I had been in a car accident and immediately went to 100% chiropractic. I had asked to pay out of pocket, but was assured it was better to go through my insurance. Now almost 2 years later I have discovered they charged me almost $8,000 for 6 weeks of care. I am shocked beyond belief and I think what has been done is inappropriate. Had I been a normal walk-in off of the street there was a special of less than $100 for your exam and x-rays. Also, they had monthly specials where you would pay a flat rate for unlimited services and you could add massage on to it. I had been assuming the bill would be covered by the $5,000 medical coverage based on all of the literature they had around their office.I started to have back pain in my shoulder again in the same spot as I had directly after the accident 3 weeks after I had been released from my treatment plan. I went to a spinal specialist and they recommended physical therapy which resolved the issue.Dr Brock and his staff are kind and my massage therapist was amazing and that was the greatest benefit I had of this whole experience; however, I am appalled by their billing practices especially as I was so vulnerable in the moment I walked into their office with my two young children who had also been in the car with me. I always pay cash for all our medical services, but allowed Dr. Brock to convince me to simply go through the insurance instead. This was a lapse in my judgment, so I recommend you get very detailed signed information from them as to their charges. This was my mistake; however, I am still saddened by this turn of events. Since I had thought the atmosphere so upbeat and positive.

Honestly very thrilled with the experience here. I’m about a month into a 12 month treatment package, and everything has been top shelf. They are very thorough and explanatory in their exam and diagnosis, constantly upbeat in the office, and suppppperr cooperative with their scheduling. Very very pleased with this business!!

I would not recommend doing a year long treatment plan with this place. I was not getting results after a month and a half of adjustments and wanted a refund for my remaining time not spent there. The chiropractor kept putting me off every time I would make contact trying to get a bill. If you need an adjustment just pay for the one time adjustment only. It was a big battle getting my money back, thanks goodness I paid with a credit card and was able to make a dispute otherwise I would have probably not gotten my money back and it would have turned into a lawsuit. I felt taken advantage of by this place. I was charged for visits I did not go in for and was also charged the full amount of an adjustment not the discount price I was told I would be charged for when I signed up for the year plan which was supposed to be cheaper. This chiropractors adjustments were very minor and mostly focused on areas I was not having problems with like my neck now my neck always hurts which it didnt before. This experience was something I completely regret getting sucked into and I DO NOT recommend ever signing up for a plan. Just dont do it, even if they say its cheaper, its not and they will not honor their money back guarantee.

I have not been going here for very long yet but I definitely will. I have been in twice, my first visit was to find out what I was having problems with and did several X-rays. On my second visit we visited and went over my x-rays and other tests and the Dr took the time to show me where all my problem areas were and explain the x-rays and answered all of my questions. I them got my adjustment and am looking forward to my massage tomorrow. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and treated you like family. I have been to several Chiropractors and have never felt comfortable. I felt very comfortable here.We went over a treatment plan and I really look forward to getting started. He was not pushy at all, I explained that we had some major unexpected family expenses us I was leaving town and was told he would be there when Im ready. I came in to 100% Chiropractic because I was having some issues with pain in my forearm and knee. Years ago, I saw a chiropractor that could help me with these problems but I’ve discovered since his retirement that many chiropractors don’t know how to work on extremities that effectively. Dr. Brock and Dr. Sydney said they could help and during my initial consultation, they also pointed out that I was lacking the correct curvature in my neck. I decided to give them a try and they certainly delivered. Not only was the pain in my knees and forearm eliminated, but my neck (over a few months treatment) was now showing a near perfect curve.Since I’m fairly active, I always have some issue or another crop up and each time, these guys put me back on the rails.I very much appreciate and recommend them.Justin

I was in search of a chiropractor due to chronic headaches, and chronic lower back pain. I found an ad for 100% Chiropractic on Facebook and I made an appointment. I learned on my first visit that my emotions and my anxiety and depression while most is caused by trauma, some can be caused by my spine being out of alignment. I learned a lot about the spine and the effects of it not being in the correct spot. I have been seeing Dr Brock for about 2 months now and I feel consistently better than I have in years. I went from having headaches weekly to none. I went from having lower back pain almost daily to rarely. Going here was a great investment for me. Anna and Emily are also the sweetest girls! We always have a good laugh when I come in! Dr Brock is also very invested and cares about his patients. He gets to know you and asks about you and your life every visit! I am so grateful that I found this particular practice. I have ridden horses my whole life and am active in theatre and music. About a year ago I was suffering horrendous migraines, lower back pain, TMJ, and sciatic pains down my legs. I tore two lumbar disks several years ago. More recently, had a bad spill off my horse several months prior that left me a fractured sacrum and a hematoma the entirety of my leg, AND singing had become difficult and my voice teacher told me to look into some chiro work. Just so happened that my mom new Stacy - the wonderful masseuse here at 100%. Sure enough, Dr. Brock made me realize how my spine was compensating for so many things and how my body continued to try and tell me all of these things. I was a mess - and I felt so ridiculous for not realizing sooner. The spine controls everything. Every organ, nerve, action, (with the help of the brain, of course). I wanted to give my body the love and correction it deserved. I didnt realize how bad it was, but being here and being a regular changed my body within a few visits. I experienced instant relief and over the course of the last several months my singing has greatly improved since my posture has become better (singers can relate), and as I am about to undergo a jaw surgery, Dr. Brock has been with me every step of the way, constantly checking with me for updates and asking how I feel. Dr. Sydney and Dr. Brock deeply care about people and it shines through their work. They are so kind and happy every time I visit.
