I am very happy with the results, he is a very experienced doctor, he took the time to listen for what I wanted and explained every detail answering all my questions. He was also very understanding, and he addressed all my concerns. I felt confident I was in the best hands. The day of the surgery everything was perfect and the recovery was uneventful and painless as he promises, few days after the surgery I was fine. I dont know where to begin, but ultimately, I hope my experience and surgical journey will help you make the best informed decision possible.When I met with Dr. Wigoda, I was in the worst possible condition physically and emotionally from a neck lift (platysmaplasty) surgery gone wrong. I was six weeks post op from the neck lift nightmare and was suffering.I knew something was wrong a week into my recovery. We know our bodies! I reached out to the Doctor and shared my concerns. I felt nauseous and lumps were appearing on my both sides of my neck. I was told to be patient and massage the lumps that were becoming more visible daily. When I did see the Doctor, I was told, if the lumps dont go away in a few weeks, he would cut them out in the office. He offered no post op care and in my estimation was negligent. I WAS IN SHOCK!Needless, to say, I ran! I was in excruciating pain, and everything was pulling in my neck and ears. Suffice to say, I was in trouble, and knew it.Thank goodness I had enough sense not to wait and met with Dr. Wigoda later in the week. Dr. Wigoda told me I would need a revision. He also told me no massaging in the world would make the lumps go away and cutting them out as described would cause major scarring.Immediately, after meeting with Dr. Wigoda I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Wigoda said he could help and I knew I could trust his him. I knew I was going to be okay.Within three weeks time, I was under his care and on the operating table. My last words to him on the day of the surgery were- please stop my pain. By this time, I also felt my mouth starting to align differently too. My ears and neck still hurt badly.I am now fifteen weeks post op and very happy. I have no more pain and I am healing beautifully. Dr. Wigoda fixed my neck and helped in more ways than he knows.Please see Dr. Wigoda for your procedure! Do not make the same mistake I made. Save yourself time, trouble, and unnecessary stress. Dr. Wigoda has done and continues to do an amazing job before, during and after my surgery! I trusted Wigoda to give me a breast augmentation and was not let down! My pain was little to any (without taking prescription medication) and my results are AMAZING. So grateful to find a doctor that really cares.

My scars are permanent, but the memories are more scaring and painful. Bare with me, this has taken me a while to have the courage and strength to write. I contemplated having an elective procedure for years, because it’s scary and you hear so many horrible outcomes from elective surgeries. When I met Dr. Wigoda, he’s very stoic, not the friendliest Dr., but I didn’t care because my main objective was to make sure he had SKILLED HANDS AND THE BRAINS TO DO A GREAT JOB AND NOT KILL ME - that’s what I cared most about. After reading his bio, watching his videos on YouTube, hearing reviews from previous patients, after about 2 years of watch Dr. Wigoda from afar - I decided to have Dr. Wigoda do my procedure. I recall the process leading up to the procedure was good, things were going smooth. THE PROCEDURE TOOK PLACE... I woke up on this tiny table, half clothed. My chest and private areas were exposed. I was weak but had enough energy to try and cover myself. I saw other patients walking by and staring at me. I passed out, but regained consciousness again... once again I looked down and realized again that I was exposed. By now though, I was regaining my strength and became more aware of where I was and what had happened. I tried to sit up because patients and just people were walking by and here I was on a tiny hard table, exposed. I got up, extremely weak and closed the door. Words can’t really express how I felt that day and today having to write my experience, it’s me reliving it all over again. After the procedure, THEY LEFT ME LIKE A DEAD ANIMAL ON THE SIDE OF A ROAD - I WAS ROADKILL. I PAID THIS PRACTICE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to do this to me. Devastating. The lack of care, the lack of human decency I experienced has been difficult to process. I think about it a lot and HAVE SCARES TO REMIND ME. So the procedure has left me scared up. I never had any scars on my body - but I do now. Also, I paid for an area and he forgot to do it. I’m also very uneven. He messed me up because I have to look in the mirror everyday and be reminded of how I was laying there, on a tiny table, exposed to anyone walking by. I have scars mentally and physically. I think I did everything write. I researched, watch all the videos I could about Dr. Wigoda, I read all the reviews and articles I could find on him...yet I ended up with this happening to me.

Dr. Wigoda is the best! He did a facelift on a family member of mine who now looks gorgeous and it isnt obvious that she had any work done. His staff are also very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Wigoda is on the soft spoken quiet side but he’s so damn good at everything he does. Marie the nurse she’s so kind and caring. I had to give her a hug, she’s so amazing. I rarely write reviews but my experience with Dr. Wigoda deserves to be told. He’s a ten out of ten.

In 2017 I signed a contract for $5,800.00for breast augmentation. Dr Wigoda s staff member named Maria texted me on a Sunday, a week before surgery that I needed to pay balance of 2,800.00 . On the contract it clearly stated that patient has to be cleared health wise for any procedure. My Primary care Dr.did not clear me due to health conditions at that time. My primary cares Nurse Practitioner called and spoke with Maria to no avail. Maria insisted that contract was valid. I am out 5,800.00 because of pressure by Maria. She said I would look much better without sagging breast. I dont have sagging breast and that was not my purpose for augmentation. Stay away from them for they lack respect for its all about money.

I had been thinking for a very long time about making some changes to my body, I wanted to do breast augmentation, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift.I found Dr Wigoda and went for an appointment, he showed me all the options and cleared up all my concerns.The doctor and the staff are really nice and they treated me like family.It has been one month since my operation and I feel really pretty and love my new body!!My stomach is completely flat 😱 I did not have pain in my breasts and the Brazilian and liposuction pain was bearable.I highly recommend Dr Wigoda for great results and professionalism.PS: My husband is happier than me with the results 🤣.

The BEST doctor ever. I had breast augmentation surgery on Tuesday. I walked out of there 2.5 hours later with no pain just a little tightness, and have felt amazing ever since. Dr. Wigoda is absolutely amazing! Had my surgery this morning and when he says painless breast aug he isnt kidding! Definitely lots of pressure, but I have only had to take my ibuprofen 800 once which helped so much. I had a lift with implant and he has exceeded all my expectations. I had a breast augmentation done in May this year and extremely happy to report all is going well. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Wigoda and his very caring staff before, during and even after my surgery. They explained every step and were quite comforting especially on the day of surgery when I began to get nervous about my procedure. The surgery went quickly and smoothly and I truly did wake up feeling NO pain with just a slight tightness in the chest area. There was not much downtime and I was able to resume my normal activities such as driving and taking care of my kids the very same day. And now here I am 3 months later with my scars almost non existent and feeling extremely pleased with Dr. Wigodas work.

Dr. Wigoda is an amazing surgeon. He helped my son following a serious hand cut deep enough to cut my son’s tendon. During the procedure Dr. Wigoda was cautious to numb the area while finding levity to distract my fearful son from the procedure to follow. After the procedure and some healing my son has had a full recovery. Had the doctor not sutured the tendon my son’s hand mobility and range of motion would have been permanently impaired. I had a facelift done years ago by Dr Paul Wigoda,People can’t tell I had anything done, he did an excellent job. I recommend him highly not only for his professionalism but he is a great human being.His experience is impecable. I had no pain and would do it all over again.

I went to Dr. Wigoda for cosmetic surgery to improve my appearance. I had a nose that had developed a large bulb like tip at the end. I also had a deformity that had developed at the bottom of my right nostril such that the area of the opening was about half the size of the opening of the left nostril, which was normal in size and shape.His prices were mid-range, his location close by, and reviews, primarily by women, were mostly favorable. The surgery was explained to be routine in nature, nothing complicated or out of the ordinary. I was told to sign a bunch of forms including ones that basically said he would do the job, but their was no guarantee of how significant the improvement would be, and I might even possibly die.I had fairly low expectations, all I expected was toa smaller nose, that I was told would not be as small as I would like, with normal openings to both nostrils. I got neither. The excuse I was initially given was that the waiting period for swelling to go down was one year. A year and a half later, my nose has the same bulb, and the right nostril opening is just as deformed as before.Whatever he did during the operation did not address the cosmetic problems of the bulb or the right nostril opening. He did say that he fixed a slight bump which I never noticed and was not concerned about.Throughout the aftermath, he kept saying there was some improvement. I never agreed or acknowledged that, and I never saw any improvement. In the course of a year and a half, not one person has ever said to me you look different, or your nose looks different or better. The doctor himself wrote that The tip remains bulbous, and he did nothing to change the nostril opening.Since he did not address the cosmetic problems that I agreed to pay for, I asked for a refund so I could get someone else to do the work that I wanted done. Dr. Wigoda did not deserve his fee because he did what he wanted to, not what I wanted, agreed to, and paid for. In hindsight, I believe that the only thing he really knew how to do with noses was fix bumps, so he made one seem larger than it was, if there even was any bump, just so he could say he did something constructive to justify his fee.After I asked for my money back, the doctor went into hiding and refused to see me again. His office staff supported him fully with phony smiles and excuses that the appointment system is down, hes on his way to the hospital, and he doesnt think he can do anything else for you.I had previously told him that I wasnt sure what to do, such as just write bad reviews or go see a lawyer, but I didnt want to make any trouble. I just wanted my money back so I could get the job done elsewhere. His refusal to even face me again left me no choice but to write reviews and get a lawyer.The doctors reply to my review was inaccurate to say the least. He did not give a best and worst case scenario, he gave a sales pitch. He never said that the nose tip is not going to shrink a lot. The word shrink was never mentioned, surgery was, and what he did say, and I accepted, was that the result would not be the very small nose that I wanted. The result of the surgery was not within the realm of what was discussed prior to the surgery. After the surgery, not before, he said he could reduce the size of the tip but it would leave a scar. In his reply he even contradicted this by writing in this case there is nothing else that can be done. He did not offer to do an additional procedure at minimal or even no cost. Furthermore, once again, in his reply the distortion of the nasal opening was ignored completely.

Office is quiet and clean, staff professional, courteous and super super nice (and funny!) From my consultation to surgery and post op, I could not be happier with the results of my breast augmentation. Dr. Wigoda is calm and cool- I had no anxiety at all throughout the entire process. Right when I met him I knew I did my research correct and found the right doctor. Recovery was so quick, incision scars so minimal you can hardly see!! I was back to work in one week. Five stars for Dr. Wigoda and his staff. Thank you again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Based on other doctors opinion, there is nothing that can be done to fix it.Dr Wigoda left holes on my belly. I was always proud of my body and only wanted to get rid of some extra fat that I was not able to burn at the gym. He completely ruin my body.I will not recommend this doctor for a Lipo at all.

My procedure was more difficult since I had a capsular contracture on my left breast and he had to remove it, treat it and insert the new implants. However, I woke up from surgery feeling great , I weyhome and I didn’t even sleep until evening. I took the pain medication only two days !!! Now , after three weeks, he said I can restart working out . Dr. Wigoda and the staff were amazing throughout the entire time ! Many thanks to Marie who is a sweetheart! I am very happy !

I am scheduled for breast augmentation on August 5th. I live in NY and August is the next time that I will be in Florida. So far, I love Dr. Wigoda, hes explained everything in detail and I have full confidence in him. My breasts are going to look great!

I was waiting for one hour when a patient that had been waiting for 30 minutes complained for waiting 30 minutes and she was brought in immediately even though her appt was after mine. When I questioned why I had not been brought in when I had been waiting for one hour I was told that they were sorry that they understood but that that must have happened because she complained while I waited patiently to be called in. Honestly I personally dont know anyone that has been treated by him but Ive heard of him in the radio, and although I live far from his office I wanted to get his opinion and maybe have him operate on me. I work in the medical field and I know things happen, Drs run late, but I would never make one patient wait to bring in one that was complaining. After being treated so unprofessionally I would not allow this dr to operate on me neither would I recommend him to anyone.

I was so nervous when it came time for M. me o get BA. Im a 24 yr old trans woman & I had a little tissue from previous use of HRT. Marie was great before & after surgery she is a true gem. I had a breast augmentation last year in April by Dr. Wigoda. I went from a B to a D cup size and they look amazing. When I tell people my breasts arent real, they are shocked, becuase they look and feel quite natural. It took a few months for them to settle in and by now they dropped beautifully.Prior to my surgery, I researched all the doctors in the Fort Lauderdale area and found he was the best, not only the results, but in price. The procedure was stress free due to their amazing staff. Thank you Dr. Wigoda for the look I was going for!

When I finally decided I was going to get implants, I did all the normal online research and narrowed it down to Dr. Wigoda and two others. After all three consultations I decided to go wit Dr. Wigoda because the I have two little ones and the painless impants were a HUGE plus and he was the only one the really took his time during the consult. He went over options with me, the different sizes and profiles and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I could get the look I wanted. The other two were great, but it seemed like a generic consult where they just went over the risks and basics like they do with everyone who comes in. The personal attention made me feel a lot more confident. From there on out everything was super easy! They were able able to work with my schedule and get me in pretty quickly. During the pre op appointment we finalized sizing and they made sure every question I had was answered.The day of the surgery I got to the office at 8 and by 815 the anesthesiologist was doing his thing. A couple hours later I was up with a new set of big and beautiful breasts. The procedure went smoother than I could have hoped for. I went home and was able to rest with minimal discomfort. From the time I got home through the next three days there was a lot of pressure and tightness. It was uncomfortable, but never painful. I was able to stay home and watch my four year old the very next day with out a problem and was completely off pain meds by the 4th day. I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about the whole painless implant thing but not once through the entire process would I have ever considered myself to be in pain. pressure and tenderness, but never pain.Im three weeks post op now and am in LOVE with my breasts. I couldnt have asked for a better job, dr or staff =)*on a side note, the office manager Marie is super nice! Every time I had a question, she had an answer. She was really good at walking me through every thing that needed to be done and make things as easy as possible. Im also one of those people who get SUPER nervous at drs an actually get shaky. She went above and beyond the day of the surgery to keep me calm. =)

Now 5 months later I really love my looks.My breast feels and looks very natural and Im very happy with the result.I would recommend Dr. Wigoda to anyone ..He was very patient with me .The office manager Marie is a sweetheart..She is very helpful before and after the surgery with questions..Thank You for that..Im soo happy I choose Dr.Wigoda from all the other doctors...Thanks...

Four years ago I have had a breast augmentation with silicon implants and I absolutely still love my breast. I went from a B-Cup to a D-Cup and cant express how thrilled I am about this procedure. Dr Wigoda did an absolutely amazing job to keep my breast looking natural, and my scars are hardly noticeable. He is a great Dr. He listened to my wishes and concerns, and took his time to carefully inform and advice me about my procedure. Even post-op he made sure my recovery was going well and took his time to address any questions I had afterwards. I am very happy to have had my surgery done with Dr. Wigoda and would do any other surgeries with him in a heartbeat.I also chose Dr Wigoda for my Juvederm lip augmentation and Botox injections. He injects just the right amount to have my lips looking plump and getting rid of the crows feet yet I am still looking natural.

Ive been wanting to fix my nose since my teens..at age 52, Dr paul Wigoda did what I thought couldnt be done...100% improvement...its never to late ... thank you Dr Wigoda and staff...Tony S.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and my top lip was terribly bruised from the syringe. This was not my first time getting Juvéderm but it will be the last with this doctor.
