After seeing many doctors for a consultation this doctor was by far the best. I went with him for my surgery and I am completely satisfied with the surgery he after care as well as the end result. I see why he was voted “the best of Fort Lauderdale”. Thank you the Dr and all his friendly staff.

I had a simple lift 2 months ago, and the results are spectacular - very natural, without that artificial, obvious facelift look that is often seen.My boyfriend looked at me the morning after my procedure and said you look so Young!! Although I had some complications during the recovery process, some of which were visually alarming to me, Dr. Palma and his staff were supportive and reassuring, and told me that although my healing was delayed, all would be well. They were right. Dr. Palma was available to me 24/7 via his personal cell, had I needed him. I will be trusting all future facial procedures (botox, fillers) to Dr. Palma, as his aesthetics are impeccable. I highly recommend Dr. Palma to any woman who is looking to turn back time on her face.

Went to consultation to this doctor. Horrible experience. NO service. The office had no AC, very hot in there. The staff did not even offer us a glass of water... Not even a fan over there. We felt hot and nauseous. Staff was inconsiderate, rude, unwelcoming.Doctor did consultation in a tiny room, with no air coming in or out. Non of his staff even attempted to comfort us, Doctor does not advise his staff to be customer friendly. Doctor also does not offer options, he only goes with his first impression. He does not look for solutions — he insists on his decision being the only correct one. If this is how Dr Palma treats his customers on consultants, I can only imagine how rude he will get IF/AFTER unsuccessful surgery/procedure.Considering reviews and being referred to this office — the experience is utterly disappointing.Highly DO NOT recommend ANYONE to go there.

Dr. Palma performed a breast augmentation on me about 2 years ago. I am extremely happy with his work and I absolutely LOVE how natural my breasts look. Not only are my breasts natural looking, but they feel super soft and are nice and bouncy! He is an artist and considers his patients a canvas. His work is proof of the extreme attention to detail and care he puts into each surgery he performs. I couldnt ask for a better surgeon!

I love the results I have gotten with my lift and botox injections. The office help is warm and friendly. Dr. Palma has excellent credentials and really listens to what you want. The personal care in his office and staff are just what you would hope to get. Highly recommend you go at least for a consultation.

PERFECTION! I have been going to Dr. Palma for almost 20 years! He has done one major face lift and two mini lifts and the results are soooooooo natural!! He has a light touch and I have never had that just out of surgery look. The mini-lifts were great - back to work in a couple of days with a little makeup. Dr, Palma has a very poor attitude and a very heavy hand. The results of what he calls a mini-facelifthave been very bad. I now have marks on cheeks that werent there, thick scars in front and behind my ears. Hair will not grow on the scars behind and above the ear so there are blank spaces. My surgery took place March 2013 and am now seeing another doctor to have him attempt to correct some of these ugly scars. Beware!!

I had pencil line lips. I consulted Dr. Palma for lip rejuvenation. He contured my lips to the shape of my face. Sheer PERFECTION. I could not even imagine this level of excellence. AMAZING experience & the BEST work ever!! There is no way I could have asked for more!!! From a the minute I walked in for my first consultation, I was treated like a princess. From Channel at the front desk, to the incredible Dr. Palma, and everyone who I interacted with, (nurses, etc.) I was treated with lots of love. Everyone tells me how great I look, but no one can tell that I had work done!! I had a facelift, and a chin implant and a couple of other little things done, so that is REALLY the mark of a true professional!In fact, the girl who does my hair knows dozens of women who have had similar procedures. She was looking for my scars & couldnt find one! When I showed her the little itty-bitty bump that is hidden behind my earlobe (only on one side!), she started cracking up. That is not a scar!, she said. Then she whispered to me to go over to the shampoo bowl, because there happened to be a client who had a facelift over 2 years ago (mine was only 5 weeks at the time) That woman had a giant lump about the size of half a hard-boiled egg on the back of her neck.I am sure that Dr. Palma has had at least 6 people go in to see him, just based on my hairdressers recommendation, and she never even met him!Also, the follow-up was amazing, I am telling you, you could not ask for better care--and more importantly, the best results.
