The call center they use is awful and I got completely turned around on my first (and only) visit. The call center representative was extremely difficult to understand and when I tried to get confirmation on the location I was under the impression that I was headed to another location because the rep was so hard to understand. I got stuck at a train so my mom contacted the office to check on their late policy since I was already in the car and she was told that as long as I didnt go over 10 min I would be fine. I showed up 9 min late and the receptionists made me feel awful and initially said they wouldnt see me. I ended up being seen and I honestly wish they had just turned me away. The doctor was extremely short with me and I was literally out of their office within 20min with no other patients in the waiting room. When I checked out and was leaving, the receptionist told me not to get stuck at anymore trains and it was just patronizing. I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this clinic.

The best way to sum up the visit, is to this clinic you represent this symbol $ and they will continue to remind you thats what you are to them from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out.

I had to get a cancerous spot taken out of my foot 3 stitches broke I went in to have them look at it they said it was fine…a week later I went to get the rest of the stitches out and the nurse kept pulling and pulling it wouldn’t come out I asked her to stop I was in so much pain …come to find out 20 min later she was trying to pull it out and the knot had grown under the skin …Dr Ethridge came in and “said” he got it out I was treated as if I was being dramatic and was told that getting the stitches out is just one hurdle I have to go through..3 weeks later I was in so much pain my foot was red and I could hardly walk, I noticed the scab was hanging off where the wound had opened it was inflamed and oozing this had been 5 weeks from excision …the scab was hard and sharp it wouldn’t come off I had to remove it due to the pain it was causing when trying to remove it I felt a pulling sharp sensation I pulled it off and felt another stitch rip through …and sure enough there was another stitch …my bill was over $1000 and I will never go back this should have healed way sooner than it did and it was at the fault of the dr and staff that it did not

What a bunch of con artists. $139 for a 10 minute appointment to refill prescriptions. They were totally dismissive of other questions and concerns I brought up. Tried two doctors over the years with this clinic, not sure why I expected different results. The first doctor stopped refilling my prescriptions in the middle of a pandemic, even though I didnt have any new symptoms. They make a good case to never get skin cancer though -- to not have to deal with dermatologists!

I am disappointed they use a call center to book appts. I can’t even speak to anyone at the office.

My husband and I have been going to this office for years. Dr. Baack and his PAs and staff are wonderful. Extremely happy with the service and quality of care. We each had in-house surgical procedures that went flawlessly. Highly recommend this clinic.

Even though I continuously try and book out Dr. Baack more than 8 months in advance, invariably a few weeks before the appointment they call to tell me he has changed his schedule and I my appointment will be pushed out no fewer than 2 more months. over the years, my annual appointment has gone from every October, around the calendar and now to June. I am switching doctors, which is sad because I have preexisting conditions and he has been my doctor for over a decade. Not acceptable in the medical care industry- but unfortunately becoming more and more the norm.

I wouldnt recommend them at all if you are needing prescriptions or blood work done related to the visit. I have had to deal with them not submitting the correct standing order information, I run out of medication and have to call them and remind them to send my prescription days after an appointment at which they were supposed to confirm that same prescription. They do not seem to care unless you are calling them to remind them to do things they are already supposed to be doing. They have made the entire experience of getting my medication miserable and way more time consuming than it ever would need to be.
