Pretty horrendous customer service. I waited on hold for 15 minutes, they couldn’t help me with an appointment, and then promptly hung up.

The staff here are nice and they are able to get medications other pharmacies cant. However, every time I call to check on a new prescription or ask if they can order certain medications I am on hold for at least 30 minutes on a good day. There have been several times I have been on hold for an hour or more. Very frustrating.

They shorted me 60qty on a 90qty fill, were super rude and short on the phone. When they realized they messed up they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, and said “you can get it whenever okay, just come in”. Yall need better people

Pharmacist is very competent. Went to get my COVID vaccine, and staff was very professional and caring. Didn’t even notice when the pharmacist jabbed me which was very welcome. People leaving poor reviews about the setting must keep in mind this location is in a target by a family bathroom. This is all out of the cvs staffs hands. Also, questions regarding otc medications that target sells are not under the domain of the cvs staff. Those fall under target care and one must keep this in mind when asking about medications in the aisles.

Busy, employees stumbling over overflowing prescriptions and clutter on floor, employees having unprofessional conversations clearly heard by patients/shoppers in the proximity of the pharmacy. Unorganized and frustrating experience. Made appointment online for flu vaccination, got text and email confirmation. They had no record of my appointment when I showed up and had to start over with forms, lines and more waiting. Will not be using this CVS for future needs.

Accompanied my girlfriend for her flu shot and it is understaffed and nasty. Children were screaming in the waiting area. The pharmacist was without a mask for some time. The give you the shot as you sit in a nasty chair in the corner which isn’t cleaned between sessions. This would be illegal for a hospital setting. Also, 45 mins for a walk up. Take your insurance elsewhere

Incompetent with flu shots. Scheduled online for my wife and I, when we arrived they processed my wife through using insurance I didnt even have anymore, and couldnt accommodate me since they couldnt verify my insurance. Im the primary insured, so this makes zero sense.

The pharmacist is extremely rude and not helpful. She yelled at me for asking her a question while in the pharmacy and later on phone. Will never use this CVS pharmacy location again. The first time I came in, they told me it would be about 20-30 minutes to fill 2 prescriptions. One prescription was filled and the other was pending insurance. I waited for over 45 minute for them to tell me that it would take 3-5 days for the insurance to go through. It has been almost 2 weeks (not their fault) but every time I try to check in with them or ask a question I am yelled at. The pharmacist assistants are very nice and helpful but the pharmacist herself is straight up snotty.

I go there every month for my husbands medicine. The pharmacist and techs are polite, very efficient, knowledgeable always helpful and friendly! My only regret in I have to drive 12 miles to the store. Howver, they are well worth it. My husbands medicine has always been correct and if I have a question the pharmacist is always there to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family!

The pharmacist is very rude to me. Ive been in twice once for an allergy and another because of a headache, last thing she wanted to do was help with any questions I had and has an attitude that makes you feel stupid for acking a question. Really up helpful and rude. I dont want to leave somewhere feeling like that. Wont be back here again.

10/24/19 at 4:22PM; Cashier unknown and I didnt ask. She continued to carry on a chatty conversation with previous customer even though the line was forming behind me. I had to ask her if shes going to be assisting anyone else? I received a rude look in return for asking and never received an apology. Very bad customer service. I will be in touch with the store manager.

CVS at Target is fine. I like them.But CVS customer service at corporate .... another issue. And you cant rate and review corporate...so it goes here- Online is great as long as you dont have to call them for help. Instead of taking responsibility for a mess my prescription was in, the woman at corporate customer service (words just dont mean what they used to) was snotty, and condescending with me and acted like it was my other pharmacys fault. It wasnt because GoodDay on Shields always helps me out.They know they are supposed to call us when this happens. Really? A pretty convenient response when you have a system that is as byzantine as theirs. They dont want you to use any pharmacy but them. I wish I had different insurance and could dump them entirely. Good thing my husband wasnt home in desperate need of this medicine because due to their rules, I still dont have it and I have no idea when I will.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. The customer service was horrible, the clerk was extremely attitudinal and completely unhelpful. The employees were uninformed about policies and procedures and gave incorrect information. We are dealing with medications and people’s lives here and to put your hands into this pharmacy is a huge mistake. I hope CVS steps in and corrects this store before someone gets hurt from incorrect advice about their medications.

I have a constant struggle with insurance and getting my medications because of this. This staff is wonderful and goes out of their way to help me and deal with my insurance problems. I greatly appreciate them.

Usually understaffed and hard to find people to help. Run on a skeleton crew. Not their fault. The have a decent selection of items like a grocery store, but it is usually overpriced. Not a huge fan of the place. Located in a decent place though.
