The Sunshine House has been a wonderful place for our children. Our kiddos really enjoy going to daycare every day and they are so excited to tell us all about it in the evening. The staff is very professional and they truly care about the wellbeing of my children. Starting at a new childcare center in the middle of a global pandemic is not easy. The Sunshine House has been very reassuring about all of the COVID measures that they are taking to help keep everyone at the facility safe. Im so glad we made the change to the Sunshine House!

Trying to find childcare for our first child in the middle of a pandemic was stressful to say the least. When we discovered the Sunshine House, we did some research and saw their brand was respected across NoCO and families that we talked to were really pleased with their care.Now that were one of those families, I can honestly say this House has been such a blessing to us. Our child is in one of the two infant rooms and we absolutely adore his teacher and aides. Christine, Noah and Emme work so well together, put the children first, focus on developmental activities related to age, and somehow juggle all the babies needs at one time! Its a true talent. My baby has never cried during drop off nor has he ever been crying when I pick him up at the end of the day... NOT ONCE!It wasnt easy for mama those first couple of weeks, but the entire staff was so kind and compassionate with me. The Open Door Policy was also really helpful in those early days and really, still is. If youre missing your baby, you can visit - no questions asked, no scheduling needed. There is a mother (or parents) room that you can take your child in and have some 1:1 time with them, whenever youd like.I have an app downloaded on my phone and get updates throughout the day - when our baby sleeps, eats, has a diaper change + I even get photos of the things our child is doing throughout the day. Those pictures make my day (and usually make me laugh) and are often circulated on the family text thread.Christine has a true gift with advancing the babies through their development and communicating to the parents how theyre doing and whats next. Noah is the baby snuggler and LOVES arts and crafts  - we have so many fun baby fingerprint, handprint and footprint projects related to the season/holiday. Theyre all things we will treasure for years to come. And Emme is ALWAYS smiling (I can tell even with her mask on) and is often on the floor playing with all the babies. I usually say she is going to make sure our baby knows how to make friends!The Directors, Theresa and Carly, are always so warm and welcoming and I always look forward to our conversations while passing through. If I ever had a problem, I would have no issue going directly to them to discuss in more detail. Theyre wonderful listeners and its easy to see that they want whats best for their children, staff and parents.From one parent to another, I know how hard it is to find someone you trust to care for your child. The Sunshine House comes highly recommended and is reliable, trustworthy, clean and I am confident that my son is learning so much by being around the kind people who work there.
