I have been visiting here since the 90s. This complex used to be the Property of the Presbyterian Church & its General Assemblys properties. Since its, relatively new, change of Ownership several things have come to the forefront of concerns here. There have been very noticable rental Increases with little notable improvements to the Compkex. The new rules and regulations seem to infringe profoundly upon the residents familiarity and, previously provided, services within the facility. IJS

Its a cozy little development that has incredibly low rental rates if you qualify
