My two year nightmare....$30,400 upfront to replace current fixed dentures. Agreement to pay $2K additional if I want changes made to finals from their LOCAL lab. Never received finals and only refunded $8,400! Hired Prosthodontist, Dr. Soter, who begins with scanning current set. Temps delivered, which according to Soter, were placed on the plate wrong by an ARIZONA lab, making uppers uneven. They were sent back to AZ lab after a failed attempt of grinding lowers to fix. The next set was not delivered to me due to poor quality according to text I recd from Soter, yet billing records show I was charged $4K for them.Without my knowledge, Dr. Harogiannis (Dr. Kostas or Dr. K) moved my case from AZ lab to a CO lab, producing a very different looking set; too gummy with small, grooved teeth. At this point, Soters only setting up Saturday appointments, but cancels them the nights before. He eventually texts me Dr. K locked him and most of the staff out, replacing them. I see the new Prosthodontist, Dr. Ahmed to take out the poor quality temps Dr. Ks lab made. After a meeting to discuss a refund with Dr. K, my husband and myself agree to give Dr. Ahmed a chance. Dr. Ahmed insists on starting with wax. After multiple issues; wrong teeth placed in temps (number ordered was right but came from a different vendor), poor lip support (I didnt like being told I could get fillers or botox, that they dont fix sunken lip look, despite having good support with Dr. Soters temps and my current set). The teeth she placed were too short and repeatedly delivered with a canted midline. I was told by Ahmed and lab tech Toben they line up with my crooked nose and lip. Ahmed said it is where it is suppose to be. Im done being ignored. We agree to let Dr. K take over my case, promising I wont have to see Ahmed or her rude assistant, Karen. He too starts with wax and my husband joins me at most appointments.My husband and I approved the wax set, but were disappointed when the temps came in COMPLETELY different looking. Larger, manly teeth, and practically no gum line. The entire prosthetics were over-sized, making it difficult to speak and impossible to clean. There were visable twisted wire supports on uppers and lowers. I was unable to put my lips together without effort. An appt at Dr. Ks Dental Arts of Cherry Hills location was made to put my original finals back in, despite having a tooth broke off. At the close of the appointment, the agreed plan was for Dr. K to fix passivity of Soters 1st set in Fort Collins then send back to the AZ lab to be remade correctly.FRDPs office manager calls, says Dr. Soter reached out and wants to finish my case and would I be okay seeing him at his new place. Yes, Id be fine with that He tells me Dr. Soter or Dr. K will be in touch.Dr. Soter texts me that the office manager contacted him about finishing my case and he told him No. Dr. Soter sent me screenshot of office manager texting him. I text Dr. K and he replied he didnt know what I wanted. Dr. K thinks having Soter take over was my idea, when it was in fact the office managers. I text Dr. K, Im done.After no replies to calls, emails, or text, a box of all the failed temps arrives, except Dr. Ahmeds. Later, the office manager said in a call with my husband and I that the teeth were removed and the acrylic was used to make the last set Dr. K produced. Included in the box was a refund of $8,200 and a letter ending service. A cost of $22,200, many, many trips from Longmont to Fort Collins or Englewood and back, and almost 2 years of my life wasted with no wearable temporaries and no final prosthetics! How is this right?After ignoring our demand letter, we had a demand letter sent from our attorney to Dr. Harogiannis. It was returned with an offer of an additional $4K if I removed negative reviews and complaints to DORA and the BBB. I refused the offer. Isnt that against the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016? DO NOT GO TO THIS ARROGANT LITTLE MAN!

Dr. Ahmed is amazing and completely transformed my smile, going from a set of immediate dentures to a set created by Dr. Ahmed has been life changing. I can’t say enough good things about this practice, the office personnel and assistants are all so warm and friendly that it’s an absolute pleasure to attend appointments.

I have been going to Front Range Dentures and Prosthodontics since May of 2020 after I broke my partial denture and needed an emergency repair. I am so very Happy I found Dr. Ahmed and her team. They are professional, personable and compassionate. I was in need of Dentures for about 5 years, however I wasnt mentally able to face the loss of my teeth. Visually my teeth looked Okay so I kept putting it off. When the day finally came that I had to deal with my missing and extremely loose teeth I was very emotional. I called for an appointment.... I was met with compassion and understanding from the moment I walked in. My consult put me at ease and gave me hope that my new teeth would look natural and feel good. I have my temporary implants as of now, have to heal for a few months and then I will get the permanent implants. I know I found the People and Place for me!

Should have trusted my instincts when I walked into this antiquated facility where the practice had apparently recently been sold. Dr. Ahmed - very young Dr - appeared to be in charge, though I dont believe she owns the practice. After blaming prior Drs and procedures for my predicament, Dr. Ahmed improperly recommended multiple procedures, which, trusting her professional opinion, I agreed to have performed on me. The end result of all of her work, and those she brought in to perform it, was tremendous pain, infections, and failed procedures. There was a lack of transparency and honesty about multiple botched procedures including that she failed to inform me at the outset that, in rare instances, the procedures I required can and do fail and that I may, in fact, be such a person. She misrepresented to me both her experience and qualifications and brought in an outside periodontist, Dr. David C. Johnson (who butchered me), to perform my procedures, as well as an outside anesthesiologist, who over-anesthetized me on more than one occasion; Sophisticated and complicated procedures apparently beyond the skill set of Dr. Ahmed who misled me from the outset that she was fully qualified to perform. SEEK SECOND OPINION BEFORE ALLOWING DR. AHMED TO TAKE YOUR CASE!

Dr. Ahmed got my smile back! Her whole team treated me with professionalism and genuine care. I’ve had very bad experiences with other dental offices - but this team turned that around. They erased my fears and worked with my budget to give me more than I even hoped for.

Dr. Barney and his staff are incredible. They have been more friendly and helpful than I ever could have imagined. I called the office with a dental emergency and they were able to schedule me an appointment the very same day. They got me in for surgery the next day! Dr. Barney is great at what he does, I felt no pain whatsoever during my procedure (2 extractions, bone graft, and gum reconstruction) and he has since checked on how I was healing and answered all my questions. The staff are kind and generous and worked with me to get things done quickly and easily. I originally went in for some minor work on a partial made by Blake Barney and when I got my partial back it had been totally cut up and reconstructed! I was VERY upset because it fit perfectly before and did not need this extra work! Once Dr. Harogiannis (Dr. Costa as he is called), realized what had happened and how upset I was, he jumped right in to make things right, no questions asked. In the end he made a completely new partial to replace the ruined one, and I must say, it is a work of art and will last me a lot longer than the original partial. He sent it back a couple of times because it wasnt perfect, and always had the utmost concern that I was happy and satisfied with the new partial. He is a very busy man, yet he took the time to make things right for me at no charge! I highly recommend his expert services. He is very conscientious and does amazing work. The staff also took very good care of me when they realized what had happened and how upset I was. Roxy and Allison were very concerned and helped to make things right. Love those girls. Thanks again Dr. Costa!!!

I live in Greeley but decided to go to Front Range Dentures in Fort Collins because Dr. Barney was so highly recommended. It is hard to transition to dentures and implants but he and his staff made it much less stressful. From the minute you walk in every member of the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. They even named a room after me with sticky notes since I always visited the same patient room. It is this attention to detail and extra gestures that makes the experience so special. And I could not be happier with my new dentures. They look like real teeth and everyone has taken all the time I needed to make sure that they fit well. I would highly recommend Front Range Dentures to anyone who has to go through this process. It’s not fun losing your teeth but if you have to do it having a supportive staff that produces excellent work is the way to go.

After having a less than awesome experience at another facility, Blake Barney and his staff have been truly amazing. When my husband needs assistance theyre always quick to accommodate and fit him into the schedule. The Doctor and his staff are personable, helpful and friendly. The work they do is excellent as well. His smile looks great! We especially like that there is an on site lab, where high quality appliances are made and can be repaired in a timely manner. Id been trying to find a good place for dentures and thought Id try Affordable Dentures. That was the biggest mistake I have ever done. Positively the worst place to go. I thought Id be stuck with the mess that I had gotten. I was referred to Front Range Dentures and thought Id at least go talk with them. Best thing I have ever done. Doctor Barney is such a wonderful caring man that will go way beyond what needs to be done to make things fit and look great. I am so very happy to have been referred to this office. I had an emergency trip to Front Range Dentures Clinic in Fort Collins due to a loose implant. My implant procedure was performed 12 years ago in Montana, so I had no knowledge of the type of implant. Dr. Isra Ahmed explained the need to know the type of implant as well as a risky procedure to remedy my problem. My doctor in MT answered the type and I decided to take the risk of shattering my implant and drill to find the enclosed screws. She was professional, cautious, gentle and caring in remedying my issue 2 hours later. I will return for a new screw in a month. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed for any implant, dentures or dental service needed. You won’t find a better dental doctor to address your issues.

After having a horrible experience with a periodontist and 3 other dentists saying they could not help me due to the condition of my mouth, I finally got to Dr. Barney. I had been functioning with no bottom teeth or denture for 8 months. He was able to fix my old dentures so I could wear them temporarily while he made new ones to fit my reconditioned mouth and new implants. A true miracle worker!! I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. All of his staff help make an appointment there a happy experience rather than the dark world of most dentistry.

The dentures, just temporaries, are so flattering and genuine looking that my children didnt realize I have dentures now. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. I found the pricing to be competitive and feel more relaxed and confident at Front Range than in any other previous experiences with a dental office. Dr. B and staff excel in every way possible.

I highly recommend Dr. B and his staff they are AMAZING!!! At my 1st visit I had all my natural teeth and was prepared to be lectured. I have always done my best at brushing, flossing, rinsing, etc...Only to have repetitive problems! I am in my early 30s and tired of dumping $ into my mouth and still having pain, sensitivity, and cavities! Dr. Barney took the time to write up several plans so I could decide what fit my budget and goals the best! Extremely patient, comfortable, compassionate, and NEVER judged!!!

Literal fraud and scam artist. Provided no dental work to me whatsoever yet is trying to send almost 4000 dollars bill to me that is literally for I dont know what because I never had any work done. Shameful and pathologic. This response makes no sense.

I had a severe tooth ache, The staff at Front Range Dentures and Prosthodontics were able to get me an appointment right away and helped me to feel comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. Dr. Barney was very knowledagable and explained the treatment plan and procedure to me. The office was clean and updated, a place I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Be advised! Dr. Barney sold his practice in December of 2017 and has no affiliation with Front Range Dentures and Prosthodontics whatsoever, in fact has left Colorado. The one star is not necessarily a reflection of the new owners, only a flag to readers of the change in ownership. Caveat Emptor!
