Doctor and staff are fantastic. And they understand my expectations and are diligently working to get me there with excellent care through the process.

I will never go or recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone. It was the most unorganized and unprofessional place. The posted prices were not real. Everything was at least 3x more after they added all the extra fees. The assistant was awful and acted like it was her first day, she didnt know what was going on or what to do. The whole experience was bad.

Dr. Adolph Carlson, in my opinion, is amazing! He made me a believer in pain-free dentistry. For over a year I had a missing tooth, and the pain of other failing teeth, and I put off the inevitable, because of my fear of realizing what needed to be done and my previous experience of dental procedures. I had no reason to stress and worry. After having my teeth extracted I left the office with my beautiful 3D dentures and a big smile! Plus, I truly had no pain...at all!! Nor did I need prescribed pain relievers except Motrin! Dr. Carlson and his caring staff helped me get my life and my smile back. I’m just sorry that I waited so long. Thank you Affordable Dentures!!

I just find it a bit deceptive or misleading when they advertise dentures starting at like $385 and up, like you could go in and get a pair of replacement dentures for $385. That’s what it sounded like on the phone.I went in to the Ft Collins office, and oh, it turns out, those were the healing dentures I’m told by the dentist at the initial consultation. Ok. So they took X-rays and talked with me, and I asked about a couple of implants, maybe? We’ll, they would only put in four lower ones not two. So ok, he tells me it would be about $9,000! They only put in the most expensive dentures with implants. This is what the dentist who looked at everything told me. So they’re going to do a write up that breaks it all down and it comes back at almost $12,000! like they are trying to get me to just go with the $1,200 set? And this was the managing dentist, but, he was pretty young. So I’ll probably be getting them, and a couple of implants, recommended by the dental college, for around maybe $3,000…….

I would give them zero stars if able. They are a joke. Zero customer service, website says 100 satisfaction which is a lie. They sent my mom home with crooked teeth, temporary dentures never fit, cracked. She didn’t eat for months. They made her cry on several occasions. Then when we ask for a refund they want to give us less then half for the permanent. Went somewhere else and the fit first time.

Affordable Dentures - RefundI have been waiting since June 3rd for my refund of 587$. I upgraded to the next version of dentures and requested my k-9’s to be pointed a small amount. I Paid cash! Cash requires a refund check to be mailed to you. The office did not turn in any notes I requested (upgrade and pointed k-9) for the new set. I got the original pair that I ordered with out pointed k-9’s when I got my teeth pulled. The office says, I can take these and get a refund or start all over with impressions. I chose to take the ones there because I didnt want the same girl to do anymore impressions. Every since they switched me to the second girl nothing has been done right. My temporary didnt fit the impressions were not done right resulting in my permanent set not fitting properly. The office says 4 to 6 weeks! At 8 weeks, I go back into the office to find out whats wrong. They then tell me that Oh, it can take up to 90 days. They tell me 24 to 48 hours, somebody will call me back! No return call! I wait 3 more weeks and start going into the office and calling what I thought was corporate (it was not). Every time I get the same thing. Somebody will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. No call back! Today it has been over 4 months, I was told there had not been any paperwork filed (the woman on the phone said she filed that today) and somebody will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. No response yet AGAIN that was October 5th. Today is Monday the 11th of October. I called they gave me a name of another woman that does the refunds. She is supposed to call me today. I have filled out the paperwork to turn into the dental board, as well as seeing an attorney tomorrow. If I do not have an answer today. I will be taking legal actions!

Im an existing denture wearer. I went into affordable dentures and implants and was treated perfectly. All the girls were amazing and worked well with each other. I was very specific about what I wanted I ended up going with the economy dentures. The work that they performed is amazing. I do need a few adjustments but nothing major everything looks perfect, lines up with my face, I have a beautiful smile my teeth are a little whitet than I thought they would look but thats okay cuz Ill start looking more natural as time goes on. Great job ladies!

Great people and great environment in general! Ive been to alot of dentist from Wyoming, South Dakota, Missouri, and Tennessee. I have never left a dentist after extractions or getting other work done with such a low amount of pain. Sincerely happy with the work they do!

Worst place ever! They cancel appointments non stop and they try to make you go with their schedule instead of working with yours. They also mess up with the dentures and say that it is fine and just make it seem like your the one with the problem instead of the problem being with the dentures. Wont even give a refund for the problem.. If I could I would give it 0 stars

2 star’s: Got the Ultimate Fit Upper and Lower dentures Almost 2 years ago. Great looking dentures BUT , I have lost 3 teeth since then on different occasions! They just come out while you’re eating! Paid over $2100 for these denture! Just lost one today and I have to wait 10 day’s before I can get it fixed. You would think they would have an urgent care situation here. NO! You take a number just like everyone else. While you go around with a missing front tooth! You think they care?Poor customer service on their part!

Came here today for the free consult and x-ray and want to leave a kudos for the friendly staff I met. Gina was very professional on the phone. The woman who took me in and did my x-rays was very friendly and let me take a photo of my 3D x-ray. (Im so sorry I forgot her name). Dr. Carlson explained my options to me and was very polite as well.

I had the full upper & this service was to extract remaining teeth on lower & create a brand new set of upper & lower dentures. The teeth extraction takes quite some time to heal, so I am still on the temp set, but so far, I am very happy with them.The staff is very friendly & compassionate. I had a small issue with a recent temp set, which they resolved immediately.

I was impressed with the staff and my teeth removal. My temporary dentures fit and looked great but my permanent dentures took four tries. They dont look or feel all that good. I am disappointed. I wanted a lovely smile and comfort. Just didnt work out well.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I took my family member and myself....they saved me alot of money and were very honest about me not needing a complete new set. They took extra time to perfect everything....very happy and will be back when need arises!

I had a tooth fall out of my denture, and it was right in front. I called and explained that I needed it fixed that day, because I had company coming. Also, I had to work the next day. They were so sweet and helpful, got me in immediately. I was all set in about 2 hours! So impressed with service and staff. I recommend them highly! I was a new customer and they were great.

GLOVES GLOVES GLOVES!!! I have been very impressed for many reasons.I have been going to the Fort Collins location since before the change-over to the present dentist and staff. I started with a regular denture. I have muscle twitches around my mouth and two previous dentists were not able to make a functioning denture for me. When the present dentist started my care I was able to obtain a set of dentures and was able to eat again. Overtime, I wanted something that felt more permanent, as a regular denture wasnt comfortable to me because I wasnt comfortable with the idea of a mishap. It was my mind that was messing with me not the great workmanship. I opted to get 7 implants so that both dentures could be secure in my mouth. As long as I keep up my oral hygiene including cleaning my implants, my dentures function properly. I eat with confidence that I thought I had lost forever. The staff is amazing. Very big on adhering to laws surrounding FDA requirements. Even those from the lab are wonderful. Everyone there from the front desk to the lab are excited as the patient when your denture is complete. The energy is kind, warm, understanding, motivated, and progressive. I am impressed by the service that Affordable Dentures provides, and the dentist and staff. I couldnt be more pleased. I feel like I got my life back and I really believe it is because I can feel confident again. Thank you to the Fort Collins team for NOT giving up on me. Excellent work!

Compared to other dentist places, others want to charge an arm and a leg. The nurses, dentists, receptionist and the dental technicians were amazing and super caring. At first I was nervous about the pain/ extractions but Dr. Hundley had five teeth out with me not even realizing thats how good he is. So so happy with everything! I would recommend anyone to go to affordable dentures and implants!!!!! Dr Chang and staff offer affordable timely service which is efficient and of good quality. If you want to fly first class go some where else and pay through the nose perhaps a sore nose will distract you from complaining about your dental work.They also have several levels of value products that are clearly marked with details and prices. This know and pay as you go suited me very well as I was without insurance. They are honest and able Thumbs up.

Everything went great during the first part. Love my new set! Only gripe I have is it seems to takes almost 2 weeks to get in for an adjustment. Thats a LONG time to wait when you cant wear your new dentures because they cause so much pain....

After waiting nearly a year for the implants to fuse - I returned to learn that this office had changed Dentists. The new Dentist to my surprise and dismay was not aware that the the previous Dentists policy was to demand payment in full (including the crowns) before even beginning the process. So after verifying the implants were good, he asked me what I wanted to do now. I could not imagine why he would say such a thing; of course, I wanted what I had contracted and paid for - two new teeth. My initial thought was I had been scammed and was stuck with having to pay thousands of dollars more to complete the process. After considerable scrambling the office staff verified I had paid for the complete procedure and after nerves settled, the dental assistant commenced to take the molds for the crowns. It appears everything is okay now, but this experience was unnerving to say the least.

Save your money and go somewhere else!! I used to love them and the staff until the practice was sold. I was not even made aware of this until I called about a upcoming appointment. This dentist does not care if you are uncomfortable in a dentist chair or not. Its not always a pain thing. I have yet to receive a denture that fits moved to implants and still do not have the teeth for that either. I have paid for them yet dont have them but they would like me to pay another 975.00 for something that was never discussed. This dentist is rough and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I just wanted to say to Roxanne that dr. carter said the same exact to me.That I would have to have one of my bottom implant removed and put two in at my own cost. Also still have no teeth and cannot eat. I would like to sue for all my money and pain.

DO NOT CALL! No one local answers, and instead you will go to a central call center that cant answer local questions. WORSE, theyll robo-call you for weeks afterward.

I give the office receptionist, Dentist and staff doing impressions fitting and taking out sore spots 5 stars.I dont like the quality of these Premium Dentures they are not even close in quality to the two pairs of top dentures my husband had before from two other dental offices. Whoever makes the dentures does a poor job. 1st the dentures broke in half after a year --(Dr. Changs office did those )-- and gluing did not work. They had to remake them The impression mold fit right and had good suction to hold dentures in but in the denture the teeth were angled forward like an overbite instead of down-- not a good look and it looked like he had a fat lip and the palate was too far back so they had to remake them and now after about 2 months a tooth fell out. I dont know what the make these out of but they are thinner then the older ones he has which are 10 years old. I dont know if it is just the tools and products they have to work with or the person(s) making them.Make sure if you call that you get the office, NOT the scheduling service If your dentures cracks or breaks, it may take two weeks to get in to fix under warranty! That is not right. This is for my husband s Premium dentures after about 10 months the former Dentist, Dr.Chang did a bad job.New dentist and staff were interested in helping.They answer the phone and call back, unlike old staff. The new dentist listened and took care of sore spot and bite of dentures from the previous bunch, who had made dentures that fit wrong from start.

Had first dentures ever, done here. Really great staff. Front office staff are very nice and the techs are caring, knowledgeable and communicate nicely. Having the lab in office should make for accuracy, and speed of fabrication. I had teeth extraction done at reg. dentist then the aveoloplasy done here. Dr Hundley is compassionate. Having a few problems with fit but they really want to get it right. Update, went back like 15 times and they tried upgrade but still poor fit so they put in a soft chair side liner that may last a couple months. Probably because we were at the end of the guarantee period and cheapest fix. I had foot surgery and couldn’t get back again before period is up. At this point I can only wear plates with lots glue and can’t use to eat hardly anything without removing and reapplying glue. Don’t think I or my husband will come back for implants.

I went to A.D. in Ft. Collins, CO to be fitted for the lowest prices dentures they make. I was treated like I was worth a million bucks by each and every member of this office! They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with their care and their workmanship!! From the front of this office to behind the scenes, this office is notch! Im so happy with my new dentures! I recommend this office to anyone!! (And Im not being paid to offer this rating!)

Spent 4 months going back and forth for them to fit TEMPORARY partials. every 3 to 4 weeks. cost about $3500. finally got them to fit/give me the over priced permanent? partials and have had them for a week? and the teeth have separated from the plastic. Took them back to show them and was ask if I wanted them to repair? them. NO I told them before I was dissatisfied with there service and if anything happened to the partials I would take them to a real dentist or .to some other dental store.. There may be some good people there but the game or system they use is one for the books. dont want to rate but have to ,to post.

I just got an x-ray to see if my implants where connected to the Bone. I didnt get to see the doctor and have him uncover the implants. They sent me home and said they would call me later to let me know if the bone had grown around the implants and set another appointment but no one called.. Disappointed.

I got my dentures a year ago they were never right they kept trying to ajust them never got them right i tried going back but a new dentist took over cant get thru by cell or on line whats going on ????? all i ask for the new dentist to look and give me s sound exam and help me out

Having a hard time figuring out how to make me some teeth that I can eat with. So far, no luck. Started out with a set made that absolutely would not allow me to eat. Then they worked those over and added more teeth to them, but still can’t even chew a flour tortillas burrito. The teeth won’t break it down. The people here are great and seem concerned that they get things worked out for me. Bottom line, I have to be able to eat. And that’s not happening with the new teeth. No where close

Very informative throughout the process, seems to be quality workmanship on temp. Denture good fit. Surgery was exceptional for implants. Breakdown for surgery seems pricey 2000 for dentures and 3000 for 2 implants other than that very happy. With Procedure.

I have been very impressed with the entire staff at Affordable Dentures. Everyone has taken the time and listened to my concerns and have found the perfect solution to the few issues I have had and immediately fixed it. I would absolutely recommend them if you are considering dentures.

Almost a couple of years ago I had my bottom teeth removed. Shortly after I went to the Ft. Collins AD and got fitted for a bottom denture. It fit great and I had no problems. 1 year later (April 2017) I received my permanent lower denture. It is now December 2017 and my lower denture literally snapped in half in my hand as I was cleaning it. Now what? I am a low income disabled Vet and cannot afford a new lower denture!!! I feel cheated and I certainly do not feel confident without my teeth. I am heartbroken that I now have no lower denture and will not have the money anytime soon. I just feel robbed.

The people really get to know you and are so friendly and helpful. They get you in and out in the shortest time possible. They take very good care of you and make sure everything is right for you every time.

You wouldn’t want to know my experience $12,000.00 and still can’t eat or keep them in. Don’t waste your money!

Very bad experience. I dont believe Dr. Chang was interested in my case. After 3months of prep and waiting for him to hire an assistant, the price went from $13,000 to $23,000!!! On the day of the procedure, they would not begin until they were paid in full. . They wanted me to reschedule after all this prep due to the fact they did not tell me before I had been there for over a half hour. If they treated me like a human, all would be done. They didnt nor do they have any compassion. Dont was money here. The doc is not as talented as advertised and has no compassion for people. Its all about the cash.

I love when i walk in, they are always so nice, call me by my name. They are always happy and welcome you. They always explain things in detail of what os going on. I am so glad I desided to go to them, and will recommend them to everyone. Cant wait to get everything done, but will miss seeing them. Thank you all so much for everything.

Dont be sucked in by the Same Day promise. Its assembly line dentistry all sizes fit one like it, or here are your dentures you can leave now. Do your research BEFORE you go because they will not tell you just how difficult this process is going to be. I asked a week ahead of time about painkillers. I was told I would have to talk to the Dentist at the time of the procedures. AFTER you are PAID IN FULL IN ADVANCE they will tell you it wont be that bad, you wont need them. Even after explaining I have had teeth pulled ( not 14 AT ONE TIME ) and I WOULD need pain pills. I was given a steroid/anti-inflamatory and SUFFERED for DAYS in pain! I also got infected because they offer no verbal instruction of what to expect or how to care for yourself. They literally shoved the dentures in my mouth and sent me home. Halfway home I looked in the mirror and my mouth and new teeth were blood red. They hadnt even made sure the bleeding stopped. It took hours for me to get it stop. And then they dont tell you, you will ruin a pillow because blood will run out of your mouth all night and you will wake up to a horrific mess. FINALLY! A procedure that they Always do with dentures (scraping the bone down afterwards) was left off my bill to the tune of $700 !!! AFTER I was Paid in Full in Advance and sitting in the chair. Oh by the way.... :) I WONT go back. I will do the adjustments myself or find a Real Dentist. Not a cookie cutter one fits all. Quack. OH yeah the Dentist I originally spoke to 3 week before the procedure was mysteriously GONE! Left no one told me. Again another By the way... the Dentist you talked to and was going to do this is gone and we have a New One. TYVM for letting me know ahead of time. Go somewhere else and save yourself the Pain and Agony!

I spent $3,000 to get upper and lower partials, after about three months I finally received them and had them for about a month, I needed to get them adjusted because they were coming out while I ate, walk-ins are not welcome there because they could not get me in , and I could only get appointments in the morning, it makes a difficult when youre out of state and they cannot get you in so now my warranty has expired and I am stuck with partials that will not stay in and I cannot use glue or paste because when I do it messes up the bite. I would not recommend this place because its a waste of money

I had major work done by these folks and I cant say enough about them. The surgical team of Barrett Hundley and Megan are superb and have plainly worked together for years. They extracted 19 teeth and stumps and installed 9 implants. The service is exceptional and I have to admit I was quite surprised given their very moderate cost. The work is solid, the dentures are quality work. The dentist himself is totally fascinated with his trade and the best practices. Good solid work, good clean offices and exceptional exam and surgical rooms and a team that seems to click. I rarely post 5 star reviews, but in this case I have to say I am satisfied in the extreme. My only complaint is they are an hour away from my home. It is NOT the franchise I am reviewing here - just the team of Dr. Barrett Hundley and his assistant Megan. The receptionist is efficient and pleasant and works hard to make the schedule work for you. The back-room lab guy does excellent work on a short turnaround. I highly recommend them.
