Puntual , very punctual !!!Easy to find the location and great parking

The service was wonderful! Mark was the best instructor, and made my Adult CPR/AED certification very enjoyable! After seeing previous reviews, I dont know..Maybe management has stepped up, a new round of employees has made a difference, or maybe I just went on a good day, but I gotta say...this place was very professional and friendly. I had a good laugh, felt comfortable, and the class and space wasnt huge or unkempt at all. Even the lady at the front desk was lovely and manner able! Clean and non-intimidating. I liked :)

Completed my instructor training at this facility and happy to report there was ample parking and the building was in great condition. The training tools were clean, current, and presentable. There was access to coffee and snacks during our training and our trainer was energetic. It was a pleasant experience as much as it could be considering it was a 2-day training over a Saturday and Sunday.

Although the facility was not open when the BLS class was supposed to begin (no fault of the instructor), the course was thorough, engaging, and somewhat fun. I especially enjoyed having Noemi as the instructor; she was well prepared, made everyone feel comfortable, and provided an exceptional learning experience.

So many ways to volunteer. Free smoke alarms installed if you dont have one. This is a nationwide campaign.

The Red Cross was excellent when we were stranded after the Ft. Lauderdale airports shooting. My family and I were stranded for hours at the airport then were bused to the Convention Center where the Red Cross was waiting with hot food and warm smiles. We were so happy and relieved to have comfort after the traumatic ordeal.Thank you, Red Cross volunteers

Would give 0 Stars for misleading me on a CPR/AED Class. Gave them the information and was told Im in the right area then find out the course I took was viable with the directions I gave. At the end of the day was lied too and now have to take a different CPR course elsewhere. Thought this company saves lives but at the end of the day they are just a bunch of liers looking for money know matter how hard you get screwed.

WHERE WERE THEY DURING TEXAS AND SOUTH FLORIDA NO WHERE TO BE SEEN ON CONSTANT TV WATCHING AND COMMENTARIES FROM ANCHORMEN, IN MY OPINION, TAKE TAKE TAKE AND GIVE HARDLY ANYTHING. DON T BE A FOOL, DISTRIBUTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO OTHER CAUSES THAT WERE MORE INVOLVED.
