The advertised ratio was 1 adult per 3 kids in the 0-5 age group. Only 2 adults were present and there were 9 kids, 2 of which were infants. A third adult showed up some time later, late. One of the infants was not attended to until another kid tried to console the baby, at which point of the adults scolded the kid. These Home Depot volunteers had no expertise in caring for kids. For 2 hours after thet lunch break, the lights were turned off for movie time and the kids were repeatedly sternly told no playing, go sit down. child cries could be heard outside the room and so were one of the adults saying in a unloving voice you have nothing to cry about. Wow,I hope these people do not have any children of their own, these 9 kids only had to suffer 7am-330pm for 1 day.This company is apparently contracted by the US Navy for events, which hopefully wont be the case for long.
