This store is awesome. The staff is all amazing and very welcoming. The store is clean and welcoming. I had to do multiple Amazon returns and Chelsey was magnificent. She was on point and guided me thru the steps and made the process so much easier than what I have ever had to do in the past. I cannot say how much I appreciated that.

If you like to waste $30 on a cake made the same day with moldy fruit then this is the place for you! If you want to email back and forth repeating the same story to numerous, customer service, people 20 times only to get a partial refund they have you covered. Hell, who doesnt love paying ridiculous prices for spoiled food when you also get lousy customer service?

Yesterday I was at this store with my partner when we experienced insane harassment from the security guard there that she knows from a previous workplace that he was removed from due to predatory behavior, and he also has “feelings” for her. We avoided him completely, but he took it upon himself to stalk us around the store as we tried to quickly grab our items and go. After completing our purchase, we went out to the parking lot and he followed us out there too. I then told him to “leave us alone” and he responded aggressively trying to start a fight with me. I don’t want an assault charge nor escalate immaturely so I didn’t. He proceeded to yell curse words, pull off his mask and continue his aggression. He did this right in front of customers dining on the tables in the front of the building that without a doubt saw/heard everything, negatively affecting their experience as well. I kept walking away from him with my partner as he shouted this insanity across the parking lot. I called into the store and reported it to the manager and I didn’t feel that he took the situation seriously or that he would do anything about it except “talk to the guard”. This is an unsafe environment with someone like that there. Do we need a security guard for your security guard, Whole Foods?

Getting old every single time I come there for lunch to try and get the buffet all Im trying to get chicken nuggets and every single time theyre either out or dont have it. Between 12:00 and 12:30 in the middle of lunch and they have everything in the buffet completely stocked except for the chicken nuggets. Its extremely aggravating to a point where Im not even wasting my time at lunch anymore.

Clean store, great selection, friendly staff.... what more could you want from your local Whole Foods. Being a Prime member gets a nice discount which is definitely worth it. Great store all in all.

Whole Foods is a very interesting store. The produce was excellent. They have a coffee and tea bar, bakery with delicious home made bread, meat market, fish market, I think they had a cheese selection, premade foods. Almost everything I saw was organic too.

I always go here during lunch breaks from the recording studio and they always have an amazing assortment of hot and cold, packaged and ready to eat lunch items, its literally an amazing variety.

I love Whole Foods. The food is good, fresh, and with plenty of organic choices.

Last year during the pandemic I accidentally purchased the wrong 365 Brand conditioner. When I brought it to return I was told they were not accepting any returns at this time. I was given no ETA as to when that would change and told to check back. Fast forward to today and the customer service team just told me that they don’t accept returns over 90 days past the purchase date. I let them know what occurred a year ago and that I was told they would accept my return, just not at that time, and they still refused to accept my return today. This is not honoring your past system and has added two wasted trips to your store for nothing.

Good variety for specialty vegetarian and vegan foods. Despite being owned by Amazon and slowly taking over the world, they still seem to have an emphasis on local options for produce, groceries, and specialty items which is important to me and many FoCo folks. Good customer service at this location.

You already know if you are going to shop here or not. A mixed bag. They carry a lot of the same product you will find at other stores but charge more (especially for produce). I do regularly go here tho for a handful of reasons:• Their meat counter is great, with very friendly staff who are very helpful, with a good stock of fresh ingredients• The seafood counter is likely the best (and only?) place to get any fresh seafood in Fort Collins. From shellfish, to octopus, to whole snapper, they have a very good stock.• They carry about every kind of Siggis yogurt often for cheaper than other places• They carry Hazel Dell mushrooms• They are one of the few places that carry mung bean sprouts• Their Asian food aisle actually has a lot of ingredients I otherwise find hard to get anywhere else in townReally useful store for a lot of specific things, but I try to avoid doing all of my grocery list here as you can save money almost anywhere else you can get a similar quality product

This place is great to hang out! Coffee bar is now here...food is aways so good (the best whole foods pizza!). The only tricky part is parking on the weekends as it gets full fast. Photos are from my cars perspective while I wait for people to clear out behind me.

We ordered the meat for our Christmas Dinner from the Fort Collins Whole Foods Market instead of the one in Colorado Springs so that we didnt have to transport it. When we went to pick it up, it was 1.3 lbs more than what I ordered, which amount to about $40 more than anticipated. The Manager and the Gift Desk Team advocated for us and had the butcher cut it down to the 3 lbs ordered. That was all that was necessary, but THEN they also discounted the purchase by more than 1/2 and with my Prime discount, that was just more than incredible. The meat was perfect as always and this is why I continue to purchase my Christmas dinner from Whole Foods. Thank you to the management and staff at this location for going above and beyond - with everything 2020 it was more than appreciated or expected. Happy New Year to all of you and Thank you!

Best place in town to buy fresh fish. I buy all my Sushi there.

It’s okay I’m glad they’re finally expanding the hot bar area. The one thing that I don’t like is the bathrooms, you have to go back in the stocking area to use one. Typically they’re gross, only use if you have no choice.

I am very disappointed with Whole Foods here in Fort Collins. I have always had big fruit bowls done and we have allergies. They won’t cut up or do they care about allergies. There attitude and disrespect for the customer shows me to shop elsewhere!

I’ve been ordering delivery from here during the pandemic. It was really good at first. But the last 2 deliveries got several fresh items wrong, included some spoiled produce and some produce was smashed in the packing process. I thought fresh food quality would be better with delivery or curbside from here rather than from other stores so I was willing to pay a premium. But with the quality going down so quickly, I’m likely to just go back to Safeway.

Best cold pressed juices seemingly unique to this or other Colorado Whole Foods.

Really love their free sample days and their purchase by weight food and salad bar. Good products and produce, their flowers last longer than most grocery store flowers.

I just made my fourth grocery order. The other three went very well, with quick delivery, accurate shopping, and good communication on their end, and a doubled tip on mine. Today, I ordered groceries and got no text message, call or doorbell ring that the food was at the door (the drivers had always texted me before). Frozen food was liquid by the time I discovered it on my own. I did get refunded the price of the items, but dont have what I need now. Plus, the doubled tip is, apparently, a done deal--a tip for poor service, it seems. Just be aware that you may not get any communication from your driver that your food is sitting in the sun.

There is a line to get in but it moves fast. All the workers are super friendly and helpful

The meat department went above and beyond to help me out. Stand up guys who were incredibly cool, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to assist me. Thanks WF !

Customer service is wow! Every time I shop here I get a different cashier and literally everyone of them has been super personable and pleasant. Also, on one occasion, I came in on a Sunday and sampled something in the cheese department that I found absolutely delicious (garlic stuffed olive with herb goat cheese on a cracker), and then came back on a Wednesday looking for the same cheese. An employee from the cheese department not only remembered what they were sampling but also helped me find it. Such great service!

Great products, decent prices, wide selection. Extremely rude employees, though. Ive never encountered that at a Whole Foods before. I was completely ignored at the customer service desk, and when an employee finally approached me (not even from the desk, walked up from behind me), she was incredibly short and snippy. Pretty unnecessary.

Ive been here twice in the last month for an amazon return and the employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. Ill probably avoid this store as much as possible.

We love our Fort Collins Whole Foods but went in today to discover that while masks are mandatory for shopping, they have reopened the dining area attached to the grocery store. People are eating (obviously without a mask on) practically inside the store while you shop. We have shopped here for years but will take our grocery shopping to King Soopers and the Mountain Ave Coop during Covid as Whole Foods is no longer a safe option.

We love this store! I always spend more than I should but the quality is what u r paying for! I do like that they only allow so many people in at a time, it makes me feel safe! Tonight it is pizza! Since my husbands heart attack(and finding out he also diabetic)we have started a low sodium and a low carb and sugar diet. I can find EVERYTHING I need here! Thank u Whole Foods

I have never been to a while foods before and I was in paradise. Yes the prices can be high but the food is worth it. Everything was fresh, staff was friendly and more than helpful. They even saved me $10 when they asked me if I was apart of amazon it was awesome!

Unwelcoming experience. Really just a bone to pick with the security guard. The morning of november 24th I came to the store for vanilla bean. Was unsure which door to even enter and attempted to ask the man working security a question. DIDNT even acknowledge my question and said (demanding and gruffly) theres a line and pretty much shooed me out the door. I dont shop here often. Ill admit that. However, the only other person behind me or in line was a lady who was walking up just after me. Dude is on a power trip and FURTHER made me uncomfortable to try and shop at whole foods. Wont be back

Aside from the meat department, This store has the worst service. The butchers are helpful, but once you go anywhere else there is no desire to help. They do not want to be there. Fire the rest and start over with a crew that cares, or promote the meat department manager to help in other areas.

The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. I love that I feel safe to feed my growing children anything in the store. Also, with Amazon Prime, the prices are fantastic!!

They have been working at losing the Whole Pay Check nickname and do now have some reasonably priced items, still not moving ahead as fast with technology options as you would expect for a supermarket chain owned by Amazon, when they have all your data dont understand why they still cant e-mail the grocery receipt. Customer service is good, they make mistakes but are happy to correct even by phone.

Great store. I like to shop at Whole Food Market. They have a wide selection of fresh foods to choose from. I stop here and get something for a snack once in a while when I have to do some work on one of my clients computer. They have locations all over Colorado.

Friend came to shop at store with some young ones. They dropped a glass bottle of drink at the checkout and checkered stood and stared while she cleaned it up and caused the line to buildup. Ranting about poor customer service. Checker should had called for an aisle cleanup to prevent kids from touching broken glass or prevent any type an accident. My friend is pretty upset at her kids but I had to reassure it was bad customer service and not her fault it was an ACCIDENT. Now I have a bad experience at this place! Ughhh!!!!!

I have been in many Whole Foods stores but this one in Fort Collins was above & beyond. Not only was their inventory more fabulous than some others I have been in, but the cashiers were super helpful as I am not from this state. The store also was exceptionally clean and the produce section was awesome.

Updating my review. For the last 8 months I have been getting grocery delivery from WF and its the best thing ever! I have had zero issues with too many substitutions or bad produce etc etc. I have loved this WF since it was first built and I think its about time WF builds another store in Fort Collins!!

ONLY PLACE IN TOWN THAT HAS BIG BLACK AND WHITE COOKIES!!There are a couple of spots that make the little b&w cookies & Im not discrediting the little ones but the big black & white cookie is v rare in Fort Collins and Whole Foods makes them.Check the baked goods display- you wont be disappointed!

LOVE this Whole Foods. One of the best in the state of Colorado. Although its always busy, its worth the wait. Huge variety and selection of food, drinks, snacks, home goods, and more! Im growing weary of their promises to lower prices for Amazon members. Hasnt happened yet. The remodel of the take out food area is abysmal. Their hot foods are boring and dried out. The pizza is stacked up and is so hard and dry by the time people get to it that its not worth eating. Staff is for the most part irritable and sometimes downright rude. Your fish guys have gotten on my last nerve. And I love being ignored at the meat counter!! Its such a regular thing to have to jump around and wave like an idiot just to get a butchers attention. So annoying. Whatever happened with the revamp and big corporate takeover did not bode well for this store. Im over the price gouging and Im done with you replacing wonderful brands with your often sub-standard 365 brand.

Why did I see a fish worker dipping the thermometer into coolers for less than 2 seconds with an analog thermometer, taken off the counter at room temp and then copying down the numbers? Thats called falsifying a log. Absolutely 0 chance the guy was doing logs correctly.

I had been looking for a product for a month and a half and finally found it here. So excited!. I had never been to this store and was really impressed by all the products. It was also very clean, smelled great and the display marketing was outstanding.

Great place to get lunch if you like to use the self serve hot foods bar. The employees at the pizza station were really friendly and offered me unlimited pizza samples. This location has a cooking school that you can attend, Ive never been, but I think its a great idea for those looking for some creative ideas for dinner. I also like that they have a free bike repair station with tools and a air pump that you can use if you are mechanically inclined and know what youre doing. I come here practically every time I visit Fort Collins

Kuddos to the Meat Dept. They work their butts off especially this time of year. All the customers with their holiday meat demands. Wow. Taking a minute to be grateful for the animals who give up their lives so we can have a nice meal. Thank you !

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. Always clean neat and well stocked. A beautiful produce department. Nice selection of locally roasted coffees. I bought Thanksgiving pies here and both were delicious.

Love Whole Foods. The range of high quality food, gluten free choices, spices & more is fantastic. I especially like the food bar with multiple choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a snack.

As far as the produce and other items its your average whole foods. Clean and tidy. However I got the breakfast burritos and tacos which were really dry and their deli meat selection was lacking. But I am from Philly so maybe we have higher standards for our deli meats and cheeses.

Went into your to make a quick purchase on my way home. Liked the new look. Picked up my items , went to check out, then things went south fast. Went to the express check out lane, it was not working. So got in line behind 6 people, because only 3 lanes were open. Waited for over 10 minutes to check out. 4 or five works all at the customer service area helping no one. So I walked out. Called a few minutes later to complain out the service and was told she would pass on my complaint, no sorry for the inconveniences. I walked next door to Wilburs to make a purchase and they had 6 cashiers for checking out. Now that is service. I used to shop alot at Whole foods but your service is getting worse all the time. I will try one more time in a couple of weeks to see if you have improved, if not I will take my business elsewhere.

I love this grocery store! Having lived in many international cities from coast to coast and abroad, my list of dishes has gotten quite expansive. This store not only has an emphasis on healthy and clean eating but it also tends to have some prep ingredients that may not necessarily be available at local grocery chains. The employees also tend to be overly helpful, which is refreshing (many go out of their way to help and I usually dont get that level of service at other stores). The produce also tends to be a bit more exotic than others (e.g., fresh figs).

Whole Foods is a lot brighter and seems a little more spacious since Amazon. They often have hard to find ingredients They have an exceptional produce department but more expensive then many other produce departments in other stores. I think the parking lot at Whole Foods is one of the worst in Fort Collins I always see a lot of cars nearly backing into each other

I usually only get meats on sale here but it’s best quality your going to find.

I went the other day after 10 years of not being near one. I was so disappointed everything has changed it has turned into coperate owned grocery store that over charges for shipped in items that used to be made in store and locally sourced. It really felt like the Walmart of heath foods. Over crowded poor quality food that used to be fresh and tasty. It may take more time and cost a little more but just go to a local farm and get real food made by honest farmers who care about quality not as a status symbol. The whole place is soccer mom in yoga pants an people who really dont care about what real food is.

Very unhappy!! They are making people wait outside in the hot sun!! Im fine with wearing a face mask!! Not ok that your only allowing 10 people inside at a time!! No other grocery store is doing this!! So its completely pointless!!!

My wife and I have always loved Whole Foods. Not any longer. Everything we loved is no more. Tiny meat market, tiny cheese selection, missing many of the specialty products we used to buy weekly. Quality of meat no good. Quality of everything else has decreased as well. We are very disadissapoi and sad. We now have to travel to Denver to find a fine Market store.

Had a good experience last night, but this morning, it was a totally different store. Rude employees, inaccessible products, and a confirmation that whole foods is just done as a brand. Thank God Sunflower Market became Sprouts in this town. Much more agile product offerings, things were accessible, and a steady tone across multiple visits.

From the time Whole Foods first opened in Fort Collins it was my favorite place to go with high-quality food and wonderful calm relaxing and unique environment. This is no more many items are gone but even more important is that there is no more atmosphere. It is no longer unique and the lights give me a headache and I find it no different than other big chain stores such as kings and Safeway so I will be returning as little as possible. I will find other unique and interesting markets and I find it really sad.

I love whole foods but you can get the same food at other grocery stores for way less usually. My advice is if you like good organic produce then go here for that and go to other stores for other grocerys. Whole foods definitely has some of the best produce in town.

After risking my life in the parking lot, I couldnt find an employee to help me find something that I know theyve carried before. When I was checking out, I asked the clerk if they still carried it. She replied, I dont know. Heres your receipt. So I went down the street to King Soopers, and it turns out they started carrying Enjoy Life brand products.

Nice place, neat outdoor seating. The common thinking is this place is very expensive and somethings are, but they have great deals on produce, juice, and snacks sometimes the same price as any other store. Usually pretty crowded so make sure you make a list when you go, and prepare to see trendy people. Above all a fine place with great stuff just do your research

I am not the best reviewer for this chain. I dont buy into their premise, I dont believe in what they are selling, I think they are highly over priced, a gigantic fad, and I just dont like shopping here. However, I know people love items from here, so if I bring food to a party or something, I will typically buy it from here so that everyone else can feel better about the fad that they bought themselves into. I only come here about 1-2 times per year. People walk like idiots here, yes more so than other grocery stores. The kind people that typically come here, tend to be a bit more rude, so I also avoid this place for that reason. The food is way over priced for what you get, and finally, people believe this is a health food store, when in fact if you start looking at the calorie counts, and fat content of some of their food, its no better than King Soopers. Eating healthy is done by smart people and becomes a life-style, its not a fad chain store. As I said in the beginning I am not the best person to review Whole Foods. However, I am pleased to say they do pay their employees pretty well, and I am happy that they do that. Sorry if anyone disagrees with what I wrote above. Thats the beauty of America, we all can have our own opinions.

We witnessed an Elderly lady being harassed by the security guard and another employee. They stopped her from using her cart that the lady brought from the parking lot. They woundt let her shop, even though the lady told them she had sanitized the cart with her wipes. The security guard threw the ladys purse/bag around and acted like an all around thug! The elderly lady asked them a number of times to get out her her way so that she could shop and they pushed back on her cart and stopped her from shopping. They acted like the gestapo!! They clearly violated her constitutional rights. The thug employees called their manager who supported their behavior towards the lady. We may do a video about not shopping at Whole Foods in Fort Collins, Colorado. The manager was turning the elderly lady into a criminal because she sanitized her own cart. She even started to call the police on her!!! Whole Foods Fort Collins is fascist in their behavior!! Disgusting!

Best salad bar in town. Excellent selection. Beautiful flowers, fresh produce. Good selection of seafood and organic meats. Bulk foods are a great deal, especially nutritional yeast. Bakery makes amazing pastries and desserts.

While staff is still friendly and is doing their best during the store changes, lines at registers are a deterrent from shopping here. There is no express to an express line with one cashier. No one wants to wait 10 minutes to buy a lemonade. Lots of gliches at the registers and things were way better before the Amazon takeover. The long wood fired Pizza used to be amazing, no more sandwiches, juice bar, smoothies. We dont need another bar!!! So sad. ....

This Whole Foods, like most, has a great buffet area that is well stocked with delicious food. Like most Whole Foods, you can get many of the same brands for a third of the price at other grocery stores in the area. Basically, it is great for the specialty stuff that you may expect to pay a little extra to get. If you care about your finances, do your general shopping elsewhere.

Love the food just wish the food was more affordable for people in the lower middle class bracket.

Horrible experience at this store got told by one team member that something could be sold in a bushel for a sold price!! Then went back in and got told they cant do that and that. It was just confusion it wouldnt tell me who the team member was and the produce manager gram started getting very upset with me when I was not getting upset talking in a calm voice!!! I will never and I mean never shop or give this company my money!!!!

Whole Foods carries great produce and reasonably priced all natural store brands. For being a health food store, Im always disappointed in how few vegan and vegetarian to-go food options are on their bar and in their deli. Same with gluten free. offer more God bar variety! For vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and lactose free customers!

You habr to wait in line to get you groceries outside. Makes no sense of everyone is required to wear a mask. Rude front door lady too. Will never shop here again

Absolutely the only place I get seafood in Fort Collins.I am from Seattle and have very high standards for my fish and other seafood. Ive been to many stores around Fort Collins and all their seafood counters are disappointing. Not so at Whole foods, their seafood counters is immaculate and I never worry about getting sick.Many of the other service counters are great as well, especially the meat/cheese counter. The people just about everywhere seem to love their job and it shows in their work. This whole foods has become my favorite place to shop in Fort Collins.

Who doesn’t LOVE Whole Foods?!? I love them even more with the discounted prices, since the Amazon purchase. I’m also pretty fond of the recipes they send me in their mailer. But I really love their meat selection and produce! 💚

The employees are really nice. However, I always feel ripped off when shopping here. I can get the same exact thing across town at Natural Grocers for a fraction of the price that it costs here.

They always have the cuts of meat I like, dry aged is ok from here. It is not aged long enough in my opinion.

3 stars because its a trade off. This place has good food and bakery and hot bar and coffee and smoothies, but you do pay for it. It is know to be expensive and a few items quick take you over 50 bucks on the hot bar. But if you need a couple of really good things occasionally its worth it. Otherwise if you have the money it is the spot.

It was extremely discouraging to see a seafood employee drop a piece of fish flesh side down (salmon i think) onto the floor behind the counter that is covered in fish/shrimp juice, soap, fish bits etc. He picked it up and rinsed it off real quick with water and put it into the front display case with ice. Hopefully whoever bought that tainted fish is not allergic to shellfish and doesnt mind the taste of soap.

Its the nicest grocery store in foco, without a doubt. From the fresh deli and sushi to organic groceries, this whole foods, like many others, has you covered. That being said, are you a millionaire? Because the prices are through the roof, but one pays for quality. Just go on sample Sundays if you want a taste of the good life.

We buy organic produce, and the quality at Whole Foods just cant be beat... the competition is not even close (particularly with fruit). We also love the bulk section-- great selection. The only thing we dont buy there is personal care products-- the prices are not competitive.

Store is great. Prices are extremely inflated but the clientele wouldnt have it any other way. If you want to see the worst customers go here. The people who shop here are rude, inconsiderate, spoiled adult brats. Its best to shop here later at night when the steeple are home. I dont shop here, or eat here. I just like to be seen shopping here so that people think Im rich. Occasionally stopping by here for a coffee and a fresh baked good is just what I need to feel fancy and important. Plus the people watching is fantastic. Everyone here is gorgeous and they all are super friendly and nice to smalltalk with.
