I have had three 90 minute sessions with Betsy, over the last 2 months and have had a profound improvement in my strength and flexibility.I got significant relief from the initial session, but I have purposefully have waited to write a review. As a performing drummer for the past 30 years, my body has taken a good bit of abuse. I’ve especially dealt with “tennis elbow” many many times to an extreme point of not being able to even lift up a glass or mug without extreme pain. Doctors wanted to give me a cortisone shot and even suggested surgery. I am here to tell you about Betsy Ewall, my massage therapist. My background is this. I am 84. I have post-polio syndrome. I was in a lot of pain everywhere, particularly in my back, shoulders and neck. I found Betsy and she was able to come to my home. I have been seeing her every two weeks for two months. I was unable to raise my arms above my head without pain before. I can raise them quite comfortably now. I avoided many movements to try to control the pain. She has made it possible for me to enjoy things again. I dont have to avoid movements or wince through them. Every time she comes, it seems to be better. I do still deal with pain but remember I am 84, post-polio, so I cant expect a complete miracle but her work certainly comes close. I recommend her help completely. Dont delay in calling her.
