Luckily, I haven’t experienced other people’s issues so far at Diana lash studio. The price is very reasonable, to me it’s a great deal.. and my lashes turn out nicely all the time. They are very professional and staff are very nice and friendly. I don’t think I will go to another lash place but this one as long as live around here. The tip policy doesn’t bother me since I’d give same amount for the service anyways.

I really liked this place before. The price was reasonable and the lashes were beautiful. But I went recently for a full set and the price has increased to $82 for a full mink set- 80 pcs. Also they always used to take debit/credit card- but the receptionist forced me to use her ATM in order to pay her cash- so they avoid paying fees- and the fees falls onto the customer- not okay! I even told her I was not comfortable with this as my bank charges me to use non affiliated atm- but she just kept insisting. Fine.. Now my lash appointment is done and I realize I dont have any lashes applied in the inner corner area, the lashes started from the middle of eye to the end.. (looks weird and unfinished) I asked the tech to please correct this before i left, she stuck some on real fast, didnt dry me and sent me out with my eyes burning. This was after i tipped her well. But lastly, cherry on top was that these $100 lashes are suppose to be individual lashes, but when they started to fall off within the week, yes, (two weeks later they are all gone) I did see that they also gave me cluster lashes- this is not okay! I will NOT be returning here, they smile in your face and are always nice but the service and quality has declined while the price continues to increase. Go elsewhere..

The location is always perfect for me and is so clean and relaxing. They opened all windows for fresh air circulation, use some kind of air purifier and cover the beds with disposable sheets.I highly recommend technician Nana.Nana recommended wash my eye lids with soap to remove oil and not wearing any eye make up prior to come. This little tip made my lash stay longer. Nana has a great bedside manor and seemed very cautious with Covid 19, cleaned and sanitized all the tools and her hands couple times. She will make you fall a sleep in minutes.If you want quick , efficient, high quality lashes, come to Nana, you won’t be disappointed!

I purchase it a package on Groupon to make the story short I was a scare it was my first time. Excellent service and clean safe environment.Since then I’ve been coming back .I just love it I strongly recommend that you won’t get disappointed.

This place is rude, your eyes lashes fall so bad after a few days they want to charge even if it’s their fault.. I got upset with them cause I canceled a appt do to an emergency and they wanted to charge me $15 for canceling now since 2 days won’t even answer my calls they don’t care if your a costumer there’s better places don’t waste your money...

I am extremely disappointed at this place because they don’t honor their words and what was promised. Diana and reception were very unprofessional, dishonorable, and unqualified!!So here is my story: (it’s a long story)I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months. I always had Olivia do my lashes each time I come. Olivia is good. Couple weeks ago I booked my appointment online and I booked for Olivia. The online appt does inform that you might get a different tech if the tech you request is busy, which is fine. I came in for my appointment and Olivia was busy. I said it’s fine and PAID then receptionist told me to reschedule to a Tuesday when Olivia would be free. Then I came back on Tuesday just to find out the Olivia doesn’t even work on Tuesdays... then why are you wasting my time to come here when the tech I requested for wasn’t here?!?! I didn’t want to waste any more of my time and just had the owner Diana do my session for me this time. As an apology, Diana promised me a free refill done by Olivia within one week. As soon I stepped out of the salon, three lashes fell off but Diana told me it’s okay don’t worry about it. Two, three days later, most of my lashes fell off and I texted the store to inform them. AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE REFILL!! What was promised me was FREE REFILL with OLIVIA within ONE WEEK!! I understand lashes fall off but not within one week, I was almost bald! This place is a nightmare & please stay away!!!

It was a wonderful experience. Happily greeted by the entire staff. Very clean and a pretty salon. Olivia, did my lashes. She was so fabulous I fell sleep. Ill go back. 😊 Great and knowledgable staff very helpful.

I loved my lashes each time I got them done. However, I was really turned off by their tip policy. I would always give more than the requirement for my lash tech but I think this policy is very tacky. I shouldnt be obligated to leave a tip before receiving the service. Ive never seen this before happen in a business. To receive a tip is not a requirement, it is definitely a perk and a great way to show the technician your appreciation for their service. I also do not like that I do not receive any education on caring for my lashes. I think they should absolutely reconsider this policy or this will be an issue for many. Just my opinion

I live an hour away and after driving half way they remembered calling me to tell me that one of the technicians felt sick and had to leave! And when I said that I’m already half way they hung up on my face!!

After my third and final visit supporting this Lovely Lash place. This rude old lash specialist pull my mask over my nose. Lastly at the end of my service she provided her mirror for me to view and approve her work. But it was catch. She refused to let me touch her mirror? Weird right?..I know. I immediately reported her to the owners which is a old lady and her daughter at the front desk. I explain to them how rude and rough she was with me in please do not ever book me with her again. The daughter got up went to the specialist and spoke in Mandarin. The older woman apologized but at the point I just wanted to leave the vibes were off. That was a Friday, that following Tuesday I sent a text explaining to the owners how I still was uncomfortable with my service and the technician treatment. They responded come back will take $10 off and it won’t happen again? No, thanks Diane Lashes I will only spend were I’m CELEBRATED not TOlERATED!

Salon is conveniently located in Fort Lee. It’s a new Lash studio that does an amazing job in volume lashes. I like a fuller lash look and Yuri who does my lashes every time does not disappoint. My lashes always stay and there is minimal problems. Overall, their prices, service and quality of the lashes is great. Highly recommend!

For a shoot, I needed to get my lashes done. I checked out a lot of places in the area and found Diana Lash Studio to be one of the best. The technician did a flawless full application. I made sure to come in with a look in mind and was surprised at how well my lashes came out. I recommend not wearing any eye makeup, especially mascara before your session. Also bring headphones so you can zone out and relax! Personally, I had the best nap during my session. Well worth it!

I have done my lashes twice. The first time I did them I was going on vacation. I noticed they didn’t last long but I assumed it was due to the pool and beach. However, I went back for a refill and not even a week later a bunch of the lashes have fallen off already. I would not recommend. Definitely not worth it

I told them i had mascara on and that it was my first time. I didnt know and they said since i didnt have that much mascara i could do it and no makeup removal was necessary. The next day the left eye had major lash fall. They wouldnt fix it just kept pushing me to spend more to fix it. Also theres a high mandatory tip considering the type of service they provide

This place is a great place to do your eyelashes. The place was extremely clean, very well decorated, and simply amazing. Considering that I have spent only $35 on eyelash extension, ( I used to spend hundred of dollars in NYC for eyelashes) the value and service was amazing. The eyelashes came out so good, i loved the way I looked. SIMPLY AMAZING AND CUTE PLACE IN THE HEART OF FORT LEE...

Best Eyelash Studio Ever !!! I love this place. Technicians were sweet, decorations were wonderful. My lashes lasted for a long time. The place was far far better that some of the well known spas that I have been to in Manhattan. It is like being in a first class spa except that I have spent 5% of what I used to spend in the City. I bought a GROUPON to do a Russian Volume Lashes 240 pieces and I was amazed by the products they use. These lashes were like magic lashes and I have never had eyelashes done before until now, and guess what, I cant believe how wonderful I look. I love you Sunny!!!! My boyfriend loved my looks so much he was shocked. I will definitely come back here more often. This is better than plastic surgery.....

First and last time at this place. I have been doing my lashes for years so I know how to take care of them at home. This is the first time that I have gotten my lashes done and it didnt last me a week. I was so disappointed. I blink and the lashes would just fall off my eyes. Whats even worst is that they make you pay a tip before getting your lashes done. I would never step foot back into this place again. Not worth it at all.

First time customer.... I purchased a Groupon and was able to get an appointment the same day. Great atmosphere very relaxing. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. My lashes are perfect, long and in one piece.

The person who did my lashes - Diana, was in a hurry and the result was not good. Some of my lashes fell out as soon as I went home. They said the $13 tip is not mandatory but they would shame you and chase you for it if you did not tip at least that. I ended up tipping her $16 but I did not like the results and felt that they were saying bad things about me in Korean. I will never go back again.

I was so excited when I found this place on Groupon. I came in for my second appointment for a fill in, and as soon as I walked in I was asked to pay and tip before the services were even rendered. Just know it’s my last time going there because that was so unprofessional in my opinion.

I feel like Ive been scammed!! I bought a groupon and upon arrival at Diana Lash Studio I got upcharged for length, type, texture, EVERYTHING! I obliged however after 2 days, my lashes looked like I had them for 4 weeks! The manager told me to come back in and when I did, they tried to make me pay for a 1 week refill. No reputable lash professional even has the option for a 1 week refill and I discovered they even have a 3 day refill for $15! Who would go somewhere where a refill would be needed THREE DAYS LATER?? They are SCAMMERS! The manager & owner via phone tried to make me feel like since I bought a groupon deal, thats I wasnt worth good service. Seriously, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY here!! Theyre unprofessional and dont care about customer service!! Who wants to blink and have lashes falling off!?!?

My first experience at this location was great the lashes were done wonderfully, today I returned and the lashes were done poorly. Many have already fallen out and we’re not applied correctly, disappointing.

This is the absolute worst place to go get your lashes done. If I could give no stars I would. I have done my lashes for years and never in my life have a been left with three lashes in less then two days. I am so upset that I wasted my time and money at this establishment.
