The nail spa is amazing! This is the only place I will go from this point forward! They all have fun with one another and the clientele. Always busy, which is of course an explanation of why they are amazing! Thank you for making my fingers and toes look pretty and feel amazing!

I went in asking for a mani/pedi, and as soon as they realized that I had acrylics on, they told me the would not do my nails! I didn’t realize it was 45 min until closing time. Regardless, they we’re sitting around and I asked if they could give me a pedi. They agreed and were nice about it. I just find it weird. I’ve been there before and have had someone give me a mani and pedi at the same time. If you need to have your nails done ASAP and nothing special, they will pass. If you want some fancy nail art work, look for another place. So many around Williamsburg!

Great service! My daughter & I walked in for full sets, were seated promptly, (next to each other which I really appreciated) & treated with the utmost respect. We were offered water & were very sweet to my 8 year old who was waiting on the couch. We both had specific length & shape requests due to work & school restrictions and they made sure to ask us every step of the way to double check if everything was good, if it wasnt they made corrections as needed. The prices were exactly as stated on their posted price list near the entrance wall, no surprises there. The designs we both requested came out very cute & we were both extremely happy with our nails.

Excellent leg massage with basic pedicure. I started to fall asleep. I didn’t have to wait on a Saturday, Friendly greeting with a glass of wine.

My go-to spot for manicures and pedicures. Staff are gentle and take the time to ensure you like the results. I’ve brought my mom here multiple times and she always has a great experience.

Got a pedi done first which was mediocre at best, nothing better than what I can do myself at home. Then I had my eyebrows waxed, which they did NOT offer me paper flip flops to walk back to the room with, so I walked barefoot back to the waxing room because she took my sandals which I thought was gross and weird. And then obviously by the pictures when I had my eyebrows waxed they burned me! The following morning the skin was super raw, and they peeled for the following 4-5 days. So needless to say I will never be coming back and would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

The nail tech did a horrible job on my nails, she also tried to change my price to a higher price until I decided to go elsewhere, then she changed the price back to original price. They will try to get over on you if you’re not paying attention

This place is great!! Me and my mom have tried several nail salons and this one was overall amazing! On one exception. I have tendentious and Tony (who always does my nails) does complain about how tense and how I cant relax my hand quite often. I understand that it is annoying but you should keep it to yourself. However I will continue coming here.

Have always been able to walk in without an appointment and get service usually right away. If not right away, the wait is minimal. Love that you can relax with a small glass of wine if you desire. On Mothers Day weekend, Tony goes to the trouble of having a fullBuffet of food for those who may have to wait for service. Sometimes its nice to not talk and just relax. I find they try to facilitate what you want and without extraordinary cost.

Very sloppy job done, you can tell the difference between the coats she did. I asked for coffin shape and got lopsided nails even after I pointed it out and asked her to fix it nicely. Even after nicely asking she was very aggressive with her work and my hands. Very rude staff and very rushed. Will never go here again.

I asked for a removal of my dipped manicure, which had grown out, and my nails were left soaking in acetone for a good 20 minutes (really a long time) before the nail tech used a dremmel to remove the remaining polish. I requested a basic manicure, but I noticed as I was returning home that the top coat seemed to have bubbles in it, and by the next day, the polish on the tips of several fingers was already chipping.

Tony and the staff at Nail Spa are the best! I ALWAYS get a beautiful set of nails and the pedicures are great! The attention to detail is above and beyond and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming! Prices are reasonable and accommodations are amazing! Highly recommend Nail Spa on College just east of TJ Maxx! Do it!

The lady that did my pedi was lovely...however the boy that did my ombre was rude, rough, and nonchalant... clearly didnt want the work, my sister and I came away very disappointed, with disgraceful nails and and being true Brits politely paid $160 dollars

Absolutely horrible!!! Took my daughter to get her nails done here. She was treated horrible they were very rude and were very rough with her. Her fingers were all bleeding. Im sure my 5 year old could have painted them better!!!

Worst experience of my life. My feet are bleeding and infected! They up charged me in the first place. Now I cant even walk. Had to fight with the owner just to get my money. Still left with bloody infected feet and they dont care in the slightest. Never go there!

Went for SNS/dip powder nails and they did not do a full manicure (trim cuticles and extra skin around nails, etc.). They did not apply the lower coat for the SNS (first time here and figured maybe they did it differently than the other places I have been) and the next day one of my nails had already cracked. I get SNS in the winter so that my nails stay strong and dont constantly break.I went back to have the nail repaired and this time they applied the lower powder coat and a week later that is the only nail that is not showing signs of breakage. I paid $40 to have my nails look good for less than a week. Will never go back.

I love this place. The owners are always super pleasant, especially when regulars come in. My nails are always on fleek and a few times a year I treat my husband to some amazing pedicures!!

This is an awesome business. I usually walk-in for a manicure and/or pedicure and rarely have to wait. Everyome does excellent work!!! The owner is very welcoming and makes sure everyone is being welll taken care of.

Worst shellac job I’ve ever had done. Overpriced and unhappy

Charged me $50 for new acrylic gel set. Other places charge $40. Nails dont look even.The girl left glue on the back of my nails and fingers. Never going back. Worst place Ive been to. Dont recommend this place.

Dont waste your money here. After waiting 45 minutes with no apology, she rushed and made my nails look horrible. Cuticles bleeding and shellac all over my skin. Very rude staff, overpriced and my nails look like a child did them.
