I went to see CJ for Lymph Drainage Therapy last year when I was doing intense training for a bodybuilding competition in hopes that MLD would help with recovery from working out so much. To my surprise it helped with recovery and it helped with congestion I have in my throat from having bad allergies. I highly recommend this work for everyone, even if youre unsure you need it, its one of those things where you dont know how good you can feel unless you try it!

Carol is an extremely talented woman. I started seeing her for lymph drainage therapy several years ago in an effort to help my body deal with the process of having my mercury fillings replaced. I cannot say enough good things about the therapists at Lymphworks. I have been both a client and professional colleague of Carol since 2004. Carol and Rachel are THE therapists in northern Colorado to go to for the specific therapy of Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, as they are more highly trained than any other therapists in our region specializing in lymph drainage. I send all of my breast cancer patients to them. Rachel also is the massage therapist I refer my patients to for deep tissue massage.
