Utmost professionalism and went the extra mile in terms of completeness and kindness.Dr. Rosenberg did not rush over my exam and we did whats better 1 or 2? over and over again until I was confident in the prescription.He also gave me valuable insight into my options for eye corrective procedures without truly advocating for one or the other, giving me a balanced set of pros and cons so that I could make my own educated decision.Cant rate him highly enough, will be my go to from now on.

Dr. Rosenburg is very personable. Uses all the best equipment to check your eyes - truly a comprehensive exam. I felt comfortable and not rushed. He took time to answer all the questions. He recommended types of lenses and gave me ample supply of the contact lenses to try. The staff working at the office are very friendly, easy to make the appointment and eager to help. I will be returning yearly to get my eyes checked and referring friends/family over to get their eyes checked.

Eye doc is really good and professional; very very thorough exams and kind follow-ups. But the actual staff taking care of the glasses and frames is sub-par! New lenses had very small and tight clear zone in sight; if I look 10 to 15 degrees to the right/left, it was very blurry. I had to turn my head to focus clearly. So the doc decided to order new lenses (that was a good thing); and I asked the staff for thinner lenses (index 1.74 although it would cost more). He said he would check how much extra it will cost. My lenses were 1.67 index. That was before the labor day weekend (9/4). And after 14 days on 9/18 I called them if the lenses ready. He said unfortunately its not arrived. I suspected he never sent the prescription to the lens manufacturer until then although he said he had already done. A week later on 9/25 I got a call theyre finally ready. When I visited and checked the lenses, Ive never seen that THICK lenses in my whole life time past 30 years with glasses!! Is this third world country or 70s where we are?? They were not definitely 1.74 thin and I doubt its not even 1.67 index lenses. The staff always told lenses look thick because the new frame is thinner than my old frame!? It was a disappointing and unhappy experience with any opticians ever!! See the pics of the thick lenses below.

I live almost an hour away from Dr. Rosenberg. I have TONS of optometrists in my area, could easily see any one of them. This man is the only practitioner I trust — he’s competent in his field, has excellent bedside manner, and he will go out of his way to make sure that when you leave, you feel like your expectation perfectly matched your reality. He will follow up with you to see how you’re doing. He accommodates everyone, regardless of circumstance.If every clinician approached their work (regardless of their specialty) like Dr. Rosenberg approaches his, we would see a much healthier & happier medical community (and populace). It makes a huge difference when you’re under the care of someone who genuinely enjoys what they do.Best optometrist in the Tri-State area, hands down.

Just had an amazing experience with Dr Rosenberg and I feel compelled to share it. My daughter recently got contacts and she developed irritation and redness several days later. I called dr Rosenberg after hours expecting to leave a message and would get a response the next day. Instead the dr answered the call personally and arranged to return to the office and see my daughter after hours. Thankfully it was nothing major but I wanted to share this review and celebrate Dr Rosenberg’s skill, compassion and humanity in managing a scary situation.

Great experience. Place seemed a little hectic at first, but the doctor is very friendly, relatable, and clearly knows what hes doing. Staff is also helpful when picking out frames. They did not have a frame that I liked, but I called the doctor specifying frames online, and he went in to put an order for me. Overall very convenient and would highly recommend their services.

After having a bad experience at an eye doctor in Palisades Park, I decided to give this place a try, seeing there were so many positive reviews. As I expected, I was so content with my visit! First off, Dr. Harrison was extremely friendly (we chatted as we knew each other for years) and knowledgeable (answered all my questions in depth). Ive never received samples at other places, but he gave me couple contact lenses to try out before committing (like WHAT?!). Secondly, the staff that works there are equally as nice and helpful in picking out new glasses. And last but not least, their prices are reasonable! Definitely will be recommending this place to my family and friends!

Have been living in the area since 2011 and finally decided to try out a new optometrist. Dr. Rosenberg is the most thorough eye doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting an eye exam from. He does not cut corners and makes sure all the necessary tests are done even if your eyes seem to be healthy from other measures. My insurance was out of network but I would like to come back anyway for my next eye exam as the opticians in the area that take my insurance didn’t do half the tests that were done (i.e. eye stain) here. Cool doc with a good sense of humor. Thanks again 😎

I dont leave reviews often, but I need to let the Internet know that Dr. Rosenberg and the staff at Bridge Opticians are INCREDIBLE. My entire experience from booking an appointment through my actual visit was second to none.When I called, they were extremely kind and accommodating with my schedule. I immediately received a text message confirmation for my appointment following the initial call. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was given a warm welcome even though they were helping another patient at the time, and was ready to be seen quickly after. I also loved the displays and product selection to peruse around the office.Dr. Rosenberg is well trained, professional, and has the best rapport with his patients. I observed his banter with the patients before me and could tell that he can make even more reserved pediatric patients feel comfortable there. He was so generous with his time and performed the most thorough eye exam that Ive ever had (and Ive been getting eye exams for a long time). He asked about my family and well-being throughout the visit and you could tell he truly cared.I also went during the pandemic and the entire staff was so thoughtful about precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask. Dr. Rosenberg wore gloves and changed them many times throughout the exam. Equipment was sanitized between patients. You could tell there is a lot of attention to detail at this practice.To be honest, I thought that I was saving money before by going to optometrists at large brand-name retail stores and avoiding smaller practices. Oh my gosh, what a mistake. I am so glad that I moved to the area and that those big retailers are not conducting eye exams during this time, because I will never go anywhere else. I would drive hours to come back here. It also did NOT end up being more expensive, at all. No need to keep searching, youve come to the right place.The office building also has an attached parking lot with plenty of (free) spaces available. No street parking necessary, whoo hoo!

Id been putting off getting an eye exam/new glasses for quite some time, and had done A LOT of research before deciding on Bridge Opticians. Both Yelp and Google reviews claimed that Dr. Rosenberg was fantastic, and I definitely was not disappointed with my experience there last week! Dr. Rosenberg is extremely patient and thorough with his tests and explanations. He seems like he is genuinely interested in his patients as well, as we were chatting through the whole exam, which made me feel so much more at ease about having my eyeballs prodded at. His exam room is also very clean, which is always a plus! The gentleman who fit my glasses for me (I THINK his name is David?) was also very helpful in choosing my glasses and going over what my insurance would cover. Even the man who I picked up my glasses from (definitely didnt get his name - sorry!) was so friendly and kind. My glasses turned out wonderfully as well! I usually dont care to get my eyes checked yearly, but Dr. Rosenberg and his team are definitely worth the yearly visit!

Dr. Rosenberg is the most knowledgeable and courteous optometrist in the country. Been to many different places for an eye exam, but have never been so satisfied and thoroughly explained. Dr. Rosenberg personally sent me 4 months worth of contact lenses because I said I dont feel comfortable wearing contact lenses and it is always very irritating to wear them. Dr. Rosenberg wanted me to find the most comfortable contact lens that suits me, and I found it. Ive been wearing contacts for the past 11 years, and I finally found the one. I tried many different brands, but was not able to find one until Dr. Rosenberg helped me out. He will treat his clients like he is treating his own child, meaning, he will do whatever it takes to satisfy your needs even at his own costs. I will visit Dr. Rosenberg for my eye glasses and contacts whenever I am in the country, even if I am in California, I will visit Dr. Rosenberg because I know I can trust him and I have no doubt that he will more than satisfy my needs.
