5/5 highly recommend. Heres why:1. Simple, easy appointment booking.2. Intake process was very smooth. All staff members are very personable and professional.3. Wait time was the best Ive had at any medical office in the past ten years (very short).4. My teeth look wonderful after the cleaning compared to what they looked like before my visit.5. Exceptional care provided by Dr and staff during my visit. They not only provided clear instructions throughout the process, but did their best to ensure a positive experience (eg: applied topical analgesic on gums before cleaning, wiped away drool before it reached my neck).6. Office is clean and tidy.7. Ample parking in front of the office is a plus!

Cant stress enough how disappointed I am with this Dr Zeino. He ripped me off after I had trusted him and charged me over 5,000 for implants only for me to realize a few years later he placed them in wrong and now i have to pay over 10,000 to fix his mistake. And the audacity he had to tell me i cant return back to his office to fix problem with implant i highly discourage anyone from doing any implant procedure with him. All he cares about is making most money out of a patient and cares less about health implications of his decisions. Every doctor i went to told me he made a mistake with placement of implants. Thanks to him a procedure that would have cost only $5000 is is now costing me close to 15,000. Dr Zeino i hope you can live knowing you made a terrible decision you made with my teeth which caused me so much pain the past few years.

DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH WHITENED HERE.I wasted $500 out of pocket to get my teeth whitened here and it ruined my teeth. I followed clear instructions to not drink coffee, teas, soda or red wine for 2 weeks to a month or your teeth would be prone to staining and my teeth are still more yellow than ever.It’s been about a year and I cannot get my teeth back to my pre-bleaching color. I really take a lot of pride in my teeth too.After the bleaching process, my teeth felt like they were sanded and raw. I went back two weeks later to show him that the job was not well done and he quickly just gave me two more bleaching gels to get me out of the office to not begin a complaint.This office looks like it hasn’t been updated since the early 80s, the equipment is old and I should have known better or did my research.DO NOT GO HERE. :(

I had a major infection-of a tooth, and this dentist should have pulled it. Instead he gave me antibiotics and i ended up with a even bigger infection.

Waste of money doing Invisalign with him. All I wanted was to fix ONE tooth. We had to do 3 different impressions at different times because it was not done correctly. Because of poor impressions, the aligners did not cover the back tooth. His excuse was that it is part of the treatment, I am the dental professional. After two years, he said that there was nothing else he can do. He will take your money and leave you with no results.

After my invisalign treatment was completed they issued me a final retainer and said if I ever were to lose it that all I have to do is call them and they’ll send me another one. Fast forward into 4 years I lost my retainer, called them and their response was, “we don’t keep molds that long, you’ll need a full invisalign treatment” Very disappointing

My experience was absolutely incredible, he was professional from start to finish, I actually got Invisalign done by Dr. Zeino and it’s very important to have someone with experience and expertise in the field also from a cosmetic stand point, so I was very satisfied with what he suggested and I want to recommend this Dr. Zeino to anyone looking for nothing but the best. I will definitely will be going back in the future.

I have been going to Dr. Samer Zeino since I was five years old (Over 20 years!). I have never had a problem with his office. My cleanings have been quick and painless. He has never tried to pressure me to get work done that I didn’t want like other professionals in this field. I highly recommend you visit him for all your dental needs!

Ive been a patient for over year now and have been to this office 3x for my cleaning. I love the promptness. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, which to me is amazing. When Im finally in the chair, everything is ready, my records are pulled up and after a quick check-in, Dr. Zeino is ready to get to work. All of my cleanings have been quick and efficient with very little pain. Second, I like that he doesnt push procedures on you. Ive had a permanent retainer for years and he suggested getting it removed but didnt push me to. Overall, great office. Nothing fancy, but each person Ive spoken has been professional and my visits have always been great.

I had a root canal done with Dr. Zeino. Leading up to the procedure, he informed me about everything that was going on and made me feel very comfortable. He is knowledgeable and skilled.His staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The office also stayed open late enough for me to make it after work.I cant wait until my next visit!

Dr. Zeino is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He is caring and answers any questions you may have. He always makes sure you are in no pain and comfortable during any procedure making any work he has to do painless. He is quick and his work is great so you aren’t kept waiting around forever. I have never had a problem with scheduling or waiting long periods of time. He even fixed some bad work I had done by prior dentists and I’m so glad I’m no longer in pain and everything is now done correctly. I highly recommend Dr. Zeino to anyone, I personally am so glad I switched dentists to see him.

The staff is nice, the bait, the hook is fear based service, he will tap your tooth with his tool, and recommend loose, then inject it with pain killer and shake the tooth and say it’s loose. His advice extraction and/or root canal. He takes a large amount of money and applies it to any question you have $1500 for a tiny filling in the end. He smeared on the filling as sloppy as he could (tool 30 seconds) hardened it with the light and the staff said like new. I wanted to keep my front tooth and that made him angry, because I didn’t listen. Imagine going for a veneer and walking out with a missing tooth. I I refused numb tooth and all and walked out. By the way he did this outside his initial care plan (additional $ 350) and took all the money from it. In addition I got no paperwork. I’d look somewhere else.

I had very good experience with Dr.Zeino. him and his staffs are always very welcoming and helps me feel comfortable. They explain every step they are doing and when I was too nervous at one point he paused to let me relax. Very caring and professional!

Dr. Zeino has been my dentist for 3 years now. He has handled everything from simple cleanings to tooth implants for me. His office is clean and the wait time is generally very short. Dr.Zeno is very calm, friendly, humorous dentist of my whole family. He does an excellent craft work in every aspect and angle of your teeth. He has a very firm, steady but quick hands. His staff and helpers are amazingly friendly and very kind even if we are the last patients for the day and well after office hours. Their schedule is very flexible and they work around your schedule.

Dr. Zeino is a terrific dentist with an incredibly friendly staff. The office is in a great location with plenty of parking. I book my appointments 6-months out and lucky enough to be in/out in 20 minutes. I always leave with a fresh and clean set of teeth. Its pretty far from where I live, but I appreciate the service and attention to detail Dr. Zeino gives to his patients. He offered a better solution to giving me perfect teeth, and kept the channels of communication open at all times. Definitely recommend!

I have had a number of procedures done over the past year, an implant, two crowns and a filling. The procedures were relatively pain free, Dr. Samer was very concerned about my comfort,any signs of discomfort was effectively addressed. I am satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Dr. Zeino is highly skilled and takes ample time to do a procedure properly. He takes the time to explain what he is he doing and why. Dr. Zeino’s practice is well organized and welcoming, appointments are on time, and the rare delays are very short. He was able to fix my smile.

Ive been going to Dr. Zeino for over 7 years now. With and without health insurance. I initially had no health insurance and my teeth were in awful shape because of it. He has always been reasonably priced even without insurance. He has always done an excellent job on all of my major dental work (two canals, two crowns.) Now im both insured and my teeth are in great shape. So I now visit him regularly every 6 months for my standard cleanings and have never had an issue. When I married my wife, she started seeing him too and has also had nothing but positive experiences.

I actually used to work for his office 23 years ago! Today was my first visit there as a new patient and although I had to wait a while due to an emergency which is completely understandable it was still a great experience. The doctor is patient, thorough, and very nice. Im glad I found my new dentist.

Amber is amazing! We found them online to have one of my family members dentures replaced. We had found them late on Monday and she called me around 8pm to offer me at 9am appointment. My family member was thrilled but I was nervous for her to go by herself because she speaks little English and I had to actually coordinate a Lyft to drive her since I live far away. Amber contacted me to let me know she had made it safely then contacted me to confirm pricing and later walked her to her Lyft. She felt so special and cared for and the work they did on her denture was great she’s going to be able to go on vacation tomorrow looking and feeling fabulous! Thanks Amber and team!!!!

The dentist did not have much of a personality. He was very cut and dry. He made me feel uncomfortable. Not a compassionate person. The nurse was very nice though.

He is a great doctor. My family and friends we all go to him. his staff is very kind, polite and helpful.

I am writing a five-star review for a dentist. If you care to read the rest, please do or just check this guy out. My last dental exam was a short while ago. I am in the dentist despiser camp. Every time I go it’s not a pleasure. For the first time for as long as I can remember I got in and out in 10 minutes and the whole experience was, dare I say it, highly tolerable if not downright peachy. I am happy to give Dr. Zeino a five-star rating for his quick service, his gentle touch and his no-nonsense manner. He can also take full credit for restoring my faith in going to the dentist. See you in six months with a smile on my face, Dr. Zion!

Scammed my insurance for services I did not get. Would rate a 0 if I could. Told insurance I was there when I was not. Lady at front desk said I just work here don’t blame me!! Haha what a joke

Dr. Zeino has been my dentist since I was a little girl. He patiently got me through having braces for just about 4 years, and now that I am an adult I still see him regularly. Just today in 3 hours he gave me a cleaning, a temp crown, and took out a damaged wisdom tooth. He is careful and precise. Prices have never been crazy either. I have no bad words for this man.

Overall a great professional and comforting expierence. I started my Invisalign treatment in December 2015, and I have zero regrets about it. The pricing is the most competitive in the North Jersey area, and the customer service you receive really makes it too notch. When someone is just as excited about your progress (if not more) as you are, you know you got something special. I would highly recommend Dr Zeino to anyone no matter how far away (I live in West Caldwell, NJ), it’s worth it!

Dr Zeino has been my dentist for 25+ years. I went to him when I first moved from the West coast, and have been going to him ever since. I have moved several times during the past 25 years - but continue to make the trip to come see him. I am not always consistent about my visits to the dentist, more than once I have waited a year or two and then ended going in on an emergency basis. He always gets me in right away and never makes me feel uncomfortable for not visiting regularly. I have had root canals, caps, porcelain veneers, xrays, cleanings and have never had a problem with anything. As long as I have teeth, I will continue with Dr Zeino!

ZERO stars. NEGATIVE stars if it were possible. Dr. Zeino botched a root canal on me, missing two of four roots. I subsequently endured a year of pain, a repeat root canal (by a specialist, not a hack). But its hard to fix a bad root canal. The tooth will soon be history.He is truly a jack of all trades...and you know how the rest goes.BEWARE...if you prize your smile, that is.

Be aware!! We went for a routine check up with our 6 years old , knowing he had a cavities. The doctor took a look and told us we dont need to worry about it just leave it like that , Not even one moth later my child was crying in pain from that cavities , need to to pick him up from school and we had to rush him to back to the doctor , Remember two or 3 weeks later not more , and this time the Doctor started we need to give him 10 days antibiotics , need to go surgent do a baby root canal , maybe to extract and put a spacer ( I have a feeling was all for the money )…..OMG!!!!! and my husband told him to do something on the spot since he is in so much pain … My guess the doctor got angry and cleaned a little the cavity put the feeling and boom done in 2 minutes ( this is between 2 molars with no space left between and not even polish at the end ) Two weeks later my boy is in pain again and does not want to go back. there and the filling is bad to high , now we have to start all over again!!!!

The worse dentist ever. If anyone would like to start a class action lawsuit again this unethical criminal, contact me. He billed insurance and me the procedures he did not perform and did not get authorized. There are many ways to make money but he is not honest and he has no integrity. I dunno who will ever give him good review and must be from his family and family friends.

This man without my consent and proper communication makes an appointment for invisalign when I was expecting to do root canal. Then has the audacity to charge me $150. Then he sends me a bill for things I have not asked for at all when all I went for was a check up and a clean up to begin with ( which he half-assed) which should be covered through insurance. Completely unethical, money hungry, incompetent and borderline crook.

I have been going to Metropolitan Dental for more than a decade, and would happily recommend them to anyone. Dr. Zeino and his staff are both friendly and professional, and they are always willing to work with me to accommodate my schedule. As for the quality of their work, heres an example. I was given a temporary filling by Dr. Zeino several years ago, and its still intact and in my tooth after all this time.
