When we took our new dog here to get a check up after adoption, we were generally happy enough with the regular vet visit. Staff seemed nice. But it turns out, our dog had a bacterial infection that they decided to just not tell us about. One month later, we plan on going on a trip out of town so we sign our dog up for doggy boarding. The boarding facility calls the vet as a routine check up and guess what? The vet just pulls this random diagnosis out of nowhere, temporarily banning us from boarding, daycare, and canceling our trip. Im glad the boarding facility did their due diligence because we would have never found out our dog apparently had some sort of infection (he was acting fine and energetic the entire time we have had him). So the vet either made this up (we are definitely going to another place to get a second opinion just in case), or more likely, they knew our dog was sick and just didnt care enough to tell us the results of a test that we didnt even know they ran on him. How would we have ever found out? Youre just going to not let us know? Seriously?The other thing that really tops it off is that they promote Purina like its a great dog food, even though everyone knows its a terrible brand. I get that theyre probably sponsored by Nestlé which is fine, but I specifically asked for other food recommendations and they wouldnt give us any help.We are beyond angry - its an absolute trash vet. Lazy, incompetent and dont have your pets best interests at heart. I hate to give a bad review, but Im just so upset that they wouldnt reach out to us. They claim they called but there are no records in our phones, no voicemails, no emails, nothing. They definitely forgot and even if they didnt, they need to leave a voicemail or call a few times if the animal is sick. Getting a new vet.

ALWAYS AMAZING! I have been using this vet office for 3 years now and Dr. Powell and his staff are wonderful. Every time I call, my call is promptly answered, all questions asked, and Im never left frustrated. They have always been able to fit me in for emergencies. The staff and Dr. Powell have the BEST bedside manner. I wish some of my own doctors treated me with the same care and love that my dog gets treated with at VCA. My dog gets just as excited to go to the vet as he does the dog park, which says a lot. Thank you Dr. Powell and staff for always beaming with so much care and attention, it is very apparent how much yall love your jobs and animals!

Fair warning, if you need blood work, x-rays or a treatment plan…this vet is double the cost of other clinics in the area! Nice staff but not reasonable given most people’s financial situation post-pandemic.Edit: I found another kind hearted and reputable vet to treat my fur baby at a FOURTH of the cost. Avoid VCA at all costs.

We took our dog to Sunday (that’s the groomers name) this is our 3rd time taking her. This will also be our last time. She completely butchered her hair! We ask for the same thing every time. A TRIM. DO NOT TOUCH HER TAIL HAIR. Cut her nails, clean her ears. Trim the hair around her feet and butt and neck. Somehow that turned into her shaving my dog?! And it looks horrible. Not to mention when i picked up my dog she peed in the car. I got home and she peed for 30seconds. I called the vet and asked did anyone take the dogs out for a potty brake? Considering they kept her in a kennel for 6hours! There answer was “ they’re suppose to” not good enough! Now we’re worried that her coat won’t grow back normal. We cancel our care plan and all future services. I’m so furious.

If I could give this no stars believe me I would. I came in yesterday evening worried looking for someone to check out my puppys eye. He wasnt opening it and it was really red. He is about 2 months old so I easily got very concerned. I told the front desk people what I was coming in for and they gave me little to no attention. They had me waiting until after they checked someone out only to tell me they couldnt take anyone. Having me wait just to tell me to come back tomorrow by appointment makes no sense . DONT CALL YOURSELF AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL IF YOU DONT TAKE WALK-INS. It wastes peoples time. Despite this being the closest animal hospital near me, I will never be coming back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! VCA has always been a rip off and always will be. Find a local doctor that will treat you well and love your pet. Stay away from VCA bad company, high prices, definitely not professional and they will work off of your emotions to drain your bank account!!!Part2: The owner has responded to me and denied all allegations, basically just defended themselves and told me to contact them. I’ve dealt with them for several years on several different occasions and you have never taken care of me or my pet, your prices are exorbitant and you are a rip off!! I will not be responding to you personally because your practice is a joke.

I made an appointment for my cat for the following week and the person who took my call gave me an appointment for the same day, on the same day I was calling. I got the email and was like no this is wrong. So I called back and she was sorry so I told her aging please put me down for next week. This time she confirms with me the correct date and time. The following week I show up and I tell them I am here since we can’t walk in we have to call. They tell me the appointment is for the next day. I told them this is the 2 time this happens. They tell me I will have to wait till there is something open. I am mad and frustrated had to take time off and all of this happens. I will not be returning back.

I had a great experience with his hospital back in Chicago... So i though it will be the same in Fort Lauderdale, but i was wrong. Trisha had a awful attitude, very rude and unpleasant in general. The ladies at the front desk, specially one (forgot her name), wanted me to see someone different from Trisha but i told her I didnt feel confident and comfortable now since I didnt want neither cats or me be mistreated by Trisha...

So I moved to FL and was hoping to find a great vet to check up and do anything necessary for my dog. U was so impressed. Place is amicable and clean. Staff is efficient and friend. Dr. Powell was great. Caring. Intelligent. They didnt try to push any unnecessary services or items on me. So glad. I found them from a referral. Thank you!

The doctors are all great! Prices are not outlandish, but definitely on the high side.Weve had a few instances where they were supposed to call back once test results, etc. were in but we never got a follow-up and had to reach out to them. In general thats not a big deal, but at least once our pup was on the wrong meds for over a week because of it.Overall, there is room for improvement, but Im happy enough to stay with them.

Ive watched this veterinary office grow in leaps and bounds, and there have definitely been some pratfalls in the process. However, since specifically requesting the fabulous Dr. Darby Peterson, D.V.M. to oversee the health and development of my two felines, I have nothing but glowing, positive comments. The only reason I rated this visit 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to proactively follow-up with a phone call to the office to inquire on the results of one of the tests my cat had. Ordinarily, the doctor promptly contacts me once shes reviewed any tests performed. This office also adheres to all safety precautions relative to safe social distancing and mask requirements due to Covid-19. NOTE: They are currently expanding their office; business is being conducted throughout this renovation.

Like many others have observed, the wait times (even with appointments) are excessive. I brought my beloved 15 year old dog in this morning at 7:30 AM for testing which requires that she be at the hospital all day (over 12 hours in total). I was advised, once the phone lines were opened that a technician would be “right out,” to collect my pet. Nearly 30 minutes later, the only technician who opened the hospital doors did so to accept a Starbucks order from an UberEats driver, rather than meet with the owners waiting patiently in the parking lot with their pets.While I appreciate there can be delays when emergencies occur, the hospital should not schedule early morning appointments if they do not have the resources to actually begin seeing patients at that time.When the technician finally came to my car to take my pet in, she did not seem to have any knowledge of what the purpose of my visit and what the procedure entailed and when I would be able to pick up my animal.When phoning, after my pet had been in the hospital’s care for nearly 5 hours, I was placed on hold for several minutes and given a curt update by the front desk attendant who, seemed to be annoyed by my inquiries and request for an update on my pet’s status. I definitely did not feel like my pet was treated like family as they state in their motto.Once the test results are delivered I will definitely be looking at other care providers in the area. There are too many other options in the area to not focus on quality.

Theyve been our vets since day 1 of adopting Franklin almost 3 years ago. And we couldnt be happier. Docs will text to check up and follow-up and everyone is professional, polite, and clearly love animals. The tech support (website and app) make it so convenient, too.

Wish prices were better for those who rescue animals and are on a budget. But got my one rescue cat in, and they were very thorough. If she has cancer or not, I hope they work with me. I keep stranded animals off the street and get them adopted. Would hope vet would appreciate my efforts and work with me.

I called and was able to get a same day appointment for our newly adopted kittens Peanut and Loki. The entire staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Jorth and Joy were both very gentle and attentive to the kittens as well as taking the time to answer any questions or concerns. I never felt rushed through as Joy explained giving meds and set me up for home delivery of flea medicine as well as setting up our follow up appointment for shots and rabies vaccine as we sat in the visit room. Much easier than trying to do everything at the front desk. I only have one visit to go by, but I look forward to having them care for my pets and would definitely recommend this location to my friends.

Great group of people! I love this location. I’ve been to two other VCA’s in the past and was always overcharged and swindled into buying unnecessary things for my dog. But here they were nice, straightforward and I walked away spending less than $250 for vaccines, meds and wellness visit. We went in thinking at least $500.

My frenchton requires a regular allergy shot for her skin. My wife and I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Only since covid have they gone down hill. There is zero customer service. They come outside and get your pet, then bring them back, charge you, and move onto the next client. I can understand having to be efficient when you’re a busy animal hospital but not once have I been able to speak to the tech or whoever about my dogs care plan. The last time she was there, no one mentioned anything about an upcoming vaccination or having to pay an exam fee on her next visit. So sure enough, today for her visit, it’s sprung on me. It’s not about the funds, it’s about the lack of communication after waiting for nearly an hour after my scheduled appt time (only had 1 appt be on time, the rest I’ve always had to wait) I schedule an appt because I have a busy schedule and small children. Now, I have to move around several things because you can’t stick to your commitment? Or at least let someone know, hey it’s going to be awhile, would you like to reschedule or wait? Nope, just sit in the car and keep wondering what’s going on. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I’ll be sure to inform my family to find another office as well.In preparation for any response I may receive from management: NO I will not email anyone so that you may regain my trust. You’ve already lost it by showing me your lack of care for anything besides making money. FYI those are not my words, your employee directly Informed me that VCA is “hemorrhaging money”. Maybe you should open your doors again and actually talk to your clients.

The most disrespectful worker. I called to make an appointment more my pet and was curious if they offered payment plans as with COVID times are tough. Her tone immediately changed and said no and hangs up! How incredibly rude! I’m a pet owner worried about the health of my animal and this is how you treat me? They even answered the phone with VCA where we care! You don’t care.

Love the people, but I paid $80 for a prescription that I can get at Publix for free. Ill be shopping for a less expensive vet.*Update* The office manager called me and let me know that VCA offers price matching on drugs, and Chewy offered the same med at about $25 so she credited my credit card. Im very impressed with the personal attention I received. Ill be sticking with VCA!

Prices are definitely high compared to the vet we take our dog too. The vet we had was THE NICEST I have ever dealt with. Listened to all my questions with out hesitation and happily answered them all. They treated my little man really well which is very important

They let me bring my chihuahua in for an emergency case of what we thought was Parvo and it was. I didn’t have an appointment and they couldn’t treat for parvo but they let me bring him anyways that’s how much they care! I’m so dramatic when it comes to my animals and I always ask a million questions, cry like a baby to the point I know I’m annoying but I can’t help it. I do this when somethings wrong and they put up with me every time. Is anyone else like this? 😂 I’m so easy going when it comes to real life but with the dogs I get so emotional. 😞😂 they are a little expensive but for the quality of care but it’s worth it and they took off a couple hundred for us. Spencer was perfectly fine when he got home from this life OR death situation. He’s very dramatic like me so I know they took great care of him. He was playful the moment he got out. They are always so sweet to him and all the other new animals I bring in. Thank you VCA. We love you!!!

My dog Doce should win the Oscar for the best actor this year. That what I told “Doctor George”For 4 months he has a problem on his front right paw. VCA was the second clinic I took to check him out.Another big mistake.I provide the s I had from the other Clinic and they took more repetitive Xray and charged me with now mercy. And no solutions and probably with the intention to kill my dogDr george said there’s nothing wrong with my dog. He was acting.Ithe second “vet” couldn’t find anything wrong and prescribed a HUUUUGe amount of pain killers. Enough to put down one whole family of elephants.They basically “stoled my money” and make my dog even more sick.DONT TRUST

Took my 10 week old kitten in for her visit to get a fecal test done. I found a worm on her at my house. They ran the rest, rang up the bill and told me my cat was fine and her fecal test was negative. Not even a couple days later and there are worms present in her stool. She is infested with tapeworms! They knew I’m pregnant and was worried about her having tapeworms cuz humans can contract them!! Very unprofessional and clearly don’t care for your animals well being. Only the money your gunna put in their pockets.

I did not have a good experience when it comes to a more detailed exam. My cat was urinating blood and $300 and 4 days later, there was no results of an urine analysis that was sent to a NY lab without my knowledge. Dr Forth only called when I requested a call back and to tell me it was out of his hands. He told me results would come 24-48 hrs when it would in fact take 5-7 days. He should have explained it to me. And my cat was still urinating blood with no results 4 days later. I requested a refund of the test so Id be able to take her to a different place and find out what kind of problem she has, UTI or crystals in her bladder, kidney stones or maybe a tumor. Id NOT recommend this clinic to anyone if it comes to something more serious. They offered a free visit and the other urine test, but anything else MUST have been charged. For the patient, my kitty and my aggravation, they should not have been willing to charge at all! Anyway, not recommended by me!!!

Although my princess hates a hospital, she knew every staff member loved her and she tried to be as calm as possible. After 3 weeks of a false diagnosis from another vet, they saw this was an emergency and gave us a diagnosis right away. This was our first visit and we have found our new forever vet. Dr. Darby Peterson is EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend her. She saved my poodles life twice She did emergency surgery without ever meeting us my poodle was not a patient yet! She scooped my 16 year old 🐩 told me she had pyometra and she was in good hands she did surgery Saving my poodles life I new she was the right vet I felt so comfortable & i trusted her that was the first time I met her ! 2nd time high fever from abscess she took her drained abscess iv fluids stayed late for me I love this vet better than 5 stars.

I only ever leave reviews when a place really stands out to me and let me tell you that for this place it is not for a good reason. Weve been going to this vet for 3 years now and every time we leave saying we wont be going back but because of convience/location we continued to give them another chance. Well we will no longer be going back. The customer service, if thats what you can even call it, is non-existent. Not once have I ever been called back when Im told I would be receiving a call or update. My dog was recently spayed and while under ansethsia they pulled one of her teeth. Now Im not mad about the tooth itself, but the fact I found out about it from a piece of paper stapled to my receipt. No courtesy call to let me know they were performing an extra procedure or even someone telling me when I came to pick up. I do not feel comfortable leaving my pet in the care of a facility that I do not feel has my pets best interest at heart and instead were just another appointment/paycheck to them. I also had to call/ask 4 times to even get a quote for the spay before I was able to get an answer. I can go on & on about other experiences I have had with this place but all in all were finally done.

I have taken both my senior bearded dragon, Iggy, and now my brand new rescue pup, Scout here. Everyone here is so loving to both reptiles and dogs and very very knowledgeable! Highly recommended for all animals

Update: Sadly our kitten died, 05/24/20 at 11:52, were very heartbroken. No one could give us an answer, as to why she died. Since she was apparently a very healthy kitten. It was very heartbreaking to see her dying, especially when she just died out of nowhere. To have our special baby die on is like that, its something I wouldnt wish on anyone. Thats why Im changing it to 2 stars, Im not trying to blame anyone but its just very strange for that to happen, when the vets had said she was very healthy. And knowing she couldnt have eaten anything she wasnt supposed to, because I had paid for her to have a place in the house enclosed so she couldnt get to nothing harmful or poisonous. Very Excellent place. Theyre very attentive and caring. Called the and within minutes got an appointment for my kitten Nala. Unlike a previous place that I had gone to. Which they didnt seem to care at all. Dr. Powell, answers and responds to your questions and concerns in a very polite and well manner. He puts you at ease about the well being of your pet. Im definitely going to be coming here for her future vaccines and appointments.

I couldnt be happier with the VCA. The drs that Ive dealt with and their assistants (really cute assistants at that 😁) are great . Daisy is a high energy dog and they handled her without any issues . I will definitely bring any animals I get here and know with confidence that me and my animals will be well taken care of .

It is clean and comfortable, with the waiting area set up like a lounge.All the staff I dealt with were fantastic, but I have to give a special thanks to his technicians. Tirsha (the best I have ever seen at drawing blood in my many years of owning dogs), and Lauren and Maddie for the gentle and professional treatment of them.All in all a wonderful team and I really appreciate everything you have done.

I can not explain enough how great Dr. Jorth and his team(s) are with my animals. I’ve been a client of his for about 2-3 years and he never fails to impress. He is very honest, makes every possible attempt to be fair, but above all else he makes sure you understand your pets needs are priority. It’s not easy taking care of pets by any means (mentally/ physically/ emotionally/ financially...etc), but when it comes to health and well-being Dr Jorth is your doctor.

I can’t express my gratitude enough. We were Visiting Florida from NY , we noticed a swelling of my dogs hind paw. We called on a Sunday and the front desk staff got is in right away to see Dr. Peterson. She was pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. To my surprise she suspected it might be a fast growing tumor suggested a biopsy and X-ray which were done immediately. 1 day later I was called with the X-ray result and 3 days later the results of the biopsy confirming a mast cell tumor. We’re schedule with an oncology visit back home.I can’t thank Dr. Peterson and her staff enough for the fast, efficient and caring treatment they provided to me and my dog. Thank you! I would not hesitate to bring your furry family in to see this fantastic staff.

We have been going here for 3 years but what made me want to write a review finally was recently my dog got injured severely right before closing time and the vet techs rushed out as soon as we arrived and took excellent care of my dog. The Dr. even had to stay late after closing hours to do the surgery needed. I didn’t even get charged a crazy emergency fee or after hours fee. Even with the craziness of coronavirus going on they were amazing I would definitely recommend.

Ive been taking my pets to VCA for about 5 years now. I recently lost my cat Jasper. Dr. Clark and Dr. Peterson did everything they could to try and save him. Its like your pets are theirs. Im there 3 days a week with Jewels for fluids, Lori and the other techs take such great care of her! Sherry and Brooke at the front desk are nothing but amazing. Oh! And I cant forget about Casanova and Jimmy, the house cats.In all seriousness, this is the best vet I have ever been to. Give them a try, friendliest staff I have ever encountered.

Recommend this clinic if your pet is seek. They has good customer service and waiting time is reasonable. Also prices are affordable and you can get credit card with them if you dont have enough cash. Very clean and bright hall and rooms where they take care of your pets. Dr. Clarke very friendly and helpful. He helped our pet twice and both time with no mistake.

Love this clinic! Dr. Jorth was fantastic, friendly and took great care of my cat. When his tail was injured, I had to go back once a week for it to be cleaned and wrapped in new gauze. One day I took him out of the crate and he had different colors wrapped around his tail and they drew on a heart! Such a small act of kindness that made me smile. He was up front about costs and did whatever he could to make my experience painless and as inexpensive as possible. Highly recommend!

I needed to find a new veterinarian for my dogs and went with VCA Imperial Point. The staff is so friendly and the doctor that helped my dog was amazing. I can tell she really cares about the animals she helps. I was a little annoyed by the wait. The second time I went, the wait was well over an hour just for a quick follow-up. Im hoping once they renovate, there will be more of a waiting area. I think they would benefit from less of a specified bagged food area and more of a waiting room. All in all, I enjoyed my experience and will be back.

Personality and Work Ethic are very important. I am extremely impressed with the enthusiasm I see from the Doctors and Staff at Imperial PointAnimal Hospital which is so comforting, even when the news isnt the greatest, you know someone who cared and put their best effort into your pets care is going to be there for you. The Doctors seem to work as a team, you can hear them consulting each other behind the scenes while in waiting, all those years of combined experience in a tough situation is vital. Rates are reasonable and the facility was clean and tidy on the multiple visits weve made there. The staff are friendly and compassionate at a personal level with your pet. Who ever put this team together did a great job..

I have taken all of my dogs to VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital for more than 10 years. The doctors and staff are amazing. All of the staff are animal and customer friendly, thorough and truly care. I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else. They are tops!!!

The hospital is great ITS Very clean and well equipped and I like the fact that they can get you inn at a short notice. The boarding is as good as you can wish at any vet store. My pets stay there when I’m away for a short time and I feel that they are safe and loved there. Safety is my primary concern.Dr. Velez is very knowledgeable, she is sweet and treats me and my babies with kindness and respect. She is always smiling. She always answers my calls as she really cares for the animals. I am a new dog and cat mama and at times when I’m really concerned she comes me down and advises me what to do. I strongly recommend her and this hospital.

I really love it here. They are all so nice and Dr. Powell is awesome! Our dog is blind and has issues and hes very good with her. One of our cats is epileptic and he was very good about getting him on his meds right away. He seems to genuinely care about his patients.

We took our new cat here after adopting her from the humane society of broward county. The staff did a great job with her even though she was super nervous, and the vet called us and answered all of our questions and made us much more relaxed. We will be going back here in the future for all of our vet needs.

Called around to different companies, when i spoke with the receptionist megan, she was so nice and understanding of my situation with a baby kitten.

Probably provide just fine care if your pockets are deep.Everyone seemed nice and helpful at first. My dog was seen in a timely manner and everyone was polite. But it quickly became apparent that the number one priority was to convince me to sign up for the monthly care plan, even after I declined numerous times. The tech and vet just kept pushing it.After agreeing to the $200 worth of tests, and being told I would hear the results the next day, I heard nothing. After a week, I picked up the phone to see if something was wrong with my dog. I have never had to do that with a vet before.Thankfully, the tests were negative. But there was no attempt to communicate this to me, and as of now has been no follow up to see what could be causing the problem my dog is having.Quite frankly, it seems to me, that since I declined the expensive monthly care plan, and declined some of the more expensive tests, they forgot all about my dog and me.Curious to know if I had forked over more cash if the customer service would have been better. Definitely will not be returning.

Friendly staff with hours that are convenient. Always made to feel like or pup is their only and most favorite pup!Leaving the review I posted 2 years ago, because if all you need is a place to get annual checkups and your pup stays well this place is okay.But adding to it because after my recent experience, I would not recommend VCA at all if your pup is sick or in distress and youre hoping for help, professionalism, communication, and compassion. You will not get it here. Taking my pup somewhere else.

The worms are gone but the doctor never called back service was terrible

This was my first experience going to a veterinarian and it exceeded every expectation I had!I came in with a pet mouse named Jameson and we were taken care of swiftly with exceptional service. The receptionists were quick and helpful and I was called for my appointment right on time.The assistant (on my receipt it says Lateasha), was gentle and caring in the handling of my small animal and helpful in checking us out after everything was done.Dr. Peterson was also very careful and helped me with any concerns I had. She did a great job explaining what I had to do to help my pet, and informing me about everything I needed to know about my visit today. Both women were very nice and attentive to my concerns.I’m not sure what the average prices are for visits like mine but the service was phenomenal and well worth the cost it came up to. Thank you!!

This was such a great experience during a moment of panic with one of my dogs. We took her in for an emergency and they took great care of her and were great at communicating what the was going on and what needs to happen. I highly recommend taking your pets here. It felt like going to a friend or family members vet clinic. :)

He was conservative with running unnecessary tests on her and tried to save us money. Dr. Velez Has taken good care of my younger dog, Fran. However, Ive been really disappointed with some of the front desk people. The customer service over the phone is terrible and the communication in person is not much better. Someone got really mad at me for asking questions about canceling my care plan. I was told it would be $400 to cancel and given no explanation why.

I would give zero stars if I could! Our experience with this office has been very traumatic. We have stray cats that we have taken in, we have taken them all to this office for the past 8 years. We will never go back.Our most recent cat started losing weight and wouldnt eat and she had a wound on her leg for over a year, they kept treating it and her. Costing us a lot of money with no results. The wound never fully healed. At her visit 5/20 they determined that she was having hyperthyroidism and massively high liver enzymes. They refused to give us any medication for her condition and insisted on a liver biopsy and surgery. We begged for something to help her. They refused showing zero empathy for her and her condition.In desperation we went to Petco in search of something, anything we could do to help her. Yesterday we took the test results to the Vetco vet and he prescribed thyroid medicine. Today our cat that nearly died three days ago is energetic and eating after one dose of her medication!!! She is not out of the woods but this improvement proves something couldve been done sooner.Thank you petco/vetco we will bring all our animals to you.

I made an appointment for my 11 year old maltipoo, today, and was given a 2 pm apt time. My sweet dog had been having loose stools, but no other symptoms. We arrived 10 minutes early, Olivia swaddled in a towel to help her nerves. We were checked in, and seen promptly at 2. Our vet was Jed Powell. What a caring and thoughtful doctor. He took the time to learn about my dogs history, did a very gentle exam, and even posed for a pic, holding my sweet doggie, so I could text my husband, who tends to get as nervous as his baby, Olivia! I would not hesitate to recommend this facility....wonderful care, prompt service, and a caring staff. Olivia was given a probiotic, and a syringe medicine, and everyone is relaxing at home!

Failed to give detrimental blood test results in time, which in turn lead to the death of my most loved cat. Had they just done what they were supposed to do in time and not been so rude in the receptionist area when a patient has a life threatening illness he would still be alive today. Their negligence caused him his life on 7/7/2019. Pain I have to live with every day a

Dr. Clarke is the best. We have seen him for over 10 years at multiple locations. He is so kind and compassionate. We feel like family. He has gotten us through a few scares and I rest easy knowing that my dogs are so well cared for.

The staff here are AWESOME. Considerate and informative. A very comfortable setting.

Love this place! And so does my pup! Always happy to see his doctors. There staff is always friendly and make sure that your peers needs are always met. Would not take my puppers anywhere else!

Weve had a great experience with this vet. Our black labrador always gets the time and attention she needs and the quality of care is generous and first rate, and the rates are always fair and reasonable. Wed recommend Dr. Fowler to anyone.

After my poor little puppy was attacked by a dog with negligent owners, I wanted to get her checked out and make sure she was okay internally. I called this location due their later hours and they were able to see her on such short notice. I did not have an appointment or anything, so I am very grateful they were able to squeeze her in. They were just as concerned about my little girl as I was, and Dr. Clarke made sure she was perfectly fine. He was very professional, kind, and caring, and I cannot recommend him more. Thank you so much to everyone at this animal hospital!

Our most recent horrible experience happened yesterday 5-31-19 about 7:35pm and it involved two very rude and unpleasant young ladies and a angry faced gentlemen by the name of Jason who are employed by you. I called prior to my arrival to let the staff know I was coming to pick up my dog Carter.This visit was unusual because when I entered I was greeted by any of the staff. Instead the young lady who boarded my dog initially when I dropped him off on 5-28-19 yelled across the room could I help you. I said yes you could. After waiting for her to come over she finally asked me how she can help me out, I told her I am here to pick up my dog Carter.Normally the staff would pull me up via phone but she proceeded to ask me, what was he here for, even though I called prior to my arrival and the young lady at the desk happened to be one who initially boarded my dog. The young lady decided instead of assisting me she continued to finish up some of her closing routine before further assisting.After that she presented me with the receipt. I asked her where is my dog, the young lady said hes in the back. So I told her to go get him please. After waiting 20 minutes for my dog the young lady comes out with my dog. I noticed he was scared, ears were down and she handed to me and my dog was shaking.After I confronted the staff as to why my dog is not how I left him, they began to tell me he is fine his tail is wagging. I was livid at this point because the young lady kept harassing me for payment and she didnt even bring out the bag of items I had left with VCA when I boarded my dog Carter.I am very upset with how I was treated by your staff today. After leaving today, I took my dog for a walk and pooped three times, and it liquid, mainly diarrhea. I dont know what your staff at Imperial Point has done to my pet.I asked to speak to a manager and was told one won’t be in until Monday. This situation needs to be rectified immediately. Id prefer to speak to someone in corporate and not a store level. Please and thanks.

Great office.... Dr Bob, Dr Gary and Dr Sumner are wonderful. Very kind and caring. Office staff especially Lauren is amazing......love that they are open 7 days a week...and the Drs actually give you their cell phone #s for after hours.......BIG difference compared to my old vet...so happy my boys are patients here now!!!

I have never seen a dog so happy to go to the vet. This place is wonderful and always treats, not only you, but your pet, as family. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a great veterinarian.

Friendly, attentive and organized, I had an appointment here included with a shelter dog we adopted. I dont live in their neighborhood and probably will use a vet close by but I highly recommend VCA.

Dr. Velez took wonderful care of my baby Maddie when she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Maddie normally sees Dr. Clarke (who is also awesome) but he was out of town....so Dr. Velez stepped in and took such special care of my doggy and thankfully Maddie in on the mend. Thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff, technicians, and doctors....all to just good care of Maddie! Thank you.....

Dr. Clark is great and so is his assistant and the staff take my dog once a month to get her nails and some other stuff done and theyre always very professional
