Waited 25 minutes for an eyebrow wax. How ironic when a client is late 15 minutes they automatically cancel your appointment. Why honor appointments in the first place? Dear absent manager: tell your receptionists to call clients if running late…out of courtesy!!

Great experience overall, definitely taking all the safety measures as needed to operate during a pandemic. All staff was very friendly and practicing safety protocols. Great hours at this location, and much more convenient than the location in Edgewater if you live close to route 5.

The lady that work in fort Lee name kailyn or Karla was very rude and mean over the fone my appointment was at 8:10 pm and I call her letting her know I was parking and her answer was I have to reschedule u when I call her at 8:09pm so mean and rude NO care for customer at all.

Took my daughter here based on a recommendation. We ended up purchasing a package for eyebrow waxing. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Very clean as well! Parking in garage is free up to 90 minutes!

The service with the lady call kailyn in fort lee location was very VERY mean to us and when we were there at 8:09 we were looking for parking and at 8:10 she said no sorry.like what we were in the FRONT of the place looking for Parking very mean and bad to treat a customer like that when they close at 9:30 or at 10:00.

I have had nothing but issues with my skin since starting to wax here. I get bad ingrowns and they tell you to buy their products to help but it doesn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a waste of money.

The place is nice but I think they have to put a little bit of attention in the was service, because some of the employees dont do it right.

Terrible customer service! Learn how to tend to non- native clients where english is their second language. Have some compassion and be more understanding instead of ignoring them and brushing them off.
