Not worth the money! I left my dog Oslo for 4 days.. i was expecting a much better service for what i payed!!.. VIP room with poor camera quality, + they charge you extra for ANYTHING!.. not to mention the fact that they’re not flexible with their pick up hours! Should’ve seen the reviews before choosing this place!

Five stars is not enough to describe my experience at Country Inn Pet Resort. The staffs are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, professional, warm, and responsive.My cat did not show any signs of distress when I pick her up. She had a great time!!! Shout out to Venessa and everybody working at this place. I will absolutely come back here. I would rate this establishment a 100/5 stars.

So this place is great overall. I had my two dog there that shared a space (10% discount) and also did the Private Spa option as one of the dogs is not spay and needed supervised playtime. The costs did add up and to be honest is pretty expensive. The facilities are much nicer then most kennels. We had the Wyoming room for them which came with a web cam and also a TV and bed. The web cam was an extremely low resolution and very laggy. They had access to their own private outside area. It was small but did provide them sun time all through out the day if they wanted. The staff was kind and it seems like the pups enjoyed themselves. If you can afford this sort of higher end kennel ( and it adds up) its a great place. I may try some other options first in the future for comparison. But again overall, good experience.

I go to Country Inn Pet Resort to purchase my dogs hex chews because they are also a Veterinary Hospital and is the only place I could purchase these items... the place looks gorgeous if I had the money Id bring my dog here.. it is truly a gorgeous place, I can hardly believe its just for dogs.

My dog McKenzie has been coming to Country Inn for 13 years. The service care and love has been consistent. Always the best treatment, smiles and most importantly major tongue wagging by McKenzie from the minute we drive up! It’s the only place I feel safe leaving my her. Having reliable vets, seeing the same great care that has never changed, even during times when the property design and staff have changed. This builds trust and a feeling of safety. We have loved you from day 1 Country Inn. Kudos!

I finally was able to reach them and reserved my dog twice. My dog loves it here and it makes me happy that she is having a good time while I’m out of town. I can’t wait for training to start. I do wish the staff are trained like the trainers because the whole process of when I bring my dog (who is dog selective) in the facility takes too long and I drive 2 hours to bring her here as I don’t live in Ft. Lauderdale. They have to wait till the lobby clears as they labeled her dog aggressive, which she is not. She is dog selective, which 95% of dogs are. I know how to walk my dog and handle her reactivity when there is a dog nearby. I understand the precautions but it is inconvenient. Other than that, this place is amazing and all the other dogs are always so happy when their owners drop them off.

This place loves my pup and treats her very well. She loves to get dropped off and hates to get picked up lol. Good groomers also!

I have an 8 year old wire fox terrier, he has been to many groomers over his lifetime and the haircut he received here is by far the best! Its not an easy breed to cut perfectly and they went above and beyond! Thank you!!! The photo attached is one month after he was groomed :) still looking great!

Dr. Kuchar is wonderful!Update: We recently lose one of our dogs. Madison was diagnosed with cancer Oct. 2020. For the last year, we have been taking to see Dr. Kuchar at the animal hospital for regular checkups. The entire team at the hospital have been caring and genuine through out the entire process.

I will definitely take my baby back here if I have to go out of town. I really like it.

Our dog has been going here for over a year & seemed to enjoy it so we purchased several daycare packages. The most recent package was the largest. I called Monday to make a reservation for Tue. & was told the 5 days I had left “expired” 3 days prior & that I’d have to purchase more. I do not recall any mention of an expiration date as I purchased over the phone. The man I spoke with said he would speak to the owner/manager concerning this but I’ve had no response.The Asst. Manager reached out to me this morning and all is well.

Its a building with cages....scary.I did take the tour on Monday! The large animals looked very sad. Spending all day in those cages with only four outside visits keeps them safe but it clearly did not feel like a suite. To give your dog human contact would cost a lot more money. The advertisement was misleading.We were lucky to have a place in Maryland that was human and dog friendly. The pets had a human actually sleep with the dogs and there were no bars or cages.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!We recently attended one of the Cesar Milan Training sessions held at the Psychology Center at Country Inn Pet Resort. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING this experience was!Some background: 5 months ago we rescued a 6 month old Lab who had been kept in a garage. He was TERRIFIED of people, and also had extreme separation anxiety and anxious barking at home. We had a behavioral trainer come to the house 3 times for 1.5 hours each time and they were never able to get near him, since he was so scared. We tried the recommended counterconditoning techniques and saw minimal results.Prior to this we had been advised to look up Cesar Milans training. Honestly, I felt it was too expensive for only 2.5 hours, knowing the extreme level of fear we were dealing with.After seeing no results with the behavioral training, I was desperate. I decided to go ahead and book the private training. I WAS FLOORED.If I hadnt been there I would NEVER have believed what could be done. The training is done with Todd, Cesars head trainer. Two of the resorts staff were present as well to observe. In the first 20 minutes, our Lab was interacting with the two staff who were there observing. Within an hour, he was going up to Todd and interacting with him, and not scared at all.It was unbelievable. Todd is an amazing soul. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, truly loves dogs, and taught us so much!By the next day, 95% of the demand barking and anxiety issues were GONE. The fear is getting better, and Todd left us with a clear plan to follow that I can see working.I cannot recommend this enough. Do not let the price fool you!

My dog is usually afraid of staying anywhere. We had to do this for a wedding, and it was absolutely amazing. Its better than a human Resort. He came out happy and didnt even get crazy when he saw me. It was almost like he wanted to stay. The staff is amazing.

We board our two little ones there when we cant take them with us. I know that they are well taken care of. Folks there really love what they do

This is my first time taking my dog Howie to the pet resort for one night. I am so so pleased with how they treated him and made him feel safe and at home. Howie stayed in a VIP suite where I had access to see him through a camera and witnessed multiple people come into his suite to comfort him by petting him. It was the sweetest thing!!!! I was nervous at first but after seeing that I knew he was in good hands. Howie is a nervous dog to say the least, but I can tell he had a great time. This place is amazing!!!! Thank you guys for being so sweet and gentle with my little bear Howie. I highly recommend Country Inn Pet Resort, they really care for your animals.

Love this place! I wanted to find a place where I can take my dog to get groomed (since the other place did a botched job) and a friend recommended me the place and I fell in love. Not only is the facility spotless and the staff is super friendly but it’s a one stop shop. They have boarding services, an animal hospital, grooming, and daycare. My dog always comes back exhausted from all the play time and I’m never worried leaving her because I know she’s being well taken care of.

My dog saké was so happy there😊 this place was very clean and I must say they were great at giving me updates on sake while I was on vacation!

I wont trust our dogs anywhere else but here.

We boarded our rescue dog at Country Inn Pet Resort. Top notch care and accommodations. Staff loved our fur baby and kept him safe and comfortable. They also gave me updates on my dog while we were out of town. Your fur babies are in great, caring hands at this resort.

A bit pricey and dogs do not get enough free time

I left my 11 month old Australian Shepherd for a 4 day stay while I was on a trip. Its the first time shes ever left my side. She was hesitant at first, but trotted off with the staff. When I picked her up, she was really happy. It looked like she had a great time! I will definitely be leaving her with Country Inn Pet Resort regularly to make sure she gets the socializing and play she deserves and needs. I knew it would be a great experience considering its done the Cesar Millans way.

I not only love Country Inn animal hospital, But it is like a second home to me. I always know my animals will get the best care, and can rest assured at night on vacation that they are getting the love that they were typically get if I were to be at home!!!Been a loyal customer for over five years now! We absolutely love this place and our dog does too! They are the best at accommodating our needs and take amazing care of our special fur baby. There is a hospital on site so we always feel at ease when on vacation, we know our dog is safe and having a blast! We do everything that they offer now, doggie day care, boarding, pamper pet time, etc etc and we also changed from our former vet to their Animal Hospital, they are the best!

Our dogs are not the best patients, but the staff, especially Jessie, Dr. Kuchar, and Gale, are so patient and good with them. We are fortunate to have them looking after our dogs.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. Clean and inviting atmosphere. My daughter commented that it was nicer than many people hotels. Worth the boarding fee. Definitely will return to this facility.

We’ve used country inn for day care, training and boarding. We are so thankful we found this pet resort. Like most of us, our dog is our child and our best friend. We recently moved to Davie and we don’t have any friends or family to help out with our puppy and we worried about finding someone we can trust. We know he is in great hands here. The people that work here are genuine dog lovers. The day care and boarding has helped our dog with separation anxiety and shyness around other dogs. The training was an absolutely amazing experience and we will definitely be signing up for another course. Thank you to everyone at country inn for loving our dog as much as we do!!

Very, daycare, and overnight boarding. Country Inn is the best!

I came here for dog training with Todd. My pup was aggressive did not know how to interact with other dogs would growl, snarl, and whine then lunge. I couldn’t take her to the park beach or friends houses. By the time I left my pup did the unthinkable, she was playing listening to me walking perfect all thanks to Todd. Now after what I have learned she’s met my friends dogs, can walk on the beach around our neighborhood and everything. Todd really surprised me I did not think it could go that well. I’m so thankful for him and his help and would do this again in a heartbeat!

We have been trusting the staff at Country Inn to care for our beloved pet for some time now. My first tour was given by the owner, lovey Monica herself. Our boy likes going there so much, we call it going to “camp”.We are pleased with the attention given when he is checked in and that a special diet is no problem. Anthony and company do such a fine job.Having the clinic on site is a true comfort to us while we are travelling. Vickie and Jamie are wonderful and we feel the care given by the doctors is professional and caring.I have recommended Country Inn to many friends and will continue to do so.

I love Country Inn Pet Resort! I have been taking our dog Ava there for 5 years. She has always come home happy and healthy.I feel comforted that they have a veterinarian’s office right there. I can watch her while I’m out of town through WiFi. And they are always willing to speak with me and tell me how she’s doing. I have been taking my dog to Country Inn Pet Resort for three years and have been so satisfied. He gets so excited when he realizes where he is going! My Niece, Humphrey, has been going to the Country Inn for many years and she loves it! We love it because of the awesome staff who are friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is always spotless. Humphrey gets so excited to go there because she loves the activities and the socializing, as well as the one-on-one care. Its her home away from home!

I have attended Country Inn and Pet Resort for 9 years. My canine Fritz is taken care of as family. He was taught how to swim and now is having one on one pool time swimming when he attends day care. He has 3 health and surgeries during his attendance . The compassion he was shown was heartwarming. During these times held his paid packages at no additional costs and restarted when he could attend pot operative and illness with a note from his vet. I feel totally at ease that when he boards he is in the best hands and receive care at the hospital if something happens . They are family.

Incredibly nice facility. Attentive staff that remember us every time we come in. Only down side is that its price matches the service (its expensive...). But it is the best experience around.

I take my dog here for both veterinary services and daycare, and I have had all good experiences. The veterinarians were able to treat a chronic skin condition that prior vets could not figure out, and they also took very good care of her teeth after we returned from being overseas for work for a few years (where we were, they dont do dental work for dogs). She is doing great now. The owner is very responsive especially when I expressed concern that I could not take a tour of the daycare/boarding section during their regular tour hours due to my work schedule. She asked me if I could come in the next day at a time convenient for me and gave me a personal tour. I truly appreciated that. The daycare/boarding area is very clean and they are completing a new wing, which will allow for more indoor play during inclement weather.

Great place to pamper your pet. Red has been boarding there when we are on vacation for years. She gets great care with lots of fun & loving. She gets to swim daily. The veterinary side I’d great too. They are very friendly and know what your pet needs. Highly recommend this place.

Hi my name is Humphrey. At Country Pet Inn they call me Humphrey the Hound Mix. My Mom is a police officer and when hurricanes come she gets called in to work. My human brother can go with Grandma out of town but my mom brings me to Country Inn They have extra staff who live with us and a secure facility that is Hurricane proof. I took my cat and dog for a long weekend visit. I had a tour of this pet resort and was very impressed. I’m even more impressed now. Mia my dog is very shy and has a bit of separation anxiety. She did so well. I was worried until I received a video from one of the aides of Mia swimming in the pool as well as her running to one of the aides that gave her lots of loving. I so appreciate that video and am so pleased and impressed with the level of attention she was given. Thank you so much. We worry about our fur babies as if they were our kids. Anything the resort can provide to lower that anxiety is appreciated. I highly recommend this pet resort. They are the absolute best!! We use them for the vet, training, and boarding and they always amaze us. For doggy day care they send us pictures / video of our dog having a blast so we know how he’s doing. Both vets have always been awesome as well and our dog loves them. Highly recommend!

Its truly the best place for your pet. The staff is friendly. Theres ample running space for dogs. There is an animal hospital on site. Plenty of parking. The place is clean, well maintained, and well staffed. My dog is always wagging his tail as he approaches this place.

I just took my kitten in after a small potted plant fell on his paw this morning. 45 minutes and X-ray later they charged me about $450, so that stung a little bit, but they were quick and thorough. There´s soft tissue damage and it was swollen, but kitten is good. I´m used to vet clinics in Europe, so I guess costing is different here and it seems pricey. But I understand that is pretty typical with emergency services. I do appreciate the attention to my cat. That was good.

Not only is this place state of the art, safe, sanitary, organized and well maintained; it is a resort for your most loyal companion with managers and staff who know and understand the needs of every guest. I am a very particular type of person. I am a critic by nature and I am also someone who expects the very best when it comes to my pets and family (which are one in the same). Not only have I been to numerous 3:30 pm tours. I have witnessed many pet owners some who have been coming for years & new enrollments who are wowed by the amount of detail the staff actually pays attention to. I have even been able to witness what customers may not see. I have to say I also witnessed the truth in every employee I’ve encountered so far and they all do actually genuinely care. I am however bias in a way and will be totally honest when I say, I recently joined this team because I enjoy the positive energy that comes from watching the needs being met for each family member, whether 2 legs or 4. I’ve seen what the customers don’t see. They really care about the well being of your loved ones here, sincerely. they love and really care for these pets, Behind the scenes and up front At reception. So take a tour, virtual or on site preferably and I promise you’ll be wowed like just like me. Oh, did I mention that they have trainers that have been trained by Cesar Milan himself who will run a workshop in Nov. 2018. This is the place!

We have been using Country InnPet resort for about 10 years. We completely trust them with our 3 dogs for day care , boarding and Vet services. The level of love and quality , personal care is so important and the main reason we continue to go back.

I have been coming to Country Inn Animal Hospital and Pet Resort for over 10 years now with my 2 dogs both for veterinary care and daycare/boarding. Dr. Kuchar and the whole staff are hands down the most caring team to take care of your animals! They truly love what they do and are always there for any question or concern, no matter if it’s big or small. The hospital and resort are both always extremely clean and well staffed to help you. Wait times are never long and very comfortable waiting areas. The 5 acres to run plus pools are heaven for every size dog!! I can’t say enough good about this place and so incredibly grateful to everyone there for their love and care! Colbie and Sadie thank you too!!

Great place overall, staff is friendly and they take good care of the animals . The problem is their overpriced nickel and dime you to death business model .I left my dog for boarding at a rate of $60 a night for the most basic accommodation. I assumed that my dog would be playing with the others during the day but was told that would be an EXTRA $15 a day ! That’s terrible .who would leave their dog and not let them play during the day , no one and they know that that’s why they charge the extra daily fee . Mandatory bath for $20 for boarding included on your bill you say , upon pick up my dog is literally wet to the touch , I told them this isn’t right he has to be dried upon pick up, “ oh you want him dried completely then we have to use the groomer “ an EXTRA $15 bucks . Sorry sir your dog ran out of food his last night so we fed him for you an EXTRA $10 bucks , if you arrive past noon to pick up your pet I saw a sign that states “ You will be charged a fee” . It truly is sad how they use the emotional connection pet owners have with their pets to Excessively Over Charge the customer . If you don’t want to pay EXTRA to have your dog “ Dried” after his bath you should steer clear of this place !!

We have boarded Hank, our GSP, twice now at the Country Inn Pet Resort with stays each lasting over 3 nights. We have been beyond pleased with the care by the office staff as well as “pack members” who personally care for our pup each day. Living in South Florida, the heat is a major concern. Our pup absolutely loves the outdoor doggy pool. Hank’s breed is more energetic than others and the staff knows just how to handle him. We know each time Hank is left at the Resort that he is in great hands.

I love this place. While my kid is not happy to be away from us I know she is treated well. I am able to see her on camera during the day. Wish it was available at night too. The vets here are great as well. The owner is always on site and you see that all the staff are people who truly care for the animals.

Country Inn Pet Resorts is the ONLY establishment I will board my dog in and where I will bring him for his Vet visits. The staff is the most professional, courteous, respectful, benevolent group of people Ive ever met. I live almost 45 minutes away from this facility and although I have much closer options nearby by home, Country Inn is worth the drive. Thank you Monica (owner of Country Inn) for creating such a wonderful and dynamic establishment for us South Floridians and our little furry bundles of joy.

My husband and I plan to go in vacation in Europe for a month and we decided its the best to leave our semi domesticated feral cat, Felix, in a pet resort instead of taking him with us there. Its too much stress for our little Felix so we found this place with great reviews and photos and decided to visit it. Its a great place for dogs but not for cats. They keep them in small cages with not a lot of space to move. Its depressing. Talking about depressing, while a guy from their staff was describing the pet resort, there was a cat crying in the next room, the playing room for cats and he didnt even bother to check that cat. Its not worth the money to keep your fur baby locked in a cage. They have such a huge property and so little space for cats. Big disappointment!

Our dog comes back so happy and I love the organization and structure the facility provides to ensure dogs are introduced to one another in groups using best practices in the industry. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff is super kind and loving. This is a place where my dog doesnt drag on her leash when I leave, but instead willingly says her goodbyes and is off to play with her new friends. My dogs actions speaks volume!

Country Inn is definitely a premium place for dog boarding and day care.We left our dog for 5 days and paid for one of their VIP Room which includes a Webcam, sadly the quality of the video is poor and you can barely distinguish what your dog is actually doing.The onboarding doesn’t include Day Care, so you need to pay an extra fee.Most of their staff is friendly, kind and looking to help.You can tell that they enjoy what they do. For day care, they perform temperament test to match your dog with other dogs who have similar behavior; this to prevent any situation. Even one member share with us some photos of our dog in the pool, he looks happy and relaxed.You have the option to bring your dog stuff otherwise Resort give you a bed, plates and blanket if you want.A great place if you can afford it.

The staff here were very understanding of our pets needs and our concerns of our demands for their care. It was our first time leaving them for two whole nights since we were going on our first trip ever, since bringing them home for the first time so you can imagine how nervous we were. We were able to call and keep in touch the entire time at any time. They were very helpful and reliant. I would definitely recommend. Furthermore, they have three separate playgrounds. One has a pool and there are two rest areas for individual pets or brother/sister duo. Plus, they offer daycare service plans. For both dogs and cats. THANK YOU COUNTRY INN PET RESORT!

The WORST vet ever. Almost killed both my dogs and was sued by my sister for not watching her dog properly while he was there in day care the dog was skinned and ended up in the hospital for a year. They are nice there which is how they got us initially but certainly not a vet to take care of and diagnose animals. Go somewhere else

This is clearly the BEST facility for your fur kids. I originally found Country Inn when I was searching for training for a dog that all others had given up on. They helped train me to deal with his behavior and he continues to be a wonderful member of our pack! I take him to daycare, boarding and use the vet. Top notch!

My dogs Rhodie & Sam have been apart of the Country Inn Pet Resort & animal hospital family for about ten years. Since day one, the staff has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, transparent & friendly. The facility is always clean and all of the staff, including the owner have a sincere love for animals. It has been an awesome experience! I wanted to find a place where people were going to give them as much TLC as I do. They have far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my pets.

I have 3 dogs, they are my babies. My husband and I love to travel, however it’s always a worry for me as to how my babies are going to handle us being away. We took a tour last week with Anthony and let me tell you this guy was OUTSTANDING. For me, I want to know that the people who will be looking after my dogs when I’m gone are genuinely good people. Not only did we get that vibe from him, this guy knows his stuff!!!!. Wow!!! This place is great!!!! I heard a lot of great things about it and I can honestly tell you after going on the tour with Anthony, IM SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that my babies will enjoy every moment here and my husband and I don’t have to worry about them!!!!! Seriously, if you love your pets like I do DON’T BOTHER ANYWHERE ELSE. Where do I begin? If I had a million stars to give Country Inn Pet Resort, owner Monica and her staff, I would. You never know the true abilities of where you leave your pet unless there is a true emergency. I hope it never happens to you but it happened to us. I will shorten the details but here goes...Our dog Cyrus is alive today because of their quick thinking and response when he stopped breathing while in their care. They immediately took him to Leader Animal Specialty Hospital. After being in the hospital there for a week and recuperating at Country Inn Pet Resort for another week Cyrus is alive, home and thankfully well. Monica herself on her own initiative (and her staff) showed love,patience and care that went above and beyond our wildest expectations. Country Inn Pet Resort is not just a business ....as far as I am concerned, they are family.

Addy comes to play several times a week. She is always thrilled when I say let’s go to camp! I highly recommend country inn pet respite and DR PION

My Booster attends day care here twice a week and absolutely loves it! Everyone in the front office is friendly and professional and the kennel staff really loves on the pets. It give me peace of mind to know that I can leave my fur baby in such a great place!

We are so pleased to send our dogs here for daycare and boarding. The staff is wonderful and our pets always come hone so happy (and tired)! A great place!

Great experience leaving our two pit bulls for the very first time . Daycare and Boarded them for an entire week and they answered all my questions and concerns. Our one pit had and issue the first night and they assured me they were taken care of and made me feel completely comfortable while on our vacation . These people honestly care for your pets and don’t just keep them there for money. You can see it in the way they interact with them. Will always board my dogs there from now on and we are starting training for our pits with Ben and are looking forward to working with them

I moved back to south Florida two years ago and was so excited to bring my German Shepherd pup to country inn ! My family has used country inn for over 10 years and we absolutely love them ! They treat our dogs like their own and our dogs have the best time while they are there ! Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already.

Hands down the absolute best dog day care/animal hospital. One visit with them and you will never bring your pups anywhere else.We used to bring our animals to other boarding facilities, they would hate getting dropped off it would break our hearts. It’s the complete opposite at country inn the dogs LOVE being there. You feel happy when you drop them off instead of guilty.Their animal hospital it the absolute best! One time my friends dog ate a lethal amount of chocolate, I called country inn and explained what happened, they instructed us exactly what to do. Upon arrival they had already prepped the room and went straight to work, came to a point where they had to do a procedure that the dr hadn’t done in some time, rather then just making the sale, they sent him to the best dr In the area that specialized in that procedure.Overall we give country inn 10 stars. There is no comparison when it comes to anyone In the industry.

Very rude and stupid owners. I drove an hour from Miami to visit my friend’s dogs while he was on vacation and she wouldn’t let me see them. They were in a private room to themselves and I had to look at them through a glass window like zoo animals.

Country Inn Pet Resort is gorgeous, clean, incredibly well organized, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, an amazing facility - I cannot say enough good things about it! The kennels are top notch, the outdoor area is beautiful, dog runs are large, the entire place is well kept and so nice. Everything is cleaned numerous times throughout the day, the staff is helpful, experienced and great with the dogs. I was here for a Training Cesars Way Workshop and was so impressed by how this place is run and the quality of the care they provide - they go above and beyond! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog here knowing that he was incredibly well taken care of. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend County Inn Pet Resort!
