On the outer appearance, it’s not attractive nor fancy at all, but the owner gave the best haircut ever! She has over 20yrs of experience and knows what looks best for your face shape.I brought my college daughter and had Japanese Straight Perm and was the best JSP ever! She added color tints and looks gorgeous! Her methods were thought and detailed, paying careful attention to details.Best part is that her cost 💲 is less than some popular places in PalPark. I highly recommend the salon owner for haircuts, coloring & definitely straight perms. We will be coming to J2 for all our hair appointments.

Jenny burned my hair! I had to cut it short to save it. They stole money from my card, they wrote in a tip for themselves. Never go there!!

Cuts are superior quality at a great price. My perm always comes out great. Jenny gets the job done and has a high level of experience and expertise when it comes to hair.

This salon smells of bad food, the owner and her husband are amateurs, unprofessional, aggressive, and they have NO IDEA what they are doing. They are only hungry for money. Terrible haircut, totally did not accomplish what I asked. Do not go there unless you want hair ruined!

Good hair cut

Jenny is one of the best hair stylists Ive had. She is very attentive with your hair and very detail oriented. Also, haircuts are very well priced. I paid for a expensive haircut and Hoboken which was so bad, I went to Jenny to fix the next day and she did so much better. Ill be referring her to all my friends and family, I cant say enough good things about her. So great!

If you have a lot of time and a lot of patience(not to mention a lot of money), you can go here. I waited 6 hours to get my hair done and painfully watched other people suffering their wait times. Terrible service and very expensive. I would use my time and money at a better place. Like go to bada story next door for an amazing sushi dinner.

Ruined my hair, asked for tip (owner) and when i returned to show her how she damaged my hair, she brought her husband in, who speaks 2 words of english -he cursed at me, called me stupid and to shut up, and physically pushed to leave the salon. I simply asked him if i can explain to him and show a picture of how the hair was ruined from my appointment with his wife. No talant for hair, no English, no manners. Disguisting place. Zero hair skills and zero civilization.

Owner lady is a hysterical person and very bad service. I will not go there again!

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT GO TO J2 UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR !!!! my hair is cut UNEVEN !!! I was so upset that I left my hair unfinished. I CAN NOT SAY THIS ENOUGH. THEY ARE UTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I told everyone I know, and I told all my friends to NEVER, NEVER set foot in the hall.This is the first place that is unkind to the world. How to do business with such a mind and posture is such a wonder. I could not even get my head, I burned my head, and I cut it off. Money, time and emotional consumption are all a waste! Never go for it.
