Terrible Case Technician SUSAN A MARTENS!!!!!!! Terrible service to have on your side will take the person who is NOT paying child support more seriously than the person that should be receiving child support. Makes the parent that has custody do their job for them. Oh and do not bother calling if something is urgent they will take their sweet time getting back to you. Case Technician SUSAN A MARTENS took a week to respond to me. When she did she was upset when she called me. Was EXTREMLY rude. Hung up on me. I called her back, she hung up on me AGAIN! Fire this lady so customer can actually get some help!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a joke! I have been trying to get a child support order since December 2016 when my son was born and it is now almost 6 months later and we still havent done paternity testing!!! My caseworker Carleen is not helpful whatsoever. Beyond frustrated when I can see my sons father posting on Facebook that hes at a gym with a specific location and yet they still have no address for him. Get it together!!!
