Went to Dr Anderson to treat my big toe that developed arthritis. I received stem cell injections as well as custom orthotics to ease the pain I was experiencing while walking or running. The service and followup by Dr. Andersons team was excellent, and I am mostlu pain free a month after treatment. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I would not recommend Dr. Anderson to anybody after my experience with him. I went in to see him about my neuropathy and was told that he could probably help me after a $350 out of pocket test that had to be done. I paid for the test and later was told my doctor Anderson that the test was for the pain in my leg not the neuropathy he kept telling me that I originally went in for leg pain and I told him I went in for food problems not leg pain and he wasnt hearing me. After the surgery I ended up with 3 big ugly scars on my leg and leg pain so now I have Neuropathy and leg pain so he injected my food and now I have nerve pain on the inside of my leg so Im a lot worse off than when I went in originally, and he couldnt understand why I wouldnt let him inject my foot again. This was the worse mistake of my life by allowing him to do the surgery in the first place.

I initially thought this was a great place, got in quick seemed like Dr. Anderson cared, I was wrong ! When I got an infection and had problems they didnt make it a priority, I had to see another podiatrist to treat the infection and the fungus caused b Dr. Andersons arrogance.

Meeting Dr Anderson was probably the worst decision I made to improve the numbness in my feet. I saw him in his office in Ft Collins and Broomfield. He did a test for sensation and explained to me that he could give me some relief from my pain and numbness. He did say that he would not be able to give me 100% relief but likely would be more in the 70%to 80% relief.I was ok with that and we went ahead to schedule the surgeries. I was out of network with this practice and knew I would have out of pocket expenses. I met with the accounting woman who ran my insurance and gave me a figure to pay up front. I made it clear that any additional cost would put the surgery out of financial reach for me. She assured me that the amount out of pocket would be accurate and there would be no surprise bills after the amount she gave me. I paid for both surgeries in advance with the peace of mind that I would have less foot pain and no hidden costs.I just received a letter that they handed me to collections for $1300. Needless to say my feet have terrible scars and are 10 x more sensitive than before surgeries. I wish to warn people that wish to deal with this practice, don’t be fooled by the confidence and qualifications of the people working there. Their word means nothing. Worst experience I ever had with a money hungry medical practice. Do your homework.

Over many years, my experiences with Dr. Anderson, include the range from hangnails to bunion and hammertoe surgeries. He offers innovative approaches before moving to a surgical alternative. I find him to have a great sense of humor, to be sensitive to my concerns, and very kind. Direct in his communication (which I appreciate) yet willing to listen, receptive to questions, he dedicates the appropriate amount of time to appointments based on my needs. As a medical professional, I interact with many providers. Dr. Anderson reflects professionalism, with knowledge beyond basic podiatric practice that I find refreshing. Encounters have always been pleasant, from front desk to exit.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Anderson. I came in with tendon problems from running and was hoping for a relatively quick fix to get back out on the trail. He was very patient and understanding in listening to my concerns and offered a few different options. He told me about the pros and cons of each, what was covered by insurance and what wasnt and most importantly what could save me from surgery down the road. It was refreshing to have such an open and honest conversation, I felt like he really cared about my recovery and wanted me to make a decision I was comfortable with! I chose the stem cell route and am so glad I did! It saved me from possible surgery and a long layup. Im back to running with no problems yet. So glad I found him!

I would not recommend Dr. Anderson to anyone! I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on procedures not covered by insurance and never got to the root of my problem. I was the fool for going along, but he was the doctor. I trusted him.I had to give one star to write my recommendation, but would actually give him a big fat O!I am now with another doctor.

I had seen Dr. Anderson many, many years ago, and had a good experience, so I decided to make an appointment to see about my current heel pain. His office said Id have to come half an hour before my appointment. When asked why, they said because I had to fill out paperwork. Since their paperwork was on their website, I asked could I fill it out in advance, email it to them, and skip coming in half an hour early. They said yes. I got an email saying theyd received it.At my appointment time, I had to wait in the lobby until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Then, an assistant came in and started asking me the same questions that were in the paperwork. I said Id already sent all of that info in 5 days earlier. She said it hadnt been entered into the computer. I asked why. She said because thats not done until the patient is in the office. Seriously? Thats not what they told me the previous week. I answered her questions, even though they already had all of the information in the pages and pages of paperwork Id filled out.About 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, Dr. Anderson came in. He took a quick look at my heels, and mentioned an xray and ultrasound. I told him I had a high deductible insurance policy, and wanted to explore if that was really needed, as Id be paying out of pocket. At that point, he stopped the exam, walked over to the other side of the room, leaned against the counter, and said we have a less expensive plan B. We have a $1500 plantars fasciitis package which includes .... and he told me what it included. We didnt even have an accurate diagnosis yet, what was going on in the two heels was different in each heel, and thats where he went?I also showed him the orthotics he prescribed for me last time, and he told me that they would not provide enough support. The obvious question would be, why did he prescribe them then? He dismissed them, saying they were for dress shoes, yet never asked me how I spent my days, what kinds of shoes I wore, or how much standing or walking I do.I did not feel like he was going to serve my needs, provide me with treatment options that were going to be explained to me, or was going to be the right doctor for me. There are a lot of podiatrists in Fort Collins, and I was not going to spend any more time with this one.At that point, I told him I didnt feel we were a good fit, that I would see another doctor, and that I was leaving. He asked if I wanted to talk to his CEO, I declined, and left. What a waste of time!
