed at their attitudinal problems. Please respect your patients and be transparent with pricing.

I found Fort Lee vision in a rush with very little knowledge about glasses and pricing. I walked in and truly expected them to help me out.... And ended up being taken advantage of...The staff seemed niced enough. They were friendly and seemed like they wanted what was best for me. The problem arose after I left the store and had spent a grand total of $530.00 for Ray Ban glass ($85 for eye exam, $85 for poly lens, $155 for some coating that I shouldnt have gotten, $240 - %15 “discount for the Ray ban frames) It didnt feel right, so I did some research and realized I got RIPPED off.I called the next day and told them that i dont want the $200 + lens and Ill just eat the loss for the marked up frames and exam ($300).What they did after was recind the “15% discount so i had to pay an extra $40 for the frame only and the eye exam.The way this business is run is an absolute joke. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and look for other glasses store around the area.The only reason this isnt a one star review is because I like my frame.

Terrible service!! Worst eye doctor(Shop owner) in 50 years and so rude.no responsible manner. So different bad manner in receiving orders and in handling claim from clients.I ordered lens with my old frame. For 3 weeks, almost every day I called to check the status but no information.But 3 weeks later,suddenly informed me my old frame lost. The shop owner lady(Eye Doctor)told me they dont have any responsibility because the division insurance lost it. How could you understand this situation? I order glasses at this Fort Lee Vision with my old frame and they lost my frame between this shop and davisvision.I think they must check and claim to the davisvision. How could they can say to clients that they dont have any responsibility? Where is my frame? What is my fault? Terrible service!! I never experienced this kinds of manner to clients. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to share my experience. This place is unprofessional and I left the place feeling frustrated. The doctor is inconsiderate and has poor manners. I couldn’t stop cringing as I observed the doctor patronize her staff in front of customers. I felt rushed during my exam. The prescription I was given was not correct and made my vision blurry. The service was so terrible I was scared to go back. I ended up going to LensCrafters.

Ive always liked this place because its very convenient to get to (free parking!) and they just started doing 50% off sale on brand name glasses and i got $600 Lindberg for $300!!

Terrible service. Dr. kim tried to scam me into purchasing products I didnt need, and she was very forceful about it. She also changed my already good contact brand telling me to try something new when I already was happy with what I had... anyway what she prescribed me made my eyes water and become red. Why fix whats not broken? Horrible service terrible doctor. Never returning here

I had trouble with other Optometrists in the area to fit correct contact lens for my high astigmatism but dr.kim was able to fit me with the right pair after couple of trials. She was very patient with me during the exam and gave me lots of different trial lenses so I can try them all! Her exam was little more expensive than my last place but it is worth every dollar!! I strongly recommend this place!!!

I went there because I needed glasses for driving. Because this was my first time visiting an eye doctor and I knew so little about it, they charged me $125 for a generic frame that broke after couple of months. I couldve got a branded frame with that price. Now I know better and I will never visit this place again.

Pleasant place with cordial doctor and attending staff. Frame selection is not extensive but fine for my daily purposes.

When I asked them they said that my prescription glasses will be ready in one to two weeks, when I call them after two weeks they said they need another week.Even after three weeks I don’t have my glasses.In top of this when I call to complain, instead to apologize guy who’s working there was trying to find excuse.Totaly unprofessional and rude

I had a problem with my eye and I came to this place and all of a sudden Dr. Kim knew what I had in my eye and she took something out of my eye that I had stuck in there

I used to get my contacts and glasses at the Garden State Plaza but since I work during the week, it was nearly impossible to get in on Saturdays (and when you got in there was usually a wait). I searched locally (live in Weehawken) for someone that accepted EyeMed and Dr. Kim and Fort Lee Vision popped up. I set up an appointment at my preferred time and they took me in right on time. I was very impressed as Dr. Kim doesnt just go through the motions, she explains what shes doing and asks for feedback and doesnt rush you out. I very recently brought my wife in as well for contacts and would def recommend her. The parking in the plaza is busy, so Id recommend going in the back and parking towards the back, there are always spots there.

Rude staff, poor quality of service.

The doctor is prejudice and rude and a ripoff , I needed bifocal lense and she put distance in my glasses and tried to sell me another pair, when I came back with a discrepancy she stated “people like you” three times !!!! People like me come and spend almost 500 to get robbed by her and the franchise!!! I am reporting this to my insurance. And anywhere there is too comment about this particular business!!!I contacted my insurance and the bifocal lense is covered on my insurance. Why would I pay all that MONEY! just to see down the block? During the exam I said to dr. Kim how good it would be to be able to read again, Miss, NOBODY GETS GLASSES TO SEE DOWN THE BLOCK BUT. CANT SEE IN FRONT OF YOU.I WAS THEN TOLD TO BUY A PAIR OF READING GLASSES, 200 for this, 300 for that. I came into fort Lee vision for a pair of glasses to see,! Not too look at the damn Bridge from Ecastle restaurant 😂,(distance)🤪I bought a pair of TOM FORD GLASSES AND WANT BIFOCAL IN THEM , I DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE LINE I JUST WANTED TO SEE. You are liars and the truth is not in you, I am appalled that you thought I was so stupid to want an extra pair of glasses just to be able to see my phone! She RUSHED to examine me and I had to waste my time and get another exam from another place because my glasses came out blurry.And DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE! When comparing the prices from other similar optical places, I realized this place OVERCHARGES on frames and lenses as well!!!But if you do decide to buy here, THINK TWICE because theres NO RETURN!

This place is too pricy. Its $85 for an eye exam and starts at $120 if you want to get contacts here. I have an astigmatism so I got charged $150 dollars just to get a contact lens prescription. I asked the Dr. Diane Kim why its so expensive. She told me its like going to an upper end hair salon. I almost laughed at her analogy. Anyways, no thank you I am perfectly fine going to Lens Crafters, where its $50 for an exam. I wasted $100.The service was okay. One thing that wasnt professional about this place is that they had a little kid playing games on a reception computer. This little boy came up to me and said Dont come here! My mom hurts people! Im guessing this is doctors son?! I thought it was hilarious but inappropriate in a medical office.

Overall, the place is nice and the staff is friendly.However, DO NOT believe their prescription entirely. I got a Rx for contacts and it said BC 8.5 and DIA of 14.0 for Acuvue for astigmatism, but they gave me a box of lenses with BC of 8.5 and DIA of 14.5!After doing some research, I found out that Acuvue does not make any contacts with BC of 8.5 and DIA of 14.0, (apparently you cant find any brand that makes contacts with those specification unless you order custom lenses). My guess is that this place writes orders like this to keep their customers from buying their own contacts from CVS or other places. If you get a box of contacts, just take a picture of the side of the box, and order more contacts from CVS using that information.
