Fort Lee Family Dental is a very good dental practice. The office is immaculate, runs on time and is buttoned up. The dental assistants are very friendly and nice. Dr. Ilyutovich is a competent dentist with a lovely demeanor. Not only will she go a good job, but she also hums classical music while working on you. I recommend this office for quality dental work at reasonable prices.

They gave us appointment 35 days ago,yesterday we should be getting botox, but they never called us, they out of order, they said sometimes next week, they liar, they not responsible ,dont believe review.dont go there. Never again

Naira did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is diligent, competent and hard-working.

2.5 years old $3K crown that I spent 5 visits to install (every time it wouldnt fit) chipped in a half. They say that they would be more than happy to accommodate and I can pay for its repair out of pocket. Thank you but thank you.

As always , staff are extremely personable and professional. There was no wait for my appointment to begin and everyone always makes me feel comfortable. Irena and Paul explained exactly what procedure would be conducted and periodically inquire if I felt any discomfort . I have been going to Dr. Ilyutovich’s office for the past 18 years, ever since she opened her own practice, and continue to go there even after moving from NJ to CT. The entire experience of every visit has been excellent, from making appointments to routine cleanings to more complex procedures, like crowns and route canals.Dr. Larisa and here staff are very courteous, attentive, and highly professional. She takes time to explain her treatment strategies and discuss available options. The best thing about Dr. Larisa is her lightest touch - I tell all my friends that I never dread a trip to my dentist because i have not experienced any pain in dentist’s chair in the past 18 years.

Dont go unless you are just cleaning.The hygienists are nice and have good skills.But the Dr is bad! Me and my wife had treated our teeth and now we both have chronic pains, which we did not have. No clear explanation and no treatment for pain. We just need to go to other dentists to do it all over. They also take money first and does not send you any bills that explain the treatment. No response to inquiries via email/phone.

I had a bad experience here that I have never experienced before. If you dont want your face to be a monster, Dont Go her.

Absolutely Amazing! Dr Larissa Ilyupovich . I’m not sure how someone can leave a bad review . I have seen dozens of dentists in my life , from all around the world . She’s by far the top. Not only kind and excellent at her work. She has staff that is trained incredibly for there job titles . Bianca is responsive and wonderful , and very detailed . I will be seeing her for a lifetime . BEWARE. This dentist is not as honest or good as the ratings say. I sent my son to this dentist because of the reviews and what service we received was not professional or correct. Larissa Ilyupovich, DDS claimed that my son had 6 cavities in total. Instead of taking care of the cavities first she asked the hygienist to do the sealants first which is completely not right. I also requested for copies of my sons xrays and each time Bianca never sent them. We have every right to get copies. The Dentist is not good. Be careful.

Naira is the best ,I am a dental assistant by trade for over 30 years.So Im critical about how a cleaning should be. Highly recommend her and the practice.I met Martha at the front desk she is lovely. The Dr a pleasure ,great examBut I have to say I met some of the staff as well and all were really niceA pleasure to have been introduced to the office.

Horrible experience! Brutal treatment and waste of money. My root canal is very badly made and she even left a small piece of mental in its root. It needs to be redone or tooth needs to be removed. Dont even think going to Dr.Ilyutovich she thinks she can do everything... So sad that people like her are at work.

Honestly 5 stars is not enough! This dental practice is wonderful for the entire family! The staff is lovely and very helpful! The doctor Larissa is kid friendly and so good at what she does! I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look fwd to coming to see them and I know I’m in very good hands! Highly recommend it!

The place, staff, doctors and the services are perfect.

They go above and beyond here. I’ve never seen this level of customer appreciation. They take their time, provide explanations for everything, they don’t try to make you spend more money than you need to, they even gave me a bunch of extra free things when I bought an electric toothbrush with them. Anastasia is so sweet and really explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure I was feeling comfortable with the work I had done. I highly suggest fort lee family dental. And the receptionist is so smart and sweet as well.

Though Dr. Ilyutovich is a solid dentist, her office staff and the way the practice runs is HORRIBLE. Bianca, one of the staff, is a mean-spirited vindictive person. There are many choices of dentists in the area that equal or better. Please consider other options.

The staff at Fort Lee Family Dental are very friendly and seem to now what they are doing. They always perform their tasks well. On the other hand, their timing on appointments is absolutely horrible. Every single time I come here, I wait. Today I came for an appointment at 3 pm to get my new retainers (as I do every three weeks) which is a 5-10 minute process. I didnt get called in until 3:37, didnt get helped until 3:49, and I left the place at 3:57. I was only apologized to by the two receptionists. This is not okay. If this happened once, understandable, but not every single time I get my new retainers.

This was the nicest, friendliest, and most efficient dentist I have ever been too. Dr. Ilyutovich is a great dentist and explained everything thoroughly! The front desk, Gilda, was very helpful checking me and as well as answering my questions. Overall this is the best dental office I have been too and I HIGHLY recommend!!

This is the most unprofessional office I’ve been too. The doctors don’t explain any procedures that they are charging you for. I would research before agreeing to do anything in this office. I asked for braces and they told me they want to do proclein caps instead. When I did the research at home after my visit, it’s nothing that I wanted to do. So, I called back that day to cancel anything they were sending to a lab. No answer, no call back. They’re off Wednesday’s so on Thursday they told me it was too late for a refund. So, I basically paid $300 for absolutely no work done on my teeth. They refuse to refund me my money. They refuse to take the hit personally for not picking up phone calls in their office. This place will rob you of thousands of dollars. I spent over $5,000 in this office out of pocket and I have insurance! Now they stole $300 from me for no good reason. They just refuse to care for their customers needs and wants. They don’t listen. They suggest, charge you and don’t explain a thing. She makes a enough money but I guess she needs my $300 to pay for her kids clothes. Thanks for being a doctor wanting money rather than someone who actually cares about taking care of people. Go to another dentist!!

Three years ago, a friend referred me to Dr. Ilyutovich after breaking my front tooth in half during a flag football game. They fitted me for a crown that is identical to my old tooth---shape, size, color, markings etc.The whole staff is great---Gilda at the front desk is very welcoming, and Anastasia, the dental hygienist and Dr. Ilyutovich, the dentist, are extremely gentle, meticulous, knowledgeable and friendly.Three years later, I continue to travel from NYC to Fort Lee (less than an hour from midtown) 2x+ per year because theyre great at what they do and its worth the extra effort.

Awful dentist! Shes a butcher not a dentist. Her license should be revoked to practice dentistry. Save your teeth, your time, and your money by going to someone who actually knows what they are doing. She does procedures in which she is NOT qualified to do instead of sending you to specialists. Thinks she is the best and can do no wrong. TRULY THE WORST DENTIST EVER!
