Dr Chung- Levy had a big challenge getting my teeth back in line. I am a 60 year old woman whose teeth decided to move and keep moving in different directions over the last few years. I first tried using one of the brands that are advertised on TV with zero success. This is where you get what you pay for comes into play. You just don’t get the same attention and perfection that Dr Chung Levy offers. I decided to take the plunge with my daughters wedding coming up next June and realizing how important my smile is in the pictures that will last forever. I am thrilled with my results and also impressed with her ability to by hand get them as perfect as she could by using a technique that was new to me. So being a person that doesn’t always love recommending doctors -I do highly recommend Dr Chung Levy!

Dr. Jessica is a shining star in the Orthodontic firmament! The moment you walk through the front door of her office in Fort Lee, NJ you are greeted by some very professional, well-polished people. The office is immaculate and filled with a staff moving about, all of whom, seem to be on purpose and on a mission. Everything seems as if it was designed by a Feng Shui Master! I almost want the visits to last longer than they need to, just so I can stay in this very comfortable and warm environment. Dr. Jessica is very very caring and also very strict at the same time. I am not the easiest case in the history of orthodontics, I have very very short teeth, meaning it was difficult to put a hook on my tooth to start the overbite treatment, my hook felt off 3 times, Dr. Jessica actually ordered special hook for me and after 4th attempt, the hook stayed on for 3 years. I am also very slow in my progression, and she did basically two rounds of treatment for me to get good result. I think these two facts are hugely valuable data points if one wants to pick a Dentist for these kind of multi year project.

Dr. Jessica Chung-Levy has changed my life. When I first met Dr. Jessica, I was suffering from endless symptoms associated with my jaw and teeth such as but not limited to jaw clicking, clenching, grinding, jaw pain, and misaligned teeth (even after braces, retainers, etc. as a child). A great doctor. She and her office is one of few doctors that I can recommend without reservation. Although my daughter is the patient, I was also made to feel welcome and informed. My daughters teeth were a bit more involved (one extracted and one had to be turned 90 degrees - therefore, spacing was important), but after two years (?), she is very happy with herself. Dr. Chung was also one who recommended a course of treatment that kept the cost reasonable.

Dr. Jessica is beyond amazing. I had previous orthodontic treatment twice as a young adult, and recently I wanted to fix my increasingly crooked bottom teeth. The consultation revealed a greater issue of a problematic bite, which was resulting in severe attrition and occasional TMJ symptoms. No dentist had ever noticed my bite causing the attrition—they only told me to wear a night guard! The process of correcting my teeth took a series of invisalign treatments, which I am so grateful for. It is one of my best decision I ever made to come to Dr. Chung-Levys office to get my braces done. I always thoought 25+ year old is too late to fix my teeth, but it made me so jealous by looking at my sister-in-laws and her friends perfect smiles (they are both Dr. Chung-Levys patients). So I decided to go for it before my big day! The doctors in the office are so nice and very professional. Dr. Chung-Levy is super friendly and makes my visits everytime painless! I am loving my teeth and have a perfect smile on my wedding day! I am much more confident now than before and cannot stop showing off my perfect teeth and smile. Thanks Dr. Jessica!

This office is very unprofessional, they constantly keep getting new employees because the doctor is beyond rude. My friend worked here and she constantly complained of how she regret bringing me due to the way the doctor would treat me. I come in for my appointment and I’d waited once for 2 hours to not even get my permanent retainers in. She literally order me a new invisalign retainer and that’s not what I asked for. Not only that, but one time she asked me to come in at 7 pm and I did. And the office was completely dark. She forgot that she made an appointment with me later that night because I needed my permanent retainer! I called the office , her employee and nothing. Until 30 min on my way back she calls me and say she’s been waiting for me when I even called the office and was at the front door. Mind you, all the lights were off at the office, she just forgot then made an excuse for not being there. She is very unprofessional. I’ve even heard her say that she will push you’re teeth together by pushing it with her fingers. That’s not how it works. You either get Invisalign or braces. If pushing you’re fingers to push you’re teeth worked then Ortho wouldn’t be needed. I refuse to ever go back to her. The staff is unprofessional, they asked me to pay for my repairs on my permanent retainer when I’m in the operatory ready for my treatment, and mind you. My chair is laying down in supine position and high up and the office manger didn’t even fix my chair. And she rushed me to front to go pay. I am a dental assistant and I know how routine works. They are not organized. Her staff and the doctor is ridiculous. Not only that, but she was rude to her employees, I literally saw her fighting with them trying to make them look stupid in front of the patients . She is rude and save your money on someone who actually is good at there job and cares for her patients and staff.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jessica and her staff ! Doctor stops at nothing to help achieve the PERFECT smile !

Dr Jessica Chung-Levy is the most oustanding orthodontist ive seen, she is extremly patient and friendly while providing the servcie with top standard and quality, she knows her patients well and try to do her best to acheive results that meet both professional and patients standards. I am extremly statisfy with the results after getting my braces off. In addition the office staffs are very fun and friendly! it has been a wonderful experience!
