The only thing I wish they had done was have after care instructions. I have a spot on my nose that was removed. They gave great verbal instructions, however I was unable to write it down as they were given. So after I got out of the chair, I had to write down what I remembered.

All the staff that waited on me, including the front desk, were courteous, friendly and competent, as always. I heartily recommend Front Range Dermatology Associates, and Dr. Stearns and her staff in particular.

They have cancelled an appointment twice now and very late notice. I had an appointment booked 2 months in advance and an appointment I had to take time off work after and had to prepare for and they called me 2 days before. Then it got rescheduled 2 months later and called 3 hours before the appointment cancelling because the machine had broken this weekend. Not sure if I’ll ever get to my appointment but now I had to take time off work a 3rd time. Very annoying and inconvenient.

First time visit, when I arrived the front desk was friendly. Once in the room, they explained what they were going to do.

Ive had severe acne all my life, and I finally decided to do something about it after the worst flair up in my life. Dr. Stearns helped me immediately with the infection, and once we had that under control I started a 5-month treatment of acutane to get rid of my acne once and for all. Every appointment she was right there to walk me through the process, and even helped me save some money on my prescription! Im now starting long-term acne scar treatment and Im so excited to have my face back!

Staff was very professional except that the provider that performed my procedure did not do a good job in which I had to have the procedure done again by another Dermatologist in Fort Collins. I will never go to Front Range Dermatology again.

The reception was good. Dr. Wilde was great. The prescription was called in to the wrong pharmacy my mail order pharmacy for an urgent prescription. So I was not able to start it when required. It took me 8 hours to get my prescription at the pharmacy I wanted. I lost my insurance benefit which covered the cost of the prescription and had to pay out of pocket.It took 8 hours because I didn’t get a live person at the office to answer and had to leave several messages. Someone called me back late afternoon and said they just my message and called the pharmacy I wanted after discovering their error Of calling my mail order pharmacy for an urgently need prescription.

I went to Front Range in FOCO to check a lesion on my nose that would not heal. I saw Dr. Wilde. The treatment that followed was outstanding in several ways. Dr. Wilde was awesome! He diagnosed a basal cell carcinoma, and then removed it with aplomb. My surgery has healed with barely any sign of it remaining. Very pleased with the results!!But, what I was really impressed by was this. I was quoted a price for the complete treatment - from the surgery all the way through the dermabrasion therapy being completed. After a couple of weeks had passed from my surgery, they contacted me. They explained that the cancer was not as bad as they had suspected it might be, and they refunded me a significant portion of my original charge. I mean... who does that? I would never have been able to know that if they had not disclosed it. Highly recommend Front Range Dermatology Associates!!

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Wilde at the Timberline office. Everyone, from the young woman at the front desk, as well as Erica and Dr. Wilde, was pleasant and courteous. When the doctor was running somewhat late because of a surgery, Erica came to let us know, which we appreciated. Exceptional!

The first impression Dermatology Associates are a very professionally operated organization with integrity reflected in their personnel. Warmly greeted, made sure you are accurately signed properly signed in with correct information. A few moments after your seated, you are in a room, the professional assistant to your doctor arrives, she orients you to information needed for the doctors arrival. The exam was thorough and certainly reflects Dr. Sterns terrific medical training. She was gentle and high in skills to make assessments. As a new patient at Front Range Dermatology, I was impressed with the ease and thoroughness of everything! I was able to make an appointment quickly, enter my new patient information digitally upon arriving, and was seen by an extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant and doctor. My dermatologist removed two moles I had been worried about that doctors at other clinics had passed over. Since one came back atypical, I am extremely grateful for her attention to it! The biopsy results also came back in just a few days, which was a big relief!I highly recommend Front Range Dermatology and will be going back again!

Phenomenal service! Went in for potential shingles (it was), and they got me in that day. Staff was wonderful and within that same day after starting treatment began to feel better from this very painful virus. They know their stuff!!!

Oh my gosh Dr. Stearns is amazing!!! We switched over from another dermatologist in town and could not be happier with Dr. Stearns for our 13 year old daughter. She broke out in a terrible rash this summer and Dr. Stearns knew exactly what it was and treated her with the meds she needed and it cleared right up. We started then seeing her for a rash around my daughters nose that she has been struggling with for year. Dr. Stearns is attentive, caring, professional and cares about the outcome of her patients. Doc WiLee is an excellent dermatologist. He removed a basil cell carcinoma from my nose and then repaired the damage. My nose looks as good as new.. He and his staff are great!

Dr. Marta was awesome! I waited longer in the waiting room than I did for my whole procedure. Super friendly assistants and loved Dr. Marta. Front desk girls leave much to be desired though and were ice cold, lacking enthusiasm and just sucked. Youre at work and the first point of contact for clients, put a smile on and act like you enjoy it hence the 4 stars otherwise great doctor and staff and the best in Ft Collins (stay away from the Fort Collins Plastic Surgery Center-their staff is atrocious and perhaps their doctors are decent but you never get to see one!)

First and foremost I have to say that from the scheduling to the follow up was excellent. I went to front range dermatology for something completely unrelated and luckily they found a melanoma and a basal on some moles that i had. Dr Wilde knows his stuff. He and his team took excellent care of me. Im a 40 year old male and lead a very active life style. These things were never on my mind. SO IT PAYS TO ASK QUESTIONS. I was a touch nervous about the whole deal at first but after the first procedure I knew how determined they were to help me. My experience with Front Range Dermatology Associates has been exceptional over the past few years. I am a very light skinned blonde with a lot of sun exposure as a child and young adult. I feel very comfortable with FRDA in helping me to prevent or diagnose, should the time ever come, any skin issues or dangers.

I received a referral to this office and was sadly unimpressed. I waited a couple of months for my appointment to be seen and after having done so was told to wait and see if anything happens. This was a large lump on my forehead and the doctor admitted that she wasn’t sure what was causing it?! I made an appointment with another dermatologist who treated me immediately with a very easy injection of steroids causing the lump to dissipate. I went to both of these appointments with my newborn son. I’ve never written a bad review before so this was tough to write.

Im always pleased with Front Range Dermatology. I never wait very long at my appts. and theyre always pleasant to talk to and help out with my skin care needs. Thank you!
