I went to Gianna at Ohana Salon! I have been going to her for a while, she never fails to impress me by knowing exactly what color and cut I want! She is so easy to communicate with and was so patient with my hair! She took time to pick out my fashion colors and asked many questions along the process. The results always turn out better than I could have imagined! This salon is clean, professional, and welcoming! I am coming back all the way from Denver to this salon because they are unmatched with professionalism, prices, and results!

I spent a lot of time researching which salon to go to for my first ever profesional coloring. I am SO pleased with my decision! Everyone there is warm and welcoming. Gianna colored my hair and not only did she do an amazing job, she was such a pleasure to hang out with all day! I will definitely be coming back.

Casey cut and colored my hair. I had a hard time articulating what exactly I was wanting. I only had a few pictures to show her. For my skin tone, shape of my face and the color of my hair; I wasn’t clear what would look exactly right. She helped put that into words. Casey gave me EXACTLY what I wanted as an end result but BETTER! Everyone I came in contact with at the salon was absolutely Sweet. This is my new hair salon and I am so happy that I have a “hair home”!

Brooke did an absolutely phenomenal job. She took what I wanted, made adjustments for my individual characteristics, and completely delivered. She thoroughly communicated from beginning to end and made sure I was on board/understood everything. I am new to doing anything to my hair, so she even took the extra time to show me how to style it as well as next steps for taking care of it. She is extremely knowledgeable and very skilled. I highly recommend working with her and will continue to do so myself.

Ohana Salon is THE BEST! I have had numerous services done here (extensions, hair cuts/color & eyebrow waxing) from a few of the girls and have never once been disappointed. Johnna, Casey, Ashley and Stevie have all provided services for me and were each fantastic. I always left feeling happy with whatever I had done. They are on time, polite and professional. The salon has a cute, clean atmosphere and great product as well.

I was looking for a new hairstylist and randomly booked an appointment at Ohana. I asked for a color specialist and they scheduled me with Casey. I couldn’t be happier with the results, Casey did such an amazing job coloring and cutting my hair. She even took the time to teach me how to cut my bangs. What I like most about Casey is she takes her time and double checks her work, she also asks detailed and suggests coloring that works with your skin tone. Hands down Casey is the very best!

Brooke has been my stylist for almost a decade now. Her work is amazing and her technical skill is superior. Yesterday was my first experience at Ohana Salon and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with so much positivity and warmth! The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind and the atmosphere of the salon is extremely open and trendy. Gianna, my colorist, did an amazing job getting my hair to the all over black color I wanted after an unfortunate experience with a different salon. I am only going to Gianna and this salon from now on!

I’ve worn my hair short for 30 years and can honestly say MelAny is the best stylist I have ever gone to. She listens to what you want and cuts to precision to meet your needs. Johnna does an outstanding job with cut, color and styling. Very professional and understands what the client is looking for. She also has the knowledge of different hair types and which products work best. Highly recommend this salon and the products they carry.

I scheduled a color and cut with the salon. I had planned with the stylist on getting a purple color in my hair. She could not do the original idea I had but told me we could do a bright/dark purple. My hair was processed using foils to lift the original color off to a blonde. During the foiling process I was taken outside and foiled in the 98 degree heat. It took 6 hours. The reason we were outside was because the fire alarm went off. The front desk staff left early because they wanted to have drinks. I was left alone with only the stylist. She didnt have time for the cut and also didnt have time to style my hair. I was forced to pay while still processing. I paid 470 dollars. When I left with a wet head of hair an hour after closing I expected to dry it and love it. Instead I was shocked to see I had green/blue hair and I had over processed hair as well. Several other stylists in the area (master stylists) stated my hair was overly damaged and would disintegrate in any solution. Consequently I had to work with green hair for weeks. When I called the salon they told the stylist who then messaged me directly asking what was wrong with the service. I didnt want my hair to fall out so instead of having two stylists work on my same hair of head at a salon I was uncomfortable with I asked for my money back. They (rudely) refused to do anything and I was not compensated. They say, we do not guarantee hair color at this salon.Apparently they never had any purple color to begin with and the stylist mixed the wrong primary colors. This hair was the most awful thing I have ever left a salon with. I was also told I must tip 20% and I could not see my hair completed before paying. This customer service is disgusting. The comments I heard were degrading. I am a professional, but was treated like scum for thinking 470 dollars is too much for them to give me hair this color and not provide any other services. I will be filing in small claims court and telling everyone I know.

I see Casey. For the first time someone finally understood what I was asking for in a cut. I also have Casey color my hair, I love how natural it looks. With recently moving to the area it is so great to have a stylist I could instantly trust!

Casey is the most amazing and talented hair stylist! She has been doing my hair for over 7 years, and she always does a beautiful job with my blonde. Highly recommend going to her, she is creative and takes pride in all her work!!

This review has taken me weeks to think about. On one hand, I look in the mirror every morning as I do my hair and think about how did this go so wrong? Styling it to try and hide how insecure it makes me feel. Being a bigger and less attractive woman, my hair has always been the one thing I get compliments about. Now, all I hear is, “Oh no, what happened?”On the other hand, I have never had a salon care so much about getting my hair right. The salon went above my expectations when I reached out about being unhappy with my hair. After hours in a salon chair of a new stylist trying their best to fix the mess that had been made, I had it nowhere in me to complain any further or try again. The fact of the matter was it looked a lot better. Am I happy? Not at all. Can I live with it for a little bit? Maybe. I respect with all my heart the woman who tried to fix what had already been done.However, I dont know if I will ever trust anyone to do my hair again. Here is to another five years of growing out my hair or deciding to cut it all off! If I could turn back time, I would have never walked through Ohana’s doors. In case you wondering, in total it cost me $510.04 for a cut and later a color. While the two times I went in for corrections I wasnt charged. In no way, was at least 16 hours of my time and my hair getting messed up worth it.If you dont already know and trust your stylist, I would not give Ohana Salon a shot.Take a look at my photos and you be the judge of if I received what I asked for.The photos are showing what I started with and what I ended up with. I started seeing Gianna at Ohana recently and have had the most incredible experience! She is so kind and easy to talk to, which makes going to see her very enjoyable. She took my hair to an amazing platinum blonde and recently colored my hair lavender. Not only does my hair look amazing, but it still looks and feels as healthy as ever! I am always happy with my hair when I leave the salon. I would recommend Gianna to anybody and look forward to seeing her again!

I cant say enough good things about Ohana! I have been a client at Ohana since 2013. All the stylists are incredible, the owners, Mel and Cindy, love what they do. They make sure the stylists attend different trainings to make sure their education is on point and it shows! I currently see Johnna and she is amazing! The color and cut always comes out better than I could imagine. I currently live in DC and will fly back to Colorado and always book an appointment with Johnna for her to do my hair because no one can match her!

Ohana quite frankly is the best of the best. I have spent most of my adult life leaving most salons disappointed but as soon as I found Ohana that all changed. Johnna has been doing my hair for years now and I’ve never once left unhappy or disappointed. I’ve gone from brown to blonde and back to brown several times and each time it’s done with the utmost professionalism and transparency. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been and I owe that to the knowledge of my stylist but also the owners who ensure that their staff is constantly continuing their education. They truly are top notch.

Love this studio! I have a lot of hair, like A LOT of hair. The kind of hair that doesnt look like a lot, but when the stylist puts their hands into my hair its immediately obvious if theyve encountered this much hair on one person. Its like 5 persons worth of hair. Why is this a big deal? Because its easy to get a bad cut with my hair type.Heather knows her stuff, and Im so happy to have connected with her. Not only did she know what to do with my oodles of hair, she was able to work with me to create a plan to transition me from washed out blue to blonde. She immediately understood how long it would take to cut and dry my hair, where many have severely underestimated what it takes to work with this mane.Thank you Ohana!

Heather W. cut my hair this summer and I have never had a better haircut. Health guidelines were strictly followed and the environment of the salon has a great vibe. Heather went above and beyond to recognize that I needed a haircut with less maintenance. She curated a length and style that worked with my hair and my life. Instead of giving me a blowout at the end, she showed me how to style my hair every day with a curling cream and a diffuser. It gave me a realistic expectation of how I can expect my hair to look every day, which is something I have never had a stylist do before. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone that wants to walk out of the salon feeling confident in their haircut and their ability to style their hair on their own.

I got my hair done today from Casey. And typically im not much of a person to write reviews. But todays service needs to be recognized. Casey took her time to hear what i was wanting and made sure to clarify so that we where on the same page. And she made it happen and plus some. She took her time and really put her hard work into my hair today and the results show just that. Casey is so talented and the easiest person to talk to, ( im sure i talked her ear off), but she didnt show if i DID talk her ear off. She listened and held conversation. I am so thankful to have this transformation done today at a time in my life, where i needed it the MOST. Please, do NOT HESITATE to have your hair done by her.

WOW, Ohana Salon is AWESOME! Every time I go in for service with Larisa everyone is so friendly and helpful. Larisa is FABULOUS and I always leave the salon with a spring in my step and I may walk a little taller and give my hair several flips! Not only does Larisa do an amazing cut, Im always changing my color and she is awesome when I ask for crazy colors and always manages to make it look GREAT! The salon is beautiful and OMG the chairs that completely recline when they are washing your hair are the BOMB! I keep threatening to go there and take a nap on them they are that comfortable! I highly recommend Ohana.

Tried Ohana from the recommendation of a friend since my normal lady was out on maternity leave. Worst cut and color I have ever received. I have very thick and long hair, submitted pictures of my hair both wet and dry via Instagram with Jordan and discussed what I wanted done, including pictures of what I wanted. I told her it typically takes 3-4 hours to get my hair cut and colored. 6 hours later, I walked out with a $385 bill (not including tip-no idea why I left a tip), orange hair, fried hair, and uneven cut. Jordan ran out of time doing my hair and asked me if I minded leaving with unstyled hair. I told her I preferred to leave with my hair styled so she had another stylist straighten it. I was not given the opportunity to even look at my hair before being rushed out. Got home and realized how awful my hair looked. I contacted Jordan and told her I was not happy with the way it turned out and she offered to get me in 4 days later to fix, after much debating I decided I was not comfortable having her fix my hair, so she offered to have another stylist fix it. But worded it in order to accomodate getting me on the schedule...this made me feel as if they were going to be rushed. I contacted the owner and told her I was not comfortable coming back to the salon and would like a refund. She refused to refund me even after I sent pics of the awful cut/color. Luckily my normal lady offered to fix my hair from her home while on maternity leave. The owner contacted her to find out what needed to be done to fix my hair. Another $200 later my hair was fixed. Melany did refund me the money I had to pay my typical lady but I was still out the $385+ I paid initially. Needless to say I will never return to this salon or recommend this salon to anyone. Obviously if Jordan was not comfortable doing my hair she should not have started it. I have never paid more than $200 for a cut and color. Talk about sticker shock when I was told the total of my bill. Be sure you get an IN PERSON consult and breakdown of their prices before you commit to coming to this salon.

My hair stylist had thee most gentle touch and made me feel so calm and peaceful. My hair looks great.

My daughter Franki really wanted to make a drastic hair change, from incredibly long to a pixie style cut. I made an appointment with Stevie. Stevie did a fantastic job and taught her how to style it and what products she should use. We have made a follow up appointment for 6 weeks for a trim and a cool new highlight doo that Franki and Stevie came up with. I highly recommend this place as the entire staff was fantastic.

Recently, I made the mistake of getting a haircut from someone else, somewhere else. I called Ohana immediately after. I came into the salon today to see Anessa. I knew she could fix the mess I had on my head. I’ve only been to her once for a hair cut before, but I knew off the bat that she knew what she was doing and could help me!My goodness. She fixed my nightmare haircut, took out SO much weight from my hair and actually made it so manageable and adorable, and she did a billion dainty highlights through my roots to blend in my lighter blond ends. I will never stray away again. Thank you for saving my hair! I never thought I would be able to keep all the length and have it look so dang cute.

Man, Jorden did an amazing job on my cut! My hair was soooo long, but it just looked BORING. She hooked a girl up completely. I was even considering coloring my hair AGAIN because go big or go home right? But it’s been such a long time seen I’ve seen just my natural hair color and the way she cut & styled my hair like I am really digging my new look as it issss! I have never gotten my hair done at a saloon so I was really excited. In all I really do like the highlights I got , but I do wish she had done a bit more with the cut I was given . I asked for some layering and to cut a bit off but only a very small amount was taken off and that was it . It was fine I still really liked the highlights but then when I was brought up to the register afterwards and was told it would be $200 I was in a lot of shock. Just make sure you have a lot of money if you plan on going here because it’s definitely high end and anything but cheap.

I went to a few salons around town to find the right person to do my rainbow hair. I finally found Larisa at Ohana. I had a great consultation with her and knew she would be the one to do what I needed. I am blown away at how great my hair looks. Not only did she do the rainbow that I wanted but she updated my style and my balayage too. My hair looks and feels fabulous! Everyone at the salon is welcoming and friendly, the decor is great but Im even more excited for when they move to their new home as my School of Rock will be right next door! The salon has a great atmosphere, Anessa did an amazing job. I brought picture of the haircut that I liked and she did it exactly like the picture. I love my haircut and the color she picked was a perfect match which made my hair look very natural. I cant wait to go back. Also price is very competitive. I payed less then at other well known salons in the area.

What I appreciate most is the respect and patience this salon has for children! They are treated the same as adults. My kids have always left with great hair and feeling so special. This is definitely not overlooked! Thank you, Ohana!

I have unique hair, its really fine but I have a decent amount but I always feel like its too thin. I saw Kim and she gave me a true Aveda experience. From the hand massage and neck massage and great fragrances. The best part though was my amazing hair cut. I feel like I can wear my hair down again and I feel pretty with it! Thanks!!!

Ive been a loyal customer to ohana salon and have never missed an appointment. I was very sick today and had to cancel my appointment last minute and they are charging me FULL PRICE of my appointment and said they will charge my card they have on file. Ridiculous. Horrible. The people were friendly and the stylist was super great. The stylist did take a lot of time choosing a look for me. In the end though, my cut and color were average, but the price for the service was $$$$. Be prepared to pay handsomely.

Ashley does a fantastic job with cuts and color--I have short hair, so thats no easy feat! I like how they train their stylists--I know she just returned from training in NYC. Keeps them fresh and current! And who doesnt like a relaxing glass of wine while getting their hair done? :)

I had that one bad haircut from a friend who swears she could cut hair... she couldn’t! I vowed never to get a discount hair cut or free hair cut again. I was also struggling with paying a lot though for a good hair cut. Ohana Salon has been life changing for my hair! Their prices are fair and service is the greatest I have ever received. They listen to what you want your hair to look like and what your goal hair style is, but also aren’t afraid to steer you in a better, more healthy direction. Ask for Anessa she is a hair goddess!

Where to begin? Walking in to Ohana, I love being greeted by friendly faces that know my name. (Ohana means family and the family vibe is strong with this bunch!) Plus I have always left feeling so pretty! I love when I can tell a stylist to do what she wants and she makes my hair perfect for me and for my lifestyle. Hands down, the best salon experiences Ive had ever have all been at Ohana!

They were able to work me in at the last minute for a color and cut. While on-site I was able able to get an eyebrow wax. They have quality products and atmosphere.

Kimberly did the best highlights Ive EVER had and cut my hair perfectly. She is such a pro and I wouldnt hesitate to send everyone I know her way. If you need to feel special or freshen up your look, she is your stylist!
